The idea would be fairly simple, to add the IP address for user activity. I understand this could be visible, as it is used to be able to track the inferred location of a user.  Use case Every so often, in our platform, we have situtations where we need to understand exactly which user carried out certain activities within an account, especially when the user can be accessed by several different people. The IP address would allow us to achieve this and resolve items with the person directly involved with the activity in the account.    @janire

For 'Persons' section under 360 layouts, in the GUI can we please have a Sort option. There might be multiple Persons and we have to scroll throughout. Even a search option would do!

Hi There, Is there any API in Gainsight that let’s APEX code to fetch the MDA related Metadata. By this I don’t mean the READ, INSERT, UPDATE, DELETE API that help to manipulate the Data inside MDA, but the API that would let APEX Code see the fields etc from a MDA .

Hi everybody, It would be great if you add a possibility to launch a bot (or a feature) looking like a common user (for example, with a name Companyname_Support) which will go over all unsolved questions and ask user there "Is your problem solved?". Now it is possible to do it manually but it really eats a lot of time. Also, there should be a possibility to configure this bot: Select topics for Bot by defining a time from the last post (for example, go over questions if the last post there was 7+ days ago) Choose topic categories and other filters I think this might be useful for everybody. It will decrease amount of manual work.

Would be great if it was possible to configure our emails so they can be sent to a user via an email not stored in our out of the box email field? For ex: a user has multiple emails in PX (ex: Preferred Email as a custom attribute), would be great if we could target a specific email associated to a user.

Hi.First of all thanks for providing the feature, which is appending the word “Group” to the measure name, if that is Group measure.Screenshot: In the same way, it would be good if you can able to show up the “Scorecard Name” as well to the Group Measures.Because, while creating reports using Unified Scorecard Fact Objects(Company/Relationship), we can see the same column names multiple times, if we create the Multiple Scorecards with the same Group Names.Ex: In my case I have 2 scorecards having the same Measure Groups.Screenshots:I have used the same Measure Group in another Scorecard as well.Screenshot: Now, while creatig the report using Mass Edit Report Type, when we searched for the field, it is showing 2 times as I used the same measure group in 2 Scorecards which is fine.Screenshot:so, instead of displaying the same name, can you append the Scorecard name as well like below.Means, using my scorecard examples the field names should be like below.Customer Outcomes - MarsCustomer

We are looking at adding out of the box Churn Reasons and analysis in Renewal Center. I would love your thoughts on the below standard reasons. Admin will be able to add reasons and deactivate standard reasons that are not relevant. When a renewal is lost or has down sell, the user will be able to select the churn reason. Cost of Ownership Failed to Achieve Outcome Lost Champion Low Adoption Poor Service Product Issue Reduced License Needs Should Not Have Sold Switch to Competitor Customer Issue: M&A, Financial Health, etc. Other Undetermined What churn reasons do you use? How do you report on them?

In Nxt, when you click on Scorecards on the menu, it takes you to Scorecards 2.0. This is probably a pretty minor change but for consistency’s sake, I would eliminate the “2.0”. I Nxt, there is no longer a notion of Scorecards 1.0 and Scorecard 2.0 for admins. Its just one scorecard feature now.  Scorecard Menu   Scorecard Page 

Before updating the new settings (that looks amazing btw) there was a very easy way to control unread topics: they were in BOLD. Now everything is in bold :( It would be very nice to have visibility on topics new or old that I was a moderator haven't checked yet.  

Wouldn’t it be cool to NOT have to always nav to “Execution History” when firing off a test run to check status or results? Wouldn’t it be cool to be able to see if a rule was running (test/live) while you were working on it? I find myself asking these questions more frequently as we have more needs as well as active updates to the system.  It would be nice to have some place in the Rule UI that could/would display “Rule Status” or something? As an Admin, I believe this would be very beneficial from a work-management perspective as well as quality of life by reducing clicks back to Report Builder,  click on the Rule you were just in and working on and triggered a run, and then to click further to get to the Execution History.Below I have highlighted some areas that appear static throughout the rule that could possibly be leveraged for something like this. Could there even be a step 5 “Results” or “Outcome” maybe?

Hi Team, While doing Load to people Action why don’t we have criteria separately for 3 parts Person ,company person,Relationship person ? For Example we want to load all persons into person object ,all company stuff into company persons object and Only if Relationship exists Relationship person should load . Now the Rule goes as partial success saying Relationship id doesn't exist.  so we applied Relationship GSID!= Null it is filtering for all the 3 action parts but not only for last action part Relationship person.   Do we need to have 2 Actions one for Person ,company person and other for Relationship person ?   

