When trying to audit and check Success Plans to ensure they are configured correctly, it would be great to be able to export the blank Success Plans to make this process easier. 

Our product team would like to export ideation with who submitted the idea - Email Address and Username.   

I’d like to be able to populate the name of a CTA with the account name, and this CTA comes from a success plan. Right now, the rule won’t allow me to add a token to the name of the CTAs in a success plan, I can only add tokens to the name of the success plan itself. This would be really helpful for my team, especially since they work out of cockpit most of the time rather than the global success plan page.  Thank you!

This appears to be true today, and unchanged with the existing beta of Email from Anywhere: If you’re creating an email assist from a CTA once you’ve selected a template, if you save that email as a draft either directly, or previewing the email and closing the task so it ‘auto-saves’ you can no longer change which template you have selected. Yes, you can still edit the email but if for whatever reason you need to change that template you have to delete your task and start a new one. Please allow end users to change templates any time before they send an email, and not just lock users into ‘Validate Email’ which blocks them from adjusting anything, if they’re working off a draft.

We need to update one of our products url. As a result any engagements and product mappers related to pages in this product need to be updated accordingly. Is there a way to define the top urls as global variables so they can be referenced when defining engagements and product mappers? 

When articles appear as a widget on the homepage/community pages, the article type label tends to overlay unfavourably on the featured images we choose: It appears beautifully once you click in, but on this widget window, I’d love to be able to have this label appear either above or below the article title.  This also occurs with event types on the Events page:  

The CSMs I work with will be adding the same Activities for each company to the Timeline for each of their books of business. I’ve created an Activity template for them to use which will help with efficiency, but currently we aren’t able to pre-select fields on the activity, so that the CSMs don’t have to do it for each Activity.If there were a way to pre-select custom fields in the activity it would save our CSMs time on logging Activities that they have to frequently log.

When creating a new topic, there are often some “obvious” defaults depending on the page the user is currently looking at.  For example:If currently looking at ideas, default to an Idea. If currently looking at a category, default to a question/conversation in that category (perhaps which of the two could be a configuration option for the category, so community managers can say whether a category is most likely to receive conversations or questions) If currently looking at the KB, default to a question (with a default category being configurable, perhaps) 

Hello Team,Can we give an option to edit the same program at a same time in different systems by different users.Currently when any user starts editing the program and at the same time if other user starts editing the same program, the 2nd user is not able to save the program configuration. Also, can we have an option to have same filters in subsequent variants instead of configuring manually in all the steps.For example, there is a program in which we have survey email step and reminder email step.Survey email step has multiple variants and each variant has more than 20 filters configured.It would be difficult and time-consuming to configure same filters in Reminder email step in each variant.Can we have any automated process where we can have same filters in Reminder email as of survey email. Thanks & Regards,Srikanth

As it stands, if two users edit two email steps at the same time, in a program, neither one of them will receive the latest updates of the other user without refreshing the tab.For one of them to refresh the tab, he must save his Email step first, but the program forbids him from doing so by displaying an error prompt.Therefore, editing different email steps can only be done sequentially and only one user can edit the whole program at a time.Consider this use case: If >100 filters need to be added into each email step, it would save delivery time if two users could edit two email steps at the same time. ( related ticket: https://gainsight.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/179327 )

When hovering with the mouse over the Email Template name we do not see the exact email template being used in JO  A partial workaround is to do a report on AO Emails and filter on Program Name and you can get the details of the email templates used in the JO Programs, by adding the following 2 fields in the Show ME section: This way of reporting fails when the prefix of the email template is too long (just enough to exceed that box); the report then shows all of the email templates but still the end user can't know which of those shown in the report is used for that specific step. (presuming there is no solid naming convention established) - in this sense it would be useful to be able to add the step name to the report in the SHOW ME section (in order to also show the separate actions in the report, indicated below:  So either:1.Show tooltip of the exact Email Template name in JO on mouse hover.2.Add separate field “step” in the AO Emails object 

As shown here not more than 2 fields can be added in the group by section for a report, if a user desires a different layout than a tabular format. Example: if a user has an N number of fields in the show me section but a >3 number of fields in the group by section,… all the widgets are deactivated.In other words, there is no (N,3) section in the above chart or (N,4) ; (N,5) etc. The widgets should not be limited to the options in that chart.   

