This is a specific use case when logging something into timeline.  If the csm logs it incorrectly, say a meeting over a churn risk, instead of having them redo it, I would like the ability for them to just change the type.  this would also be useful in tracking case emails for reporting.  Thank you.  

Hello - Is it possible to add a person to a people map that is separate from the rest of the org chart (“floating”). I have a CSM that has someone that they want to add, but they don’t know who they report to yet, so no one to tie them to. Thanks

I think that being able to filter by additional fields would be massively beneficial for users. For example you could filter by Sales Region, or by Segment (SMB, Commercial, Enterprise), or by Engagement Model (Hi-touch, Low-touch, Tech-touch), etc. More ways to slice and dice the data within timeline.

Would be nice to have a pop-up to notify anyone viewing a C360 that a measure has exceeded it's Validity Period. As it stands today, you have to be actively looking at the measures and/or scorecard mass edit report to identify these accounts. A pop-up reminder would be useful.

Hello!   I’m wondering if we have any plans to add more details for users to add in to their Profile in NXT?  Hopefully details that would include Company Address, Business Unit, Phone Number/other contact info, etc?

We are looking to use the same Power List across multiple different Programs in Journey Orchestrator and then filter down the emails (similar to what is shown at the bottom of this support article: https://support.gainsight.com/Gainsight_NXT/Journey_Orchestrator_and_Email_Templates/Email_Templates/Create_and_Send_Multi-Version_Emails) However, when there is only a single email version in a program, the ability to filter does not exist. It would be great if there was still the ability to filter even if there is only one email version in a Program. 

Has anyone had success utilizing the Sandbox Management utility? We had issues after our last SFDC sandbox refresh that required 2-3 weeks of time to correct. Unfortunately it happened right in the middle of heavy development and deployment of scorecard 2.0 and multiple Rules Engine configurations. We want to sync our Gainsight prod to our Gainsight sandbox get things caught up so we can go back to the best-practices of development using Sandbox with pushes to production.  For the record - I am not a fan of doing troubleshooting or backwards development in a sandbox! Seems like a waste of effort. When we attempt to refresh the sandbox the prompt asks for SFDC Org ID - which errors with “Invalid Parameters Message: New org id is already present” when I input our existing SFDC Org ID. Ref: 

Customer has the following use case. They fire off three CTA's when someone becomes a new customer -Discovery -Pre-Deployment -Deployment They are wanting to pull in customers which meet the following criteria: Has a Discovery CTA with a Status !=New   AND Has a pre-deployment CTA with a status = new This would let them know which customers have started talking about their deployment with a discovery call, but haven't actually started deploying anything within the organization.  I have broken the report down to this logic   ((A [Name] AND B [Status])  AND (C [Name] AND D [Status]). When I use the "or logic" I get results and I can see there are customers that have both of these CTA's in the statuses that they want to flag.... but if I switch it to AND (what they want) I get no data found.

We have trending data in our MDA object, we need trending report by Monthly. When we create it by Daily it is coming correctly but when we change it to Monthly it is aggregating and showing sum of that value per Month.  But we need only plotting change by Monthly.   We reached out to support (https://gainsight.zendesk.com/hc/requests/90990) currently the feature is not available so creating this enhancement request.  

Can the Bcc feature be implemented for the emails sent from Cockpit?

Hi,  I would like the ability to post things in my Success plan timeline that would be independent of the C360 Timeline.   I would also like the ability for the customer to add to that timeline should they want to add notes to a success plan objective.  In additional, it would be swell if we could publish a link to that success plan timeline to our C360 timeline for internal use only.  thank you.  

Hi Team, In the new feature Snapshot Test Run, we can search through either Account Names or relationship names but we have observed few customers have Same Relationship name being used for all the accounts so when they search with name they are not sure which relationship is being selected. So can we either provide an option to search with either SFDC relationship ID or Relationship ID or another option to add Account Name to Relationship search where we can select the Company name and later the relationship. Thanks,Prathap

The idea would be fairly simple, to add the IP address for user activity. I understand this could be visible, as it is used to be able to track the inferred location of a user.  Use case Every so often, in our platform, we have situtations where we need to understand exactly which user carried out certain activities within an account, especially when the user can be accessed by several different people. The IP address would allow us to achieve this and resolve items with the person directly involved with the activity in the account.    @janire

For 'Persons' section under 360 layouts, in the GUI can we please have a Sort option. There might be multiple Persons and we have to scroll throughout. Even a search option would do!

