The My CTAs default view can not be edited, We have a need to edit to eliminate confusion amongst our CSMs where Tasks are appearing in the My CTA view.The My Tasks list shows just Tasks. The My CTAs list shows CTAs & Tasks.Possible solution(s):Edit “My CTAs” view to be called “My CTAs & Tasks” Create a new view for “My CTAs” filtered to just CTAs.This way there’s 3 Default Views that covers these basic scenarios:My CTAs My Tasks My CTAs & Tasks  

Hi Team,One of the customer has raised an issue in accessing sally when their email ID’s are different in both MS teams and that of the Gainsight instance.We are aware that it is a known limitation. As of now we can be able to sync the email’s for 1 user or few with the help of a support ticket from backend. But they want a permanent fix so that all of their users access sally with out any issues irrespecitve of email ID’s. 

If Timeline entries are selected to flow into CX Center, the algorithm currently adds keywords to CX Center if they are frequently mentioned, despite not having those keywords configured in CX Center settings.This in particular affects the word map displaying sentiment against certain key words.One example from our instance is that in one customer’s timeline, there are 25 emails logged that have the word “Ryan” in it because that happens to be our point-of-contact’s first name. Because of the frequency that the word Ryan is used - CX Center thinks that it is an important word to add as a Keyword, which is great in theory, however problematic when it can’t manually be ignored/omitted.My recommendation would be to implement one of two things (or both):Some logic in the Keyword configuration to omit specific words from influencing CX Center AI Updates to the algorithm which specifically look at Timeline entries and, in the case of emai

Our organization has many products (20) and our Accounts can have multiple products. The problem is that Account Custom Attributes are global and if each of our products sends a value (Version 10.8, or 11.2) then all of our products are competing for the one default attribute of “Product Version”. We are going to have to setup 20 custom account attributes just to track version numbers for each account on our products. I wish there was a better way of having custom attributes per product rather than having to have what will end up needing 100s of custom attributes simply because we have so many products. This management of custom attributes is a mess with the number of development teams we have touching the Gainsight PX portal. 

The PX field Account -> Parent Group ID is a field incorporated in the PX Account model for the purpose of linking multiple PX accounts to a single company record in CS. While this field is available in Audience Explorer filtering, it is not available in Account attributes in Engagement audience logic or in Segment rules.The customer use case involves using complex filtering to isolate 500 Accounts that, would Account -> Parent Group ID be included in  the Account attributes in Engagement audience logic, could be replaced by a single rule.

We would like the ability to select multiple engagements at a time to be deleted. Manually deleting a large quantity of engagements one at a time takes a lot of time to do.

This is a legacy feature and is not available for new customers that onboarded after May 2022. I’m building my HTMl emails in a separate tool and would like to import / upload the HTMl + the associated images into JO.  Is there anyway to do this? Right now I can keep my HTML but manually upload every image (and adjust the img src) or have a 3rd party tool host my images. 

I am trying to create a visualization of some metrics for users in our Gainsight system.My scenario is the following:1. I am opening Audience Explorer for certain product (in my case is called IQ) and certain environment (in my case is called Integration)2. Then I am applying a filter based on the User Plan (which is custom field) and the Account Plan.3. I get the proper results - some of the users have activity and some not, but I can see this info.4. Then I go and define a Dashboard5. I select a widget which represents a graph for Active users.6. I apply the same filter as the one with Audience and I receive none results.7. I was expecting to get on the graph all the users that I saw on the Audience filer results which had logged activity.However it turns out that Audience Explorer users are quite different than the users returned in the Active Users Dashboard widget. I want to be able to set values across the platform based on logic/events that can be tracked using analytics. Examples:Being able to set a custom attribute on an Account if X number of unique users have triggered custom events. Be able to set the User Preferences Attributes based on account values. Such as Account level opting out of surveys could turn off surveys for all associated users. Being able to set up automations between fields with logic would save a ton of time with the developers having to program in logic around their Gainsight calls. Having this listener process in the platform gives many avenues for populating better values. 

