We’re seeing errors flagged in Search Console because pages are indexed even though they’re blocked in our robots.txt file. A better approach to block them would be to add the meta noindex tag (follow and nofollow should both be options for us to select from) to individual pages and/or directories.  

The single biggest challenge we deal with on larger projects is crawl budget limitation. Buried pages - pages with a depth over 10 often see little to no crawler traffic, which means that these pages tend to drop in value and expire over time. Sitemaps are a good way of remedying this, as we could provide crawlers with direct links to the threads themselves, adding another avenue of discovery outside of organic crawl traffic.However, the current sitemap layout only covers the first level of depth the site, which means the front page and high level categories. With depth we mean the number of clicks from the front page to the page in question. Hi Team, User was creating a dummy test account, and shared a Success Plan with that account, and then opened it via the Email I receive to request the OTP, just as I would do it in the browser version. Only in the Mobile version, we see things we are not supposed to, such as the Healthscore and the renewal date. these things are not visible to me when opening the same Success Plan with the same account in the browser version.

Can the events menu on the back-end be segmented by upcoming and past events as well as filters on type and also allow us to have draft events please?

We use the event module in our closed community to advertise paid webinars.The registration link is linked to an external booking system. It would be great if our customers can see the price for the webinar unter “Details” on the right.A new field in backend would be great for this, whitch is shown unter Event Type:  

We are using timeline entries to record when we put two customers in touch for a peer to peer “reference” call/discussion on a specific topic, such as a use case.Currently, we have to create an entry on both customers’ timelines. I’d like the ability to add several companies to a timeline entry when creating that entry from the overall/general timeline so that the entry appears on both customers’ timelines AND, based on the companies selected, to be able to fetch external attendees from both companies’ associated persons. While we’re at it, let’s not limit this to two companies. Let’s just allow us to record entries that involved several companies.   This would save us time BUT would also increase our reporting accuracy.  

We do not have an option to select Created Date from SFDC to map it with Activity Date in Gainsight when syncing SF Timeline Activities. Currently, Due Date Only field in Salesforce is the only field available for mapping to Activity Date in the case of Task object in the integration job.

When adding a person record via C360, we’d like to have the record default to Active = true.  Currently it defaults to false. We have numerous cases where users don’t set the value to true and that in turn generates multiple requests to mark the records as active.  Our thinking here is since a user is intentionally creating a new Person record, there is no reason that it shouldn’t automatically default to an active status.  If it weren’t active, then it would not be created in the first place.  

Hi Team, Customer used fields in rule actions and the same were removed from rule load actions and this resulted in blank/empty values in field mapping in actions.  Customer is expecting a warning  from the system when user tries to remove the fields from rule load actions which are being used in rule actions.   

We want to hide one set of users from other set of users from search while assigning CTAs/Tasks and also wants to restrict them from tagging each other.

Using current product limitations, we can’t share AE reports to external contacts.It would be good if we have ability to add AE layouts in Email templates in Programs.Some customers would like to share usage reports to their customers.

We are using Crowdin as a translation platform and they have built a really great connector for Gainsight PX. We have asked them to add some automation to the connector to sync files based on the engagement translation state. However, I have searched and searched the PX API, and I cannot seem to find this exposed anywhere so the connector could use this. Use Case: New content is created or edited in PX. The designer changes the Translation state to “Ready for translation”. Crowdin connector automatically syncs only files that are in “Ready for translation” state. If the translation state was exposed in the localization export API, it could update the state to “Translation in progress”. When the translation is completed in Crowdin, the connector can then automatically sync the translated file back to Gainsight PX using the localization import API. And if the translation state was exposed in the API, it could also update the state to “Translation complete”.

CSMs are using Success Plans to help keep track of customer goals. Each Objective is a ‘goal’ and each Task is a step toward achieving that goal. Sometimes the responsibility for a task belongs with a business contact. For example, perhaps a business contact must attend a seminar. When a CSM creates a new task, they can assign that task to a contact at the business. However, once the task is built, the owner cannot be edited. This is an issue because the CSM may not know who the responsible person is at the time of building the task, or that person could change within the company. The ask here is that the Task Owner field be editable after saving.

Currently it is only possible to change a timeline activity on the way you created it. Either via the timeline or via the CTA.For example, if you create a CTA from a timeline activity, you can no longer change the timeline activity in the CTA timeline, only in the timeline of the account. Not sure if this is a bug or a feature request.

As we continue to expand our use of people maps, we’re seeing a gap in the influencer functionality. Currently, you can only add influencers from the company or our organization. We’d like to see the ability to add an influencer from another company as well as our Partner accounts to truly get the full view of any influential relationships.

Hi Team,Can we please ensure that we have consistent behaviour w.r.t to stickiness across the product.Example when on the rule listing page, I search for a rule name and later comeback to the same page, the page shows me filtered rules that I had searched for earlier. In the Data Designer listing page the behaviour is different. Every time I land on the page it shows me list of all the design’s and I have to search every time.

Hello Team, When we do manual sync to import survey responses from PX to CS, survey sent date is populated with Responded date.Instead can we fetch send date from PX and populate accordingly. Thanks & Regards,Srikanth

We need to be able to filter data on boolean attribute = false in rules engine as well as in report builder. We use boolean attributes for a variety of purposes, such as indicating whether or not a user/account uses a product or whether they’re opted out from CS comms. We build rules based on boolean attributes and sometimes, we’ll need to filter for values where it is set to false… but we can’t according to Support. This is a huge product gap… Please add this to the roadmap. 

In the Configuration Home section of Gainsight Analyzer, it would be really nice if we could see how many custom fields exist on each object. There’s already a column for “# Formula Fields”, so it would be a similar concept. This could help me quickly know how much customization has been done on Standard objects, such as Company or Person. Thanks.

I’d like to have more customization on being able to set up an NPS program where we have the inline survey placeholder be customizable. For example, changing squares to boxes or customizing the shad of those boxes.

The addition of labels for guides was a great addition to the PX platform. We now have so many competing guides that it is hard to keep track of which guides are the most effective. It would be immensely helpful to be able to use the label groups and label names when creating filters in the audience explorer or when running analytics.     

Canada SW and SW Canada should have the same results.
