Hello team, I know there is a work around for this but i would like to formally request a searchable option for CSM. I think we have 2 options here:Global Search bar at the top (not my first choice due to with company and relationship, adding the additional piece of contact can get messy in my opinion) Sally (this one would be my favorite) Not sure which is more realistically possible but I would love to be able to ask sally about a name or an email and have her pull up my options. Of course the global search bar would be the traditional way and that would work to feel like this might be a larger ask however.  Best Regards, Darshana Shah@sai_ram @kate_peter @CassidyCardoso 

Hello - I’d like to request a Gainsight Sally feature capability similar to what Gainsight Assist (the gmail plugin) can do. We’d like the ability to capture the content of a selected Slack message and send this directly to Timeline.Currently you have to manually copy & paste the content which seems quite cumbersome.

Why: The law, the need and the urgencyGDPR and the Schrems II judgment states that EU citizens’ user data (e.g. IP addresses, other meta data) may only be shared with non-EU countries if EU citizens enjoy the same protection compared to EU countries When users embed media from third-party platforms (e.g. YouTube, Giphy, Imgur, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Spotify, TikTok, Pinterest, Vimeo, SoundCloud, etc.), there is no way of knowing if and what user data is being transferred and shared with non-EU servers and databases As there exist no binding contracts with any of the third-party platforms regarding guarantees about the EU-conform protection of user data, the community cannot continue using embeds that do or may transfer user data to non-EU countries without an added layer of user protection If a EU based community has external media enabled that might share data to non-EU countries and users cannot fully opt-out of it by now, then every

Hi Team,There are some scenarios were CSMs create multiple activities for a customer and they will come back and updated a few activities if required on the next interactions. If we have an option to favorite the activity and having a section to see all favorite activities will be more helpful RegardsRaju

With the current API version, we are unable to access the few fields like Internal Comments in Case object in Rules. Can we please upgrade the API version in order to maintain consistency across modules to access the fields in SFDC objects?

Example:A comment is being published in topic A. Later, this comment is moved to topic B. In the user profile the comment is still being shown as based in the original topic A.→ I considered this to be a bug, but inSided informed me that it is the intended behaviour.inSided’s point of view:The functionality of that section is used as a log of actions by the user not as a list of where their content lives. This is why you see things like "You have given the best answer" as well as new replies and topics.My point of view:There is no reason that the old location (topic A) of the comment is still listed in any overview. If anyone now clicks on the old topic, they won’t find the comment they’re expecting. Any activity stream should show the current state of the content.With the same logic, deleted content should also still appear

Our community is new and it would be great if there was a way to add a description on the groups page so community users know what the page is for and maybe how to request that a group be formed.We anticipate community members asking for groups to be formed but right now it’s just a blank space which is not helpful or a great user experience.

Hi Team, Client ( Personio‍ ) had a scenario where they made some changes to the template and saved the template related changes in the program as well but the participants were failing. Later they went and republished the program and issue got resolved for them. Client mentioned it would be great if they get an alert to republish the program if any changes are made in program. This would be good feature in the program so logging this community post. 

Use case: Communities who set targets to improve (reduce) the number of single user topics. This metric is provided in the Success Dashboard and could be a common engagement metric to target. Functionality Gap: The filters in Control’s Content Moderation page are robust. However, filtering by the number of replies, doesn’t allow you to find and address these “single user topics.”Often times the original poster will reply to their question or post with an update or the answer when they figure it out on their own. (I myself come back and answer questions when I figure it out on my own). Given how single user topics are defined in the dashboard, those would still show up as single user topics.  

Right now, if a Playbook does not quite fit the situation for a CTA that fires on a particular customer, the user can either individually delete each Task in the Playbook, Replace Playbook or Delete the entire CTA (then manually create a new one, if need be). It would be a time saver and create an efficiency if there were also an available option to simply "Delete Playbook." 

