Hello Team, We got a feedback from customer on ‘Playbook’ section, stating: 1)In the Playbook creation, If we could use Tab Out for selecting options and click ‘Save’ by ‘Enter’? For now, what I see in the Local Org is, when we create a playbook, the ‘Tab’ option works, but it’s not highlighted during selcting the type, and also, click on the “spacebar” is saving it. 2)Whenever we delete a plabook, it scorolls to top of the page, Rather than staying at same section: I’ve made a small video, showing the above mentioned  -  https://share.vidyard.com/watch/qb1pDa87mYrxrpvqZWqqpC? Can we make these improvements for better UI experience? Thank You.

We would like to have a better way to manage user subscription preferences to comply with GDRP, CCPA, CAN-SPAM, etc. requests to prevent users from receiving any more PX engagements (emails + in-app engagements) and/or remove users from PX altogether. Currently, we have to manually go into every engagement and prevent a user from receiving them, which is not realistically scalable or a good use of our time. In Mail Chimp and other apps, you can change a user’s subscription status as an admin, but PX has no way to do that. Please consider creating this functionality.

Currently with PX, It has been already decided that if there is no activity for X duration, the old session will be closed and a new session will be generated. Can we have an option to manage this one in the UI? i.e, Can customer set their own durations of sessions?   Thanks, Shireesha

I would like there to be extra layers of assigning a CTA.  As an example, right now I can assign it to a role and then assign a default owner.  What if we could add the ability to add another layer of assignment so if the first option to assign is not valid for that customer, but a second option would be valid, I would rather assign it to the secondary option that just a default owner. So if an account has a Technical Account Manager, I want the CTA to go to them, but if not I want it to go to the Account Manager and if no Account Manager then I want it to go to the Account Owner and if not yet assigned an Account Owner then assign it to the Net New Sales Manager (Default Owner).  A checkbox to add additional layers of potential assignees would be great so I could customize by CTA.

We want to give out front line teams access to the information found in the C360 Summary, but are noticing that the Comments section is not available in the Shared 360 view. Is it possible to include this?

A CSM just asked me if it was possible to show NPS survey responses in Timeline. It would be great for that context to be visible. For us, it would be important that the Timeline record for the survey response be pulled in live, not copied into the Timeline MDA object(s). We have to load the comments into the NPS response after the survey is complete, since the NPS Comment field in the survey cannot be set to required (feature request logged here). So, if that record were already copied to Timeline, then the Timeline would not pick up the comment once we'd loaded it in.

Our end-users would like to see more details as to why they're getting a real-time notification. They'll get emails but don't get the context around what actually happened (i.e. was a net new task assigned to you? closed out by another user?, etc.) Is there a way to make these more customizable? If not, is that a potential enhancement?

Currently we have a rule that is loading to SFDC.  When the rule fail the error message is helpful, but it would be nice to see more detailed records about why this failed.  Providing an ID would allow the customer to trouble shoot and figure out why this rule failed on their own.  Screen shot attached for reference. 

Hi All, So we're aware of 'Republish' option which is used when any modification to email template used in Program is modified and you want to re-save the changes in that Active Program for the subsequent participant added to the Program journey. But this ''Republish' option" appears as soon as the Program is published whether the Email template is changed or not. So let's suppose - the user has published the Program which is using a Email Template says - 'X'. -And then some other user just goes to that email template and add a token, hit save. - Now, the new participant in a Program will fail due to error : 'Token Mapping'. To resolve this user has to 'Republish'. But here comes the problem and idea- Problem: So the user who has published the Program, need to check the Program REGULARLY. And if he is not checking

When trying to download an attachment from timeline of the bulk edit-scorecard we have a link that expires after an hour.  But you are still given the option to click, and try to download this attachtment or view, but it errors out.  We would like to see the ability to be able to download or view when the link is present in the product.

How can i raise a feature request to add on to emails a master email template? for example, i want to create my own format of a template and then apply it to other emails i wish to create. if it’s an HTML template for example. keep a master format and then work from it (blank with just the formatting) to add the text we want.

