We have been using Journey Orchestrator to automate various educational outreaches to our customers. However, the current monitoring is very limited and difficult to see performance across all programs. It would be helpful to have a dashboard that shows us:Number of scheduled programs for the day Run, To Be Run Notification if there are participants pulled into program, but no emails sends Ways to flag if there may be an issue with a query - % of failed participants per query is high, active programs but last email was sent X days ago etc Ability to “categorize” programs like we do for CTAs so that we can pull reports based on category (or folder)

*source doc This comes about due to a recent customer interaction where the customer had mistakenly selected the NPS program model and had built a SLICK participant rule only to find out that you couldn’t turn off the escalation email step. The rule had around 5 merges, so it would take a while to rebuild in a new program (since you can’t save rules and clones are locked into the originally selected model).  Based on the info noted above, I set the escalation email send threshold to 60 days whereas the survey TTL (section 3) was set to 30. We require the ability to export the success plans and share with customers.The current link sharing is limited and does not allow users to export the plans and integrate with their Project management tools. If we can share the success plan as an excel instead of a link might be better.

Many times there is a CTA that we need to run at a regular cadence that also requires certain tasks be associated with that CTA.  It would be helpful to create a recurring CTA with recurring tasks.

It would be nice if there was an option to give the C360 Summary NPS widget True Score a yellow color range much like the Average NPS Score. A range between 0-50 to assist with quick-glance visual cue would be nice but maybe even being able to set your industry NPS range to assist with moving the needle.  For example, we are in health care and industry NPS around Software and health range between 30-40 so a True NPS score of 14 really is not “Green”. Although reporting wise it is good to have more promoters than detractors, at an end-user experience it would be nice to aid in quickly identifying an account is leaning into yellow.   

Can we have option to allow inline editing for Person section? Use case is - Customer wants to make contacts active/inactive by checking boolean field in the list view in bulk instead of going to each contact's detail view.Any thoughts?

Hi Team, Posting this on behalf of our customer. When we turn on people maps in a org and click on contacts in C360, people map is the default view. It would be great if we provide a feasibility to toggle between the views and if we can't we would like to keep contact as the default view when a CSM clicks on Contact.

It would be nice to have an option to present articles the same way you allow Product Updates to be shown:filter on the right, by category large featured image with excerpt separate widget-powered sidebar editable from Customize in front-end ability to link directly to the filtered product area (article category)For example, on your own site, this page is much more appealing and functional than the standard forum categories.This would make it feel more like a blog, where it’s separate from the Community forum. 

It would be helpful if the profile page for a user showed what groups that user was part of. This would be helpful in Control for admins, with a quick link to each group and to others in the community on the public profile page so they can see where they are active in the community.

Hi, it would be very useful if we could see how many subscribe to a particular module, for instance the Product Updates module, or our developer community or user community. Is that a feature you could consider providing? 

When awarding badges in bulk to a group of users in /settings/badge/award it would be nice to be able to include an additional custom message about why we are awarding the badge. The message with the gamification provides a reason that’s generic and they may not be aware of why they got the badge.

when inheriting an existing instance, it sure would be nice to get an audit log of everyone who has touched a rule.  We can get at the history in the Audit Stats Graph but only for 60 days at a time - can we get an exportable view for a longer time period and/or just expose the object that tracks that information to the report builder?

Hi Team,Customize fiscal year settings are not being reflected in MDA reports when we filter on Fiscal Quarter instead Standard quarters are being applied. Currently, MDA has no provision of configuring/querying with custom fiscal periods.The customer(Boomi, Inc.‍)wants to extend these fiscal boundaries to MDA reports.Is this coming anytime soon??  Please have a look at this request.@rakesh 

If I change the background color of text as I’m typing out an email template, I can’t revert it back to white easily. Typically I’d expect to see a quick-key to change it back to “Transparent” or “White.” 

The widget "feature performance" shows the number of users/accounts that have triggered an event, but no widget show the adoption rate. Sounds like an easy win?