There are a ton of clicks to update healthscore measures for customers.  One easy solution would be to automatically close the window after a scorecard measure has been updated/refreshed.  Current behavior is you:click into the scorecard measure click on the measure score (or hit refresh score) click on the close button Click into the next scorecard measure etc.Why can’t we just close the window that pops up automatically after a new score is entered?

Hi Team,I am using GS to create some lovely dashboards and need to be able to group data by 3 fields. This limits however the possibility of displaying the data and in my case the column chart would be the winner. However I noticed that there is a limitation in the combinations of Show Me and Group By fields from the Visualization Types. Would this be something you could consider for the next releases?Thank you.

Hey there, I wanted to outline an issue that I think may be a enhancement request or possibly partially a bug.We utilize NXT Hyrbid so there is still a pretty tight connection with our SFDC data. Often times we receive CSV data that we upload for program participants.Currently, it is possible to map a SFDC user id to the “Manager External User ID”. We are not using “Map to Gainsight standard fields” so we are mapping SFDC Account id and Contact ids instead of Company and Person ids to the External Account and Contact id dields. The first problem is that we are allowed to do this. I’m sure there is a technical reason why we need to use GS User GSID for CTA creation on Hyrbid NXT but it doesn’t quite make sense to me why it is still asking for an “external id” as for other mappings it is asking for “external” account and contact ids which SFDC ids work just fine. It should be named more appropriately if this is functioning correctly.The bigger problem is that we don’t know this will be a

Hello,  Currently, the notes text box for Share 360 is only formatted for plain text. Our team is beginning to use Share 360 heavily for operational reviews with customers and would like to have rich text formatting for bullet lists, etc. 

Hello! My team has started using Share 360 with customers for operational reviews. We are having success saving lots of time with the tool as a replacement for a spreadsheet that was previously updated with SFDC data manually. Customer feedback has been positive and they enjoy having real time access to the data. An enhancement that the team has requested involves sharing information that does not pertain to a specific account or set of accounts, rather it would be considered “global” in nature. Examples include: Sharing Support escalation contacts (the same for all customers) via a SFDC contacts report. Sharing announcements via SFDC campaign object.  Would it be possible to somehow address this use case?

Date fields of the object have a timezone appended on c360 page. Thare is a ask that Can we remove the timezone from these fields on C360 page. Thank you!

Would like the ability to hard-code in the heat map scale instead of the scale auto-adjusting to the data. A dashboard with multiple heat map reports can have 40% be green, yellow and red depending on the other values near it. It would be desirable for report admins to be able to have the option for auto or manual scaling for heat maps.

Hi,Our CSMs often create follow-up tasks directly from a Timeline Entry (e.g. Call). Currently, we are only able to add Timeline Activity Id on the Task Layout.Nevertheless, I don't see how this is helpful for CSMs identifying in which Timeline Activity they created the Task. Often they want to go back and read through the Timeline Activity Notes when working on the Task.Ideally I'd like to at least display the Timeline Activity Name (=Subject) here. Best case would be if we can display the name that is linked to the Activity itself, so CSMs can look it up with one click.Do you have any plans of adding this option?Thanks,Anita

Hey Team, Working with a customer and we are looking fro a way to enable a "sticky" data on a field in the "Group By" section of the report.In the attached screen shot, the highlighted label defaults to a "Show Me" field (SUM of ARR), but I'd like it to show a "Group By" field (Customer Name).     

I’ve just started using formula fields in my reports, and they are so powerful!However, I found that I’m not able to create a formula field label that includes a number or special character.Is it possible to add this to the formula fields functionality in report builder?  

In the scenario when a user who created the accessKey has left the company and hence, became inactive. Now, the calls to the permissions ecosystem are failing as a result of this.In order to have the behavior consistency in all API key mechanisms it would be possible not allowing deactivate the User, if the user has generated an access key.Ex: When batch updating the status of Success Plan via the API, we are noticing "Query building error." 

When building a bubble map report (or probably any report), it would be nice to be able to select which field the data label enables. Currently, it appears to default to a specific “Show Me” field - it looks like the field not associated with an axis - which isn’t really relevant/beneficial in some use cases. The ability to switch this level to any field would be helpful. A use case would be on a bubble map report, you put the customer name in the “Group By” field and would prefer to enable the customer name label.  

I got this from one of our CSMs:   You know what would be cool?   If Gainsight had the ability to scan the emails we put in, or the names, and auto-include them on the Internal/External section. For timeline activities.   That would be really cool.
