Sometimes we want to create similar success plan templates with various playbook sections attached. It is burdensome to have to duplicate each playbook and then recombine them into a success plan if we want to make small alterations for another version of the success plan template. It would be nice to be able to duplicate a whole success plan and then alter it and the duplicated play books at the same time.The way the success plans and playbooks are tied together are strange as well. You create a new objective first then have to map the playbook onto it. Very strange way to have to setup what we essentially want as just a task list.

Hello Gainsight, I would like to map few fields both in real time and schedule sync.So I can bring the data on the schedule run and get the real time changes on an update event in Salesfroce.Mapping them only on schedule doesn’t let me bring the updated data & if these fields are mapped only in real time then the data for these fields doesn’t get loaded unless there is a chage in the data for these fields. So it would be good to get the mapping of these fields in both areas.

We use the Idea Pipeline as our public roadmap and we’d like to be able to use the ‘Product Areas’ to display on the Idea pipeline view so customers can see the feature category we’re working on. Right now the “Product Areas” only display on the Idea page itself.To get around, we’ve come with a “hack” structure, i.e.,: “Reporting | Headline description of feature - Month YY”It would be great to have “Reporting” be highlighted as the Product Area.

Hi,With the Zoom app, you can add a new person record directly if the person is not in Gainsight. However, it would be great to see this feature also available with Teams. Or, to have this option directly within the timeline when logging an activity as well 

Our product managers ask if it is possible to allow more rich formatting in Hub? Specifically, they often want to use `...` to style code snippets. The code support in Hub currently works for snippets, but is not great for referring to function names etc in the posts. Our product managers need to be able to on the front end change the status of ideas (from New to Gathering Interest, Planned for Development, Implemented and/or Parked.) Could this be possible by giving product managers a user role permission? We have 50ish product managers, and it is not fair (and we can’t) pay for admin licenses for all these Product Managers to only change product idea statuses. The lack of this functionality for Product Mangers is a true blocker for engagement in our community so it will be crucial for us to get this in place. We have very specialized product managers so it is not a solution for us to enable this functionality only for one Product Manager as he/she/hen will not be able to reply on behalf of the other Product Managers. We’ve tried to work offline in Excel for this, but taking some of the ideation work outside the tool does not work. It is also a dysfunctional process in Productboard with the limitations there. @Julian

Need the ability to see who answers a poll question- and which selection they make. Can be seen in the backend?

It would be really great if there was an option to have the topicstarter notify other users/readers of that topic that the main question has been answered. For instance, a small button beneath the original post that states: “This question has been answered” or “This problem has been solved” and then make the button only clickable by the topicstarter. Oftentimes we spot topics which, for example, Superusers are replying to and after days or weeks it turns out the topicstarter's question has been solved. Is it possible to add this button/option to a topic?

Hi everyone!Is it possible to add an automated message to a topic when that topic has remained unanswered for, let’s say 72 hours? The reasoning behind this: some topics are categorized in subs that are frequented less than others. Also, sometimes a topic gets clicked on in the control-side and this means it vanishes from the “Unread”-filter. There's no way to trace back how, when and why certain topics haven't been picked up by moderators and other users so making an automated message that states something along the lines of: “Your topic has remained unanswered. We've sent a notification to our moderators. They will reply to your question shortly hereafter.” will definitely help since it gives the topicstarter insight as to what's happening, doesn't make them worried and it gives moderators a notification since the topic will be back in the Unread-filter again. Thanks in advance! Warm regards, Jason (T-Mobile Netherlands)

I'm currently trying to consolidate the number of categories we have in our archival section by merging categories together. However, there's no easy way to do so. All I can do is filter on one category, select all topics, and bulk move them to the other category.Now, this is fine if the category is not that largen. But I have several categories with hundreds of topics. And the most I can show on one page, and thus, move, is 50… Please create a merge function, or a true ‘select all’ function so I can move all of it at once.

Has anyone figured out a way to auto populate the ‘End Date’ field when creating a new Success Plan? For a specific Success Plan we have in place the end date would always start out 60 days from the date of creation and it would be nice to automate this for our team.

In the Banner widget, the Title is larger than other widgets and the Description text editor does not allow for adjusting the size of the fonts. I’d like to have the option to match these to the style of other widgets I might employ on the same page. Example form my community.  

The Title and Description text fields on the Banner Widget are indented slightly with padding, even when Text Alignment is set to the left. This throws off alignment with the Title headers and subtitles of other widgets you might place on the page. In my opinion, a key element of Left alignment would be to match the Title and text on other widgets on the page. Example from my community. Note the top banner widget is indented more versus the other two widgets below it 

We have custom picklists in standard and custom objects.They have been put in a custom order for a reason. Say for example Tiers - Tier1 , Tier2, Tier3, NoneWhen I report on this the sort order unfortunately only alphabetical and puts data in order of None, Tier1, Tier2, Tier3 OR (alphabetical sort - ASC)Tier3, Tier2, Tier1, None (alphabetical sort - DESC)We want to see Tier1, Tier2, Tier3, None - the order we have our picklist sorted in to be honored in reporting as well. ​​​I am having to put ugly alias names and it does not always resonate with report viewers. Especially when we are presenting this data to our management.Above is only an example for highlighting the issue. 

It would be helpful to add User and Account attributes that the customer has filtered for in the Performance View of the Survey Reports. While the reports can be filtered it would be helpful if we could visually see the attribute value of each user who took the survey. Example given:If a Survey Report is filtered to only show responses from users who have custom attribute “Persona” set, the custom attribute could also be added to the main view as a new column. This will allow customers who are viewing the report to get a quick look at which user is assigned which persona and export the CSV for the report with that information as well.  

Hi Team,Client ( Nagarro) has an use case where they want to have a rich text field with a default value in the cockpit configuration. However , currently we have a limitation with rich text field and not showing the option to have a default value. Logging this post on behalf of client for product team review.

I would like to request that we add the ability to edit the HTML code of NPS engagements as well as increase the ability to edit the engagement via CSS. There is a desire for the NPS engagements to reflect the rating color scheme adopted in CS. Currently there isn’t a way to edit the HTML code of NPS engagements in PX to include a colored bar and emojis for the responses. The CSS of the NPS Surveys can be edited but the background color of the selected number cannot be changed via CSS. 

In a Survey type of journey, I am adding a token to the Comments of a CTA for the field survey response URL.  In the Comments, it is rendering as plain text that the CSM needs to copy and paste into the web browser.The only other option for a clickable link is to give them access to the view participant journey, which involves multiple clicks (View Activity, View Response) and provides more information / access than our CSMs should have.In reports, a hyperlink is displayed.

We currently can add the Success Plan name (if assigned) to the list view of the cockpit as a text field. The suggestion is to make this a linkable field that takes the user directly to the success plan if clicked from the cockpit list view. The second suggestion is to add a field on the CTA that references the success plan (if there is one) and has the same action.

Hi, would it be possible to have support for Latex Math symbols? To have our industry solutions team share content in our community this would be needed. Anyone else out there with this need also?
