Hello, I do not believe it is a current possibility, but it would be a great feature if users were able to integrate pre-built marketing templates into the JO email template when sending a program. I have manually built a newsletter format into a program and while it ended up looking good, it was a manual lift that will need to be recreated if other newsletter type emails are needing to be sent from JO.  Thanks,Kaleigh Shields 

When adding in a new activity you can change the alignment, add bullet points, add numbers, but what you can’t do it change the font size, background color, or text color.  The CSM team is wanting to be able to log activities with different font colors, background colors, and font options but do not have the ability to do that currently. 

In Rules Engine, you have the option in the Setup Rule step to export to S3. After setting this up and running the rule, the actual export to S3 may fail, but the rule itself is still successful. As a result, you are not notified of the failure to export since the rule succeeds.Rule = Success, Export = FailedThis idea is to either:Notify the user if the export fails, OR Have the rule itself fail so the user receives the standard rule failure notification

Hi,It would be great to add the avatar as a variable to the notification system. Hello! Minor QOL thing here that may cause some confusion and seems like a low hanging fruit. Currently, when a rule is part of a rule chain and changes are made to the Status of the chain (ie: it is deactivated) the individual rule will continue to show as Active and the Next Run field in the summary shows whatever date and time the “next run” would have been before the chain was deactivated. This can be slightly confusing when browsing through the rules list and has caused me to do several double-takes in the last week or so. It would be fantastic if the Status of the individual rules in a chain was updated to match the status of the chain after changes were made.

When we run events we often advertise externally or have campaigns which utilize UTM parameters appended to the URLs to track campaign attribution like source, medium, campaign, term, or content.Today we have our events setup in inSided and RSVPs to an event trigger a Zapier zap to run that uses the New Attendee in inSided trigger, and adds that registration to Marketo. This works pretty well (though I wish it didn’t require the Zapier part in the middle and there was a Marketo integration, but that’s a different idea).When the user clicks the ATTEND button, we’d like to be able to pass over the UTM values with the registration so we can sufficiently attribute not just the traffic to the events page, but also the leverage those details in marketing systems downstream.

I make heavy use of Moderator Tags for custom reporting and to trigger Zapier automations. For content moderation, it would be great if the filter for Moderator Tags (note: incongruous naming of Moderation Tags on this filter) had the option to do a contains/does not contain or includes/does not include for specific tags. Currently, you can select from a multi-select list of existing tags. However, when I select all and then remove a tag, it does not filter out those with the excluded tags if they are also tagged with one of the other tags. Current UX  

After sending a private message to a member from Control, I realized I needed to make a small edit but there’s no ability to do so. From the production side, my only option was to delete. So, I had to delete the whole message and re-send. Is it possible to have editing functionality (or at least the same ability from the front-end to delete a message) in Control?

Having a way to see which members have their notifications turned off and/or the percentage of members who have their notifications turned off.Use case: Be able to track and determine when a community member doesn’t respond to a question to a topic they posted or being tagged in a conversation.

Have the ability to turn on a setting to give permission to primary roles (for example, registered users) to edit their responses within 60 mins as we do for custom roles

We are unable to use private messaging on our community forum, as we have hard requirement from our legal and people teams to disallow employees from our company for using any systems which have private messaging services which cannot be audited by these teams.  We would like to propose a feature to restrict private messaging functionality for certain users (ideally by badge or domain). Alternatively, backend access to audit messages for specific users may suffice. 

The multi select dropdown profile field works as expected when editing a profile. However, if you mark the field as required for registration, the list is static and users would have to guess that pressing Control will allow them to select multiple values. This isn’t as intuitive as how the field renders in the profile page editor. 

If Points earned could be added as a filter, this would be ideal for formatting the user overview and exports, including for the new Segments section.

This will be key for bulk actions being built for User Overview and Segments (in beta) improvements. Current state: Select all checkbox selects only the 10/25/50/100 on that pageDesired UX: Option to select ALL, free of pagination(Zapier has a good version of this when you are importing data into a Zap) Use case: User segments larger than 100, especially those upwards of 1000Impact example: I thought I had applied a custom role to all the pages in a 250+ user segment. A few days later, a support ticket revealed that I had missed a large number of the users in that segement. Likely because I assumed Select All had included them or because I missed the bulk action on that page of the segment.  