I’m making some updates to our playbooks, and I can’t tell you the number of times I’ve tried to click on the task name to get to the edit screen for the task and instead had the tasks collapse and have to click through all over again.  Would be great to be able to click directly on the task to make any updates instead of having to click on the Edit Task option under the dots.

Encountered this limitation in MDA Administration when wanting to sort by Created Date or any other field.This limitation is persistent across other modules:The Rules Engine list is also limited in filtering and sorting; A good example is how Service-Now handles data sorting & filtering.

Posting on behalf of customer. In the future it would be helpful for recurring Success Plans to have the ability to automatically assign a default template when creating a certain type of success plan.

Username is the only one of these options that you cannot sort by. Top users in Users Dashboard I’d love to be able to sort this A-Z or Z-A like the other fields. 

I had an interesting challenge this week as a I wanted to understand the specific engagement across a set of different departments (design, product, marketing) in our community. What I hoped would be easy turned into a couple hours of work in Google Sheets and eventually some manual work in User roles.What I’d love to see is some options to tag users and filter off of tags to locate them. For example:in our case I might want to tag a cohort of users that joined in a particular month. Or I might want to tag a group of employees and use that tag to differentiate their activity from other employees.Right now you’re kinda stuck with custom user roles being this mechanism and it’s a bad way to segment for analytics and even content.@Sebastian in followup to my email on the same, here’s the posted idea.

We would like to be able to customize the font settings for table views on the Horizon Analytics dashboards. Users would like to make the font darker and larger. This should be configurable just as it is with graph-like reports (Admin → Report Builder → Settings → Chart Editor Settings.)  Fields circled in red should be configurable. 

When an email notification is received from a Timeline Entry tag, the body of the email is hard to read when it contains bullets.  This enhancement request is to update the formatting of the body of the email received when tagged in a Timeline Entry. Today, the text is smashed to the right and that makes it hard to read. Here is how it looks in the TE:  And, here’s how it looks once received in an email: 

What the title says.I want to edit multiple rule chains at the same time or look at many rule chains at the same time by switching tabs and I am unable to do so without first duplicating the rule chain list view tab and only then pressing on each one, in each browser tab.This is a workaround and a bad practice. 

We would love the ability to add color as a rich-text option within the notes field when logging a meeting. Bolding and underlining is great, but would be nice to highlight certain parts of text or change the color of the text also.I know you can do this when you’re sending the email recap, but would be nice to have it done in the original notes so you’re not adding a step later.

Could we please have the option to remove the Company Lookup on the User object. Our Users (i.e. SF licence holders - we use the connector to bring them in) are not related to a company in Gainsight, but when using reports any of the user related fields such as Created By, Modified By, Owner all have lookups to Company so if I search for a company field they also all come up, this is quite confusing and is a blocker to me opening up access to reporting to additional persons in the business (that are not aware of object structure etc) as they can easily pick the wrong field and get no results.  TBF this probably goes for other system/standard objets and fields - we should at least be able to choose to hide them in reporting (e.g. if we’re not loading anything to them). 

We have some tasks in playbooks that are only applicable in certain situations, would be nice to be able to mark them as optional or “If Required” in some way (we currently put it in the name but it adds to the clutter of someones view). Thanks

Hi Team,The customer wants to grant access for an external vendor who is designing some email templates for them.They have created a Permission bundle allowing Navigation Permission for Journey Orchestrator > Email Templates and also added the Design option in the Email Template Permissions.When we log in with the test user which we have assigned the new permission bundle to 'Template Designer' and then log in via an incognito window, it brings us to the Program Navigation window.Customer do not want the vendor to view this. Could you please decouple the navigation permission of the email template from the JO.Thank you.

I have a current need to sort the fields that I have added to a custom object within Data Management.  I requested this through support but they said this is not possible.  Can you please have this feature added soon?Use Case is uploading a file to a custom object and the fields default to ascending order, but I would like the ability to sort the fields similar to how it is available when adding drop down lists.  Required for updating the order of a related list I have added to the C360.