This is fairly minor, but would be nice if you could change the name of a saved dashboard filter.  Discovered a typo in one of ours that wasn't caught the first time around so I had to delete and re-create because the name field was locked.  Odd, because I can change the selection of reports and field mapping.

I'd like to see our scorecard measures made clearer in the Scorecard 2.0 Mass Edit report. Right now, group measures look the exact same as individual measures. My idea is we should just put a (group score) suffix to the measure like we do with the (overall score) because this can be a little cumbersome otherwise, especially when companies have double-digit scorecard measures.

We have a several MDA objects containing Usage data and need to be able to report usage against multiple columns eg Usage by User could include: Name Email Phone Number Job Title Department City  Country Company then the Sum of Usage in the Show Me So ideally 8 columns in the By in this scenario although there are other scenarios where it could be more However we are limited to 5 Can this limit not be removed please ? This is a core use case for our Sales reps Thanks Ian

As I add new Objective Categories in, I'd love the ability to modify the sorting of the list. Currently the list sorts by timing of entry (oldest to newest). I'd prefer to sort alphabetically or to be able to drag and drop categories in the list and have the sort stay based on my actions. 

When creating a report with a key, such as a pie chart report, it would be helpful to be able to reorder the contents of the key. Currently it is automatically in the order of the highest to lowest percentage, but more control would be beneficial. For example, these entries could instead be ordered alphabetically.

If the opportunity is deleted in SFDC, it should be ideally deleted from Renewal center. Currently, we do not have this functionality. Request to look into this.  

We utilize 2 usage sections in the 360 that come from AE (Company and Person), designed with a Person lookup (referencing the platform user ID). However, our Person information contains some duplicates and records without a platform user ID. As a result, when selecting from the user dropdown in the 360 Person Layout usage section, users can see 20+ records, despite there only being 3 platform users. It is very frustrating for CSMs to spend time clicking through contacts that aren’t platform users until they find the right contacts with usage data. We would like to see logic developed either in AE that limits the lookup to only include users with a platform user ID OR the ability on the C360 for users to filter based on platform user ID.

We use the SF connector to pull over all users including their active status, we then use the rules in Permissions Bundles to assign the relevant bundle to the relevant people based on role name and active status. However I also manually assign to some users when we have use-cases outside of our typical allocations.This means that all the other active users of salesforce, who don’t have a GS licence, are still @ mention-able in comments/timeline activities but they either don’t get the notification or if they do they can’t do anything with it as they will see a 404 page. The original poster of the comment doesn’t realise this so they think the message has been sent/received. Please can we have a way of users only being able to @ mention other users who actually have a full/viewer licence and are able to see/act on the notification?  

In a survey, I'd like to be able to branch from an NPS question to a different page dynamically, based on the score given by the responder.  My goal is to have only the NPS question on the first page of the survey.  This is how I have my NPS surveys configured in CustomerGauge, and I believe that's inline with their recommended best practices. The problem is that (per Gainsight Support) branching is apparently not available on NPS questions (the branch button is dimmed), and [i]question linking requires the downstream questions to be on the same page.

In Adoption Explorer layouts - Can we show a tool tip kind of functionality upon hovering, which would show the description of that section(report) to the users?

We have a subjective score and our CSMs will regularly add/modify notes in the Scorecard Comments field.  Do these get saved/stored anywhere so that a historical record can be referenced?

Adoption Explorer has nicer looking reports, however, I’m facing an issue when displaying multiple series on a line chart: The issue is when you have series with vastly different scales. It is difficult to understand the relative value of sort series as is. There is a nice detail pop up when you hover over a data point, but this is still a little difficult to use:     In the standard Gainsight reports, you can click to filter which solves this issue: Click on the specific series to quickly filterFiltered versionThis feature that exists in standard reporting has been one of the most useful when embedding reports in C360. Hopefully, this is something that you can add to a future release :)

We want all 28 our our app’s engagements to run indefinintely. However, there is no way to currently set this to happen. We have had to use the “From / To” date selection tool in Schedule > Scheduler to manually scroll through the end date selection window month-by-month for years ahead into the future. Years from now, we may never know that an engagement as stopped sending, and this is very problematic. Please create the ability to set the end date to “never end”.  Thanks!