We’d like to see some improvements to the interface for private messages (on the front-end in particular, but I’m sure these could carry over to the backend in Control as well) shifting it to have a clearer way to compose new messages to anyone in the community. Currently you have to find the user, then select SEND MESSAGE, which makes it difficult. Rather, having a way to start a new private message than address it to the user or users that need to receive it would be helpful.

The same feature that is being worked on for the Mega Menu (below), but for the Navigation Menu. Use case: We’re implementing a custom navigation header to deliver a consistent navigation menu across many disparate resources, Insided being just one. We’ll likely be using the Navigation Menu as a simple second level to navigation on Insided, as it offers the profile drop-down and create topic button. It would be great for the global search entry to be a part of that as well. Why not use the Mega Menu for the same thing? our team reports that the mega menu has a lot more styling components that are making things tricker. The navigation menu is simpler and has what we want All we have to do is use CSS to hide the drop-down menu.   

We’d like the ability to set an “Out of Office” message or status.  This recently came up for us as one of our team members will be out of office for a chunk of time and being the Community Team, our community reaches out to us for support.  Potential solutions:Create a label that appears next to the member’s name anywhere on the community. If a member clicks on that label or the member’s profile, then they’ll see in their profile information more information about the “out of office” badge. Create a warning message when someone tags the member who is out of office. This would be a notification/warning message that alerts the other member that the member is out of office and might not see their tag. Automate the action so that the user who is going out of office only needs to share their start and end dates and whatever action occurs automatically goes up and goes down based on the start and end time (think your typical out o

As a CSM, I would like to be able to edit specific fields in C360 that will sync over to the account or any other related objects in Salesforce. I currently have to create a CTA to take advantage of bidirectional sync (which adds additional steps). I wish I could simply edit in C360 and see the changes reflected in Salesforce so that I don't have to keep changing systems.

Success plans objective CTA has the inclusion of Objective category code based on Success plan type on the task layout. Current design supports only objective type CTAs category addition for playbook tasks.Our recent use case wanted reason codes of non objective CTA Types to undergo similar treatment to of task layout to hold reason codes segregations. 

Adding this to the community based on guidance from our Gainsight TAM:To reduce clicks/improve productivity & improve data hygiene, we would like various elements within CTAs and linked objects on CTAs auto-populated based on the selected CTA Type.  Use case:We have CSMs create CTAs to track relationship risks, so we have a CTA type for this. There is only 1 possible reason & subtype for this CTA type, so it would save CSMs time if these were auto-populated.We also use linked objects to allow the creation of Salesforce cases from the CTA, and CSMs currently have to choose the SF case record type and populate a few other fields that remain the same each time this CTA type is used.

Home page widget that displays categories rather than parent categories. In the early days of a community the number of categories are small and it’s hard to bring attention to them. And as a community grows it would be helpful to bring attention to key categories without having to hack around things with quick links.  This was implemented with the new Kb by @Marion Frecaut — let’s get it extended into the community. 

I know I can build much of this out on my own with a custom MDA object, but since I’d think this is a common request I wanted to share the idea here.  I’d love to see a pre-built way to track AO Analytics over time….and more specifically, for a filtered, specific period of time. Currently, all of those metrics are just today’s numbers and ‘all time’ for the program you select.Our current use case is that we’re making some adjustments to one of our survey programs in order to increase open and response rates. First, I’d like to see these numbers captured weekly so I can see trends….when did the open rate start to slip? did the changes we made make a difference? Also, I’d like to be able to filter to just those emails sent during a certain period of time to answer things like, what time of the month/quarter/year do we get the best response rates? and to more quickly see the effect our changes have made without being diluted to an ‘all time’ rate.Has this been discussed b

The issue mentioned here with adding fields is designed the same in Segments, and is also extremely painful there.  Segments was given as a workaround for not being able to clone queries in JO, but building out the segments more painful than building out the query additional times.  Wanted to make sure that this was on the list of areas that need improvement.