With certain extremely complex Data Designer designs, it can be quite easy to ruin a dataset and underlying reports/dashboard by accidentally changing a node’s configuration. It would be amazing if there was a concept of versioning within Data Designer designs.Whenever a change is made to the design, it should be in “draft” form. When you’re ready to publish that design, you commit the design by publishing a new version. If you ever need to roll back, go to the previous version.In the current form, our CS Operations folks are generating duplicates of data designs, creating a mess of duplication to clean up, just to test out an idea on an existing design.

[customer request] Customer has applied few permissions on the activity timeline object from the data permissions, and those changes are applying to only report builder and not reflecting in the C360/R360 or Global timeline.Currently permissions are not availed for Activity Timeline object.Can we check and make this enhancement for the customer. 

Hi Team,When adding an Activity to a Timeline, the @mention feature is displaying odd behavior. The search box that appears when you use "@" does not go away until you click somewhere.Can you please look into this.Thank you.

Hello Team,One of the customer(LeanIX) has requested to allow the Viewer license type users to be able to view the CTA. Currently the users have to be assigned a full license to be able to view the CTA.  Could you please check if this can be raised as a feature request.

Hello Team,When trying to download the related list report which is pivoted/not pivoted the date column values in xlsx are not honouring the sorting order we applied.Which means the sorting we applied in the original report is not reflecting in downloaded xlsx.Even it’s an expected behaviour in pure SFDC it is might be hectic for customers who doesn’t want to filter that data again in excel.

Hi Team,Currently we are not supporting date fields in Email template versions filtering criteria.i.e Date fields are not showing in filter conditions.Client has a use case which requires opting the email template versions based on a date field.Please take a look and add this feature. 

Hello Team,It’s not possible when we want to see the column level aggregation output to be available in download excel sheet.We can only able to see the aggregate value while running the report.Implementation of this feature will help the customers to view the total values(sum,avg etc,) in a single place and they can use it’s in places like success snapshots while presenting. 

We would like to be able to add a badge to our cloud based app that launches context-sensitive help topics in our help centre. Whilst I appreciate that Developers can code this, we’d like to be able to make changes on the fly and react to any support tickets or issues that may arise. We don’t just want to launch engagements, we want to be able to call URLs.Is this something that others would find valuable?ThanksTracy

use case:  when a CSM types an account name and has to pick from multiple company names, it can be difficult to pick the correct one.  enhancement:  allow Admins to configure filters that apply to the standard Sally queries to limit search results.  These filters can be similar to those proposed to existing Global Search enhancement requests that have been made. e.g. available fields to filter from Company MDA or from C360 Summary and Attributes sections.

Hi Team,Currently, In order to show milestones in the report, the Group by field should be having company lookup and the milestone will be in that date range.Can we implement supporting multiple fields along with company lookups in the Group by field of the report to show milestones?@jyothi_bontha 

Currently, inSided SSO is only configured as a consumer and not an identity provider (IDP), so while we can pass accounts into inSided via SSO, we cannot pass accounts out from inSided to another system.Use CaseWe are trying to set up an integration between our inSided community and our LearnUpon portal for our Academy. (LearnUpon is a learning management system or LMS.)The inSided SSO docs focus on SSO as a consumer but not as an IDP, and this is where we are stuck. We want to set it up so that a user account from our inSided community passes the user information/credentials into LearnUpon. I’d love to see the Hero banner widget have support not just for a title and search but also a tagline between the title and search box. Example:There’s an opportunity here -- in line with some of the stuff Rich talked about in his webinar -- to call out the community value proposition, but no place to really do that without having to use some additional widgets that wouldn’t even appear in the hero.Maybe even breaking apart the widget into two parts -- one for the title/name and value prop and one for the search could be an option.  

I’d like to launch a badge and make the tooltip always visible rather than making it display on hover or click/hover. Is this possible? It would look something like this, and then the user would click to see a dialog.