Is there a possibility of adding pronouns to a user's profile in the inSided Community? I think that including pronouns in a user profile is a simple step that can help create a more inclusive and respectful community. Adding pronouns to a user’s profile in a community forum can help create a safe and inclusive space for people of all gender identities. It allows others to address them correctly and respects their gender identity. It also signals that the community welcomes all genders and can help create a more comfortable environment for people questioning or exploring their gender identity. Additionally, it can help to prevent misgendering.

Presently the Clone feature function makes a single clone. The enhancement request is to add the ability to define a number of clones/copies made in the clone action to avoid repetitive clone/configure steps.  Imagine you have a menu that has 8 elements that are differentiated only by their selector value, e.g. menu-list-item=”save”, menu-list-item=”edit”, menu-list-item=”etc.” After mapping one of these, today you would need to clone this feature 7 times; the request is to be able to define a clone quantity to avoid the repetition 

Need:Can we generate a report of custom events/feature match grouped by account name and then by custom events / feature match.Usecase:The usecase here is to identify and compare which accounts (our customers) are adopting our products (and parts of products) well and which are not. Would like to have the ability to remove View Contacts from the C360. We have View Related Contacts which works and we are using now, View Contacts does not work in our environment and returns an error message when being accessed. Gainsight Support agent confirmed that we are unable to remove View Contacts now. 

Hi Team, Posting this on behalf of customer.One customer wants the ability to re-order tasks which have same due dates and all the tasks are created manually.  Since the due date is same and tasks are manually created , it is not possible to control the order of tasks in this case to change the display order using default view layout. Use case: These are created by End user (CSM) who doesn’t have admin privileges to control the order of tasks or to create playbooks or templates. It will be helpful if we can give customers more free hand to control the order of display of tasks. 

Right now the articles in the knowledge center have no way to be scheduled, the current published on date/time is just informational, it would be helpful to have the ability to schedule articles, both start and end dates, to help manage freshness in the knowledge center widget.

I’ve noticed that when I search for templates in Gainsight Assist, it only searches based on subject line. Is there a way to make it search the text within the template? For example, I might want to talk about ‘calibration’, but my template isn’t necessarily called that.Thanks! 

Some other tools have global settings that allow you to indicate the maximum number of emails a single contact should get within a chosen time period, like a month. They can also be used for preventing a single user from getting multiple emails in the same day.  This would be useful for us in Gainsight for Journey Orchestrator emails. We have ongoing lifecycle campaigns that trigger at unique times based on the company’s stage, days to renewal, etc. We also have one-off campaigns like newsletters and educational webinar promos. Ideally, we would be able to set restrictions in Gainsight to prevent anyone from getting a lifecycle email and a one-off email on the same day and set a maximum per month. With a lot of programs running, it’s difficult to do this effectively in the query. 

Currently only sent and clicked actions are available to use as input from an Email Engagement to another Email engagement, it would be nice to be able to use the Opened action as input, the data is there because it is in the timeline from the user but not available as an action in the audience generator for an email campaign.

When feature backfill jobs fail, those failures aren’t reported anywhere that PX users can find. Users need to intuit that something is wrong with the backfill, and contact support for information. Backfill errors and failures should be surfaced in Admin Console, directly in Product Mapper, and/or email notification to admins, the way CS Rule failures are. This would increase visibility and reduce time to resolution for backfill issues.

When an answer to a question is embedded in the question, it saves you from having to scroll down to see the reply marked as the answer. However, it’s missing critical context about the user that provided the answer. It only lists the username “Answer provided by ddpancratz.” I’d recommend embedding the same features that appear for the topic author, replies, and topics within an activity feed: Username is linked to the profile Hovering over username shows short profile summary with rank, badges, stats, etc Avatar to the left of the username Rank shown to the right of the usernameThere are many use cases where this would be beneficial. Primarily, this information provides helpful context around the answer, often conveying trust in the answer itself. For example: If staff members have a special rank and/or avatar icon, it conveys an official/verified type of trust (ex. Answer is from an Insided staffer.)