Hi There, Just wanted to bring this point up. Earlier users were able to search Account in the below highlighted section with other attributes like - VID, and sentiment prior to the latest release, but now they are unable to. They used to be able to see the Company name, VID, and sentiment when searching. Now, only the name pops up.     On checking internally, we found that this is as per our latest release wherein we have moved on to Gainsight Objects from SFDC objects for "related to"https://support.gainsight.com/SFDC_Edition/Release_Notes/Current_Release_Notes/Release_Notes_Version_6.15_

My team frequently uses Email to Timeline to log meeting notes, etc.  We have added a Meeting Type picklist to Email, Call and Meeting tasks so that we can drill down on specific activity types.   The team will frequently go back and fill in the correct Meeting Type daily or weekly, however there is no way to see the Meeting Type field from the Activity Timeline view.  To help with the issue, I created a Timeline Activity report which does allow them to see the “Meeting Type” field, however when we click on the link to the Timeline entry (using the subject field), there is no ability to edit.   This is the view that a Timeline Activity report links to. 

We’ve had requests to be able to see from a Mass Edit report when the measure/group was last modified - this is particularly handy for manually entered scores, but could be helpful for any score.   Clicking on the Timeline entry icon, you can see any relative Timeline entries for the score - but if there are no TL entries OR if the score has been changed since the last TL entry was created, it can be misleading.   Would be great if you could hover over a score measure or group and see when it was last modified, kinda like this:    

Is there anyway possible to expose which users have access to what dashboards?  It would be nice to be able to build a quick report to show the user and what dashboards they currently have access too.

Hi Team, I am reaching out after a recent discussion with a customer. Customer would like to connect PX to a sandbox salesforce environment.   UseCase: Need to Connect the PX with Salesforce Sandbox.   Existing Design: As of now this is not supported and the only integration is with salesforce production.   Can we expect in the near future to be able to connect to a sandbox environment?   Thanks Mike

I’ve been running into some rules that produce failed records due to timing issues, i.e. a rule runs that trying to populate a field on the Company object, but the Company hasn’t been created yet because the latest sync hasn’t run yet. It would be a nice enhancement to be able to set a flag on specific rules to have the rule “try again” after X amount of time to  re-run against records that failed.

Currently, when using Sally intents of Attribute for or Summary for it is pulling the same Attributes or Summary sections as defined by the C360 view assigned to the account. In order to display or change the data available, we would need to modify the Attributes and Summary sections from Administration. However, if we are using different views based on Account Criteria (e.g. Tech touch may have different Summary/Attributes than an Entreprise account), we have to modify each view in order for Sally to return similar values across all accounts. I propose that there is a Summary and Attribute setup that can be defined just for Sally intents. This way we can have Sally return just the data fields that would be of interest to Sally users without modifying the C360 views that impact CSM workflows. @shantan_reddy

New customers are assigned to the regional Manager in Gainsight (via Rule), upon which the Manager will assign a CSM based on location, language and customer requirements. At the moment, this process requires use of the Rules Engine to re-assign a CSM to the account. By enabling Managers to manually reassign customers at will via C360/R360 , we eliminate the need to set up a new rule each time.

Ability to extract date from datetime field in MDA formula field seems to be not possible today. We are using rules to update the date.

Hi team,   We have a customer reporting an issue where an error from data designer not being displayed for long enough to read it. The customer is having to recreate the error again and again to understand it. And it is causing them great inconvenience.     Is it possible to display it a bit longer? Please share your thoughts.

Hello Folks!   Are there any plans to expand the Survey 2.0 questions repositories? Every time I build a survey I struggle with the questions‘ format available, being left frustrated wanting more options, for example: NPS question - I like the smiley faces but don’t like the colours which can be seen as “leading on”. The only option seems to be to have the smileys with the colours or no colours and stuck with a text above 0 and 10. The text isn’t always applicable to transactional surveys so could it be edited? Ranking - today I tried to add a question to rank or rate 7 different sections of a seminar. I wanted to use something else than matrix 0-10, and the only options I had was the reordering (difficult on the phone) and stars. Wanting to go with the stars, I soon figured I cannot use them as it’s only one star rating per question, rather than one question, then 7 answers being ranked via stars. So I had to go back to matrix format

This is a two part suggestion regarding Journey Orchestrator: It would be nice to have insight on what browsers and email clients our emails are opened up in, so we can make sure we’re maximizing how they look and perform when they get there.  Being able to see how your email template renders on different devices and email clients in the “Email Templates” screen. For example, seeing how the email looks differently on an tablet, phone or desktop with gmail vs outlook right from the template screen.   

Hi, we are interested in having an external content feed into email templates. Here is the use case: In a tech touch journey customers getting automated emails with different preset content. In order to update them also on e.g. events, webinars, which will obviously change based on time it would be of great advantage of having a feed that is coming from e.g. the CMS system instead of manually updating the content all the time.   Anny suggestions for a workaround are also appreciated.   Thanks Swen
