We utilize 2 usage sections in the 360 that come from AE (Company and Person), designed with a Person lookup (referencing the platform user ID). However, our Person information contains some duplicates and records without a platform user ID. As a result, when selecting from the user dropdown in the 360 Person Layout usage section, users can see 20+ records, despite there only being 3 platform users. It is very frustrating for CSMs to spend time clicking through contacts that aren’t platform users until they find the right contacts with usage data. We would like to see logic developed either in AE that limits the lookup to only include users with a platform user ID OR the ability on the C360 for users to filter based on platform user ID.

We use the SF connector to pull over all users including their active status, we then use the rules in Permissions Bundles to assign the relevant bundle to the relevant people based on role name and active status. However I also manually assign to some users when we have use-cases outside of our typical allocations.This means that all the other active users of salesforce, who don’t have a GS licence, are still @ mention-able in comments/timeline activities but they either don’t get the notification or if they do they can’t do anything with it as they will see a 404 page. The original poster of the comment doesn’t realise this so they think the message has been sent/received. Please can we have a way of users only being able to @ mention other users who actually have a full/viewer licence and are able to see/act on the notification?  

In a survey, I'd like to be able to branch from an NPS question to a different page dynamically, based on the score given by the responder.  My goal is to have only the NPS question on the first page of the survey.  This is how I have my NPS surveys configured in CustomerGauge, and I believe that's inline with their recommended best practices. The problem is that (per Gainsight Support) branching is apparently not available on NPS questions (the branch button is dimmed), and [i]question linking requires the downstream questions to be on the same page.

In Adoption Explorer layouts - Can we show a tool tip kind of functionality upon hovering, which would show the description of that section(report) to the users?

We have a subjective score and our CSMs will regularly add/modify notes in the Scorecard Comments field.  Do these get saved/stored anywhere so that a historical record can be referenced?

Adoption Explorer has nicer looking reports, however, I’m facing an issue when displaying multiple series on a line chart: The issue is when you have series with vastly different scales. It is difficult to understand the relative value of sort series as is. There is a nice detail pop up when you hover over a data point, but this is still a little difficult to use:     In the standard Gainsight reports, you can click to filter which solves this issue: Click on the specific series to quickly filter

We want all 28 our our app’s engagements to run indefinintely. However, there is no way to currently set this to happen. We have had to use the “From / To” date selection tool in Schedule > Scheduler to manually scroll through the end date selection window month-by-month for years ahead into the future. Years from now, we may never know that an engagement as stopped sending, and this is very problematic. Please create the ability to set the end date to “never end”.  Thanks!

Hello Gainsight Community,I ran a search on the timeline to see if I could view all the the activities I was involved in, including comments. However, the search only resulted with the activities I created. Is there a way to see “all my activity” or is that an idea that has not been requested yet? Thank youJanis

It would be amazing to be able to begin an internal comment discussion before saving a timeline entry, just like the easy follow up task creation. Waiting til after the save results in too many additional clicks, from a UX perspective!

In some reports I may want to show the Avg, Min, Max of the same field in one report (by line).  Would be great to aggregate same field in multiple calculations.

I was wondering if there is a way to get open/click rate data on the people in the "cc" line for JO programs. I know the "Email Log" object allows you to see click rates for folks in the "to" line, but it doesn't seem to include the cc line.

When sending emails through programs on Journey Orchestrator the recipient email must be a single user. I would like to have the chance to send it to multiple users, instead to have only a single recipient allow the recipient to be a list of users. And also allow to had recipients manually.In my case i have to send the same notification email to 5 different users and i believe that i will need to create five different programs for this. Thanks, Leonel M. 

Trying to update the description of a Data Designer set, and it's telling me “a design with the given name already exists in the system.  Please recheck your request.” Should be able to update the description without having to change the name...  

When i go into Data Designer and try to add fields to existing datasets, 4/5 times the webpage doesn’t load an I get the Chrome pop-up “exit or wait’. Waiting doesn’t result in anything. Any tips on how to solve this or a workaround?

Right now, we are able to set up custom domains/subdomains for emails coming from email assist(example screenshots below). However, these settings do not apply to when a user is sending emails from timeline. Is it possible to add a refresh report button in the report configuration window in JO? If I need to change fields or filters on a report, I find I have to add the report again and add the recipient filter. It would make life a little bit easier if there was this functionality.

It would be great to have the ability to select various “things” in Gainsight (a recent timeline entry, a report widget, a usage chart, etc.) and put together an “Executive Highlights” report (something that would go straight into HTML body of email). This way we can distribute key “things” which people around the organization should be aware of without them having to go into product and find these nuggets of information on their own. 

Hi Team   Currently we don’t have an option to check what were the timeline activities deleted recently on a particular account . Is there a way to check who has deleted the activities and at what time ?

At present, data designer objects cannot be a source/input to segment. Are there any plans to provide data designer objects as source/input to the segment in the future?

Customer is not able to add objective category as the limit imposed on this field is 15 char. Could this be increased and enhanced in the future ?

Currently It’s not possible to set a Success Plan Type to inactive in the SFDC version of Gainsight, but NXT just recently got this ability. I was hoping it would roll out in today’s release (6.14) but after checking the release notes, and Gainsight itself, I see it was not.   Is there a timeline for when this will be made available in the SFDC version?

Our Community members have asked to be able to view the complete timestamp of Members’ posts, as well as the date.So, for example, when hovering over ‘1 day ago’ they’d like to see the time included as well as the date.As a support Community with superusers answering Members’ questions, this’d be particularly helpful for knowing exactly when a Members’ question was posted, to be able to give the best/ most specific advice possible 

Hello, would it be possible to share the link to Share360 to multiple contacts (contact groups) at a customer instead of typing in names individually? Our team uses the Share360 to update clients on cases, projects etc. Some clients have multiple stakeholders (even up to 10-12) such that it is time consuming to type in each individual contact name each time. It would be great to create Sharing groups to shortcut this process. 

I would love (love love) it if we could use the same bar chart visualisation that CTAs are shown in when using the widget on the 360 for our own choice of metrics also. Our customers purchase Professional Service hours from us, which are used when spending time with different departments, they fall in to 4 different “buckets” and when our internal users arrange and log meetings on the timeline they need to specify which type of hours to take from (Implementation, Customer Success, Sales Engineering, Data Science) currently we just show a total of all these hours, and they have to check one of the attributes sections to find out which type they specifically have. It would be great if we could just have it visually displayed at the top for them.
