Hello!On our support website we use SDL Tridion for managing content and all our Knowledge Base exists in SDL Tridion. Also, we use Elasticsearch to show results on our website.We won’t be able to migrate our KB to community.As we know, it is impossible now to integrate federated search with these systems but it would be great!

I’d like to see the search in Control > Users search not just for the username and email address but also other custom profile fields.Currently we run into situations where we are trying to locate a particular community member. We may not have their username or email but do have their name or other custom profile field data and can’t use that currently to locate them. While I can get this with a user export, it’s a hassle to have to resort to that each time.

Team, with one of our new BU's using Gainsight the question arose around attching a .xlsm file to the timeline. This appears not to be supported, can you pleas eprovide an update ont his or if thereis a plan to do this. Tpday, the team uses a file to do their QBR's and then wants to attch this to the Timeline. Unfirtunately we are not able to do so. It doesn't help to save it as a different format as we need the .xlsm file in order to auto ccalcualte fields. Can you pelase provide a solution for this?

It would be great if we could include “noindex” tags on the /search pages in the community to stop indexing /search URLs (as such links can dilute SEO quality)?

You can currently add some Renewal Center reports and features to Gainsight Home which is nice. However, when you drill down to the list of opportunities from whatever RC thing you clicked on, if you try and click on one of those individual opportunities to ‘work on it’ nothing happens. This is NOT the experience elsewhere in the product. Not having it work in GS home seems largely antithetical to its purpose.

Hi Team,Customer has the use case that a Sales Manager could go into the Renewal Center and be able to download and compare with data from other systems of operation. Currently, we are not including the field: ”Opportunity ID”  as part of exportable reports from the Renewal Center. Can you please look into this and include this field in the export file from the table view.Thank you. 

It would be nice to have the option to create my own private email templates and be able to toggle between my private templates vs the group templates that are available. I understand that using group templates keeps communication standardized across the team, however, sometimes I would like to respond in my own ‘language’ and ‘tone.’

One thing our CSMs struggle with in adoption success plans is the value beyond using it as a tracking tool.  One thing that’s constantly brought up is the ability to see outcomes related to the work we’re capturing in our success plans.   Because we have so many objectives related to making metrics in our score card go green it would be create to have the ability to set up a goal when an objective is built. For example:  I could create a new objective that is focused on getting adoption of product X Green.Then, on a goals tab, I could have an area where i can link this objective to the plan.  So in this scenario I would say - Link to Score metric Product X adoption = Green, by Y Date.  With the goal set, the CSM could naturally work the objective, and once the metric goes green they could either set the objective to close out automatically and set a closed status based on the criteria (on time, metric green = closed success).We could pot

We use scorecard to track a bunch of information.  Customer Health, Usage Data, CSM related tasks, etc.  It’s great because it can give all of these easy to view, amazing snapshot with the bonus of seeing historical information with just a click of the mouse.The problem is that our scorecard is massive.  Even when you collapse everything there is just so much information. Idea:  Would be amazing to be able to have a tabbed scorecard.  You’d be able to bucket measure groups into specific categories, and easily tab between them.   It would function exactly like tabs on a browser.  You just click between them at will.  Something like:[Engagement/Sentiment] [Product Utilization] [CSM Tasks]  

Hi Team, Client Name: SPS Commerce‍ Customer reported the issue that Program Activity page not loading and getting an error. Similar kind of issue are seen for other JO module related object (Eg: AO Emails) . The root cause of the issue is found to be the huge amount of data in the object. It would be great if engineering team can look into this from performance point of view and bring in the changes that can avoid this issue in future for all the customers.

We want to present two KC Bots with different content: 1) Audience is the admin role for initial onboarding and 2) Audience is all roles.After the admin completes all initial onboarding tasks, they qualify for the content in bot 2.

Hi Team,Currently, when importing records from snowflake with No Time Zone, as per current design we are treating them as UTC and converting these date field records to org’s timezone. For example, NTZ record would be shown as -8 (UTC-8) in the case of org in PST. If can provide an option for the user to select which timezone we need to consider when importing them to GS, it is possible to overcome this behavior.

There is a field on our Success Plan type  that is a non editable Rich text field which meant to be updated when there is a new Timeline entry on the success plan via rule.The issue we have come across is that the field still has the instructions ‘insert text here’. Can this be removed? It is confusing for end users.  The field is a rich text field on the Company object that is displayed on the Success Plan, but it is not editable  

Would like to simply track the Category and the number of selected labels as a way to measure feedback. Make Subject and Description optional selections.Alternatively, provide an option for like / dislike with a few options for recording why it was liked or disliked.

Hi team,I want a report to demonstrate the Product Analytics health over time. This is a group health measure vs. the overall health score. It looks like this (image above) but instead of showing numbers, I want to show red/yellow/green. Specifically,A report to show health over time (monthly) Focused exclusively on the Product Usage health measure group Simplify to red/yellow/green (RYG) instead of numbers so executives can easily understand and interpret Retain the NULL values to show that we still have many accounts without Product Usage data  

Hi Team, This idea is invoked by  client Khoros‍. Currently we don’t have the ability to delete the objectives even from Mass edit and engineering team is working on the same as an enhancement. Customer mentioned this point if product team is planning to get the feature/ability to delete the objectives from data operations page.Customer comments:Is it on the roadmap to allow the Admin to mass delete these in Data Operations in the future? that would be super helpful Please take a look into this request/suggestion from customer. 

It would be great to be able to set up saved views on the Success Plan list by Business Unit or set to group by Business Unit. That way when a CSM can quickly pull just the relationship success plans they need at that time

Scorecards downloads - Individual scorecard history views ability to download each scorecard individually or all in one download  Visual representation of the measures in the multiple formats (List, cards)

For companies with large volumes of data that are being integrated from Salesforce (ex. SF objects having over 1 million records), Gainsight's ability to support SF Big Objects would be very beneficial.

Increase number of records that can be downloaded in reports and table from 100K.  Some data sets have more than this so it would be good for users to be able to download full data sets from the UI without having to have their admin create a rule.

Date Formats    Provide the ability to modify the date format date format to the Global format 10-Nov-21 rather than 11/10/21

Some data is left aligned some is right aligned. Give the ability to make this consistent.

I would love to be able to automate emails to users who havent been on our site for 30 days or more with an email that stats ‘we havent seen you in ….. days’ or ‘we havent seen you since …...’  I think it could help us boost usage.

Right now you can only use the standard fields to filter on Success Plans. We have a new custom field on Success Plans that is acting like a tag and want to be able to set a saved filter for each “tag”. It would be really helpful to have that ability.