Hi There, Is there any API in Gainsight that let’s APEX code to fetch the MDA related Metadata. By this I don’t mean the READ, INSERT, UPDATE, DELETE API that help to manipulate the Data inside MDA, but the API that would let APEX Code see the fields etc from a MDA .

Hi everybody, It would be great if you add a possibility to launch a bot (or a feature) looking like a common user (for example, with a name Companyname_Support) which will go over all unsolved questions and ask user there "Is your problem solved?". Now it is possible to do it manually but it really eats a lot of time. Also, there should be a possibility to configure this bot: Select topics for Bot by defining a time from the last post (for example, go over questions if the last post there was 7+ days ago) Choose topic categories and other filters I think this might be useful for everybody. It will decrease amount of manual work.

Would be great if it was possible to configure our emails so they can be sent to a user via an email not stored in our out of the box email field? For ex: a user has multiple emails in PX (ex: Preferred Email as a custom attribute), would be great if we could target a specific email associated to a user.

Hi.First of all thanks for providing the feature, which is appending the word “Group” to the measure name, if that is Group measure.Screenshot: In the same way, it would be good if you can able to show up the “Scorecard Name” as well to the Group Measures.Because, while creating reports using Unified Scorecard Fact Objects(Company/Relationship), we can see the same column names multiple times, if we create the Multiple Scorecards with the same Group Names.Ex: In my case I have 2 scorecards having the same Measure Groups.Screenshots:I have used the same Measure Group in another Scorecard as well.Screenshot:

We are looking at adding out of the box Churn Reasons and analysis in Renewal Center. I would love your thoughts on the below standard reasons. Admin will be able to add reasons and deactivate standard reasons that are not relevant. When a renewal is lost or has down sell, the user will be able to select the churn reason. Cost of Ownership Failed to Achieve Outcome Lost Champion Low Adoption Poor Service Product Issue Reduced License Needs Should Not Have Sold Switch to Competitor Customer Issue: M&A, Financial Health, etc. Other Undetermined What churn reasons do you use? How do you report on them?

In Nxt, when you click on Scorecards on the menu, it takes you to Scorecards 2.0. This is probably a pretty minor change but for consistency’s sake, I would eliminate the “2.0”. I Nxt, there is no longer a notion of Scorecards 1.0 and Scorecard 2.0 for admins. Its just one scorecard feature now.  Scorecard Menu   Scorecard Page 

Before updating the new settings (that looks amazing btw) there was a very easy way to control unread topics: they were in BOLD. Now everything is in bold :( It would be very nice to have visibility on topics new or old that I was a moderator haven't checked yet.  

Wouldn’t it be cool to NOT have to always nav to “Execution History” when firing off a test run to check status or results? Wouldn’t it be cool to be able to see if a rule was running (test/live) while you were working on it? I find myself asking these questions more frequently as we have more needs as well as active updates to the system.  It would be nice to have some place in the Rule UI that could/would display “Rule Status” or something? As an Admin, I believe this would be very beneficial from a work-management perspective as well as quality of life by reducing clicks back to Report Builder,  click on the Rule you were just in and working on and triggered a run, and then to click further to get to the Execution History.Below I have highlighted some areas that appear static throughout the rule that could possibly be leveraged for something like this.

Hi Team, While doing Load to people Action why don’t we have criteria separately for 3 parts Person ,company person,Relationship person ? For Example we want to load all persons into person object ,all company stuff into company persons object and Only if Relationship exists Relationship person should load . Now the Rule goes as partial success saying Relationship id doesn't exist.  so we applied Relationship GSID!= Null it is filtering for all the 3 action parts but not only for last action part Relationship person.   Do we need to have 2 Actions one for Person ,company person and other for Relationship person ?   

This is fairly minor, but would be nice if you could change the name of a saved dashboard filter.  Discovered a typo in one of ours that wasn't caught the first time around so I had to delete and re-create because the name field was locked.  Odd, because I can change the selection of reports and field mapping.

I'd like to see our scorecard measures made clearer in the Scorecard 2.0 Mass Edit report. Right now, group measures look the exact same as individual measures. My idea is we should just put a (group score) suffix to the measure like we do with the (overall score) because this can be a little cumbersome otherwise, especially when companies have double-digit scorecard measures.
