Hi all, A quick question around playbooks. We are looking at implementing new playbooks for our 2020 CS strategy.  One thing we want to do is be able to give decisions a bit like the below:   Q: Is the implementation by - A) Partner                                                      B) Our PS team?   If A is selected it creates one set of tasks, if B is selected if creates another set of tasks.   Hopefully that makes sense and any help is greatly appreciated.

I am posting this on behalf of Jeffrey Kirkpatrick. Is there a flag in the Unified Scorecard Fact table that identifies scores that have gone stale?

Right now, if there are multiple self lookups on an object like company, we can’t pull data from those directly without using a merge. The Manager field on the User object and Parent Company on Company  are the only ones that are expandable but the custom ones are not.

I created an engagement to highlight a virtual event in our product. I'd like to be able to show the engagement every week IF the user hasn't clicked on the 'Register Now' button. Is there a way to do this? In the Audience tab, you can select the engagement but then only have the option to target an event that it's been "Viewed" or "Completed". This would then leave out people who haven't seen it yet. Also, would "Completed" be tracking the custom button I added in the engagement or something else?

USE CASE: Currently in PX, While mapping the features to the Product Mapper, We have to select the exact scope i.e, “URL”.  It would be helpful to have the “Contains” option while adding the URL, it would be a very handy to have a contains option. Sometimes, It’s a bit hard to select/add the entire URL while mapping. **Currently We have only “Is” or “Is not” options**  Here is the reference image,     Thanks, Shireesha.

Speaking with a customer who would like to be able to target an email audience by using a CSV.   Use Case: The use case is that they sent an email to a list of customers (including multiple within an account) from Gainsight and had it come from the CSM. They want to follow up on that email with a GainsightPX notification (dialog engagement) to that same list of people–like a multi-touch campaign across channels for specific customers.    They would like to target this specific list with a notification when they log in to the product.

I think there are some improvements to be made in the Segmentation engine. Cannot do segments within segments.  This really limits our ability to manage custom audiences and merge them together as necessary for guides or other purposes. Can AND and OR criteria, but cannot do something like this: "target engagement to users who visited NewsCenter feature < 5 times within the last 30 days."  Can only do: "NewsCenter feature < 5 times", "Visited anywhere in product within 30 days". I would like to trigger users to fill in 1 of our profile fields. My idea is to give specific users, based on profile settings, a notification by pop-up when they log-in for example. In my case it's to set attention on the profile settings, but you could use it for other referrals ofcourse.    In our case it's the profile field question: Do you like to receive Community news by e-mail?  In the past this question wasn't mandatory. I want to trigger the group again that says ‘NO’ to increase our newslettres userlist. 

Hi,  It would be great if we could add some extra tabs to the homepage. Currently, our customers find it difficult to stay up to date on community topics. They often use the recently active tab, but because ALL topics are shown in this tab, they still lose the overview… We think that creating different tabs with specific content would really help.  Here are some ideas on what kind of tabs would really help us and our customers:  Tab populair topics from previous week (most views and interaction)  Tab topics with no replies (this is quite similar to this submitted idea)  Tab recent knowledgebase articles (this relates to this idea)  Love to hear what you guys think about this …  Thanks! 

Hi In scorecard configuration page can we display all the scorecards that the respective measure/group is being used

Currently with email to timeline we do not support support aliases.  This is an important feature that needs to be possible as if a name or email address changes, you leave the user unable to use this feature with the new email.  

Our CS team has requested the ability to change the CTA associated with a Timeline Entry, and the abilty to link a CTA after the fact, if the entry was not already connected to a CTA.   This would allow CSMs to clean up their entries if they accidentally create an entry from the timeline, but mean to have it associated with a specific CTA.

Hi Team, I am posting behalf of a Customer. Customer wants to update the milestone type through rule. As per the current design, we are treating milestone type as one of the identifiers. We cannot update the milestone type. It would be really helpful if we have the option to update the milestone type through rules.

Use case: Customer has partner contacts that work on multiple accounts and therefore their email id is associate with multiple customers. If we do BCC, that will not work. Also, how do we associate same contacts with multiple customers?

Send ‘daily digest’ emails to a certain group of people, who automatically follow all companies and relationships. Currently, only option is to send this email manually for every relationship/company for each person, individually.      

Is there a reporting date function similar to Current and Next 3 CQ that will show me the LAST 4 quarters of data, monthly?  Something like "Current and Last 3 CQ"?  I need to create a rolling twelve month report, showing data monthly.  Last N Days (365, summarized by Month) is not working for me if I am not running my report as of a specific day.  Thanks!

Hi folks, I think there’s a lot of room for improvement in how one goes about building, testing, and deploying engagements.  Some challenges we’ve run into: There is essentially zero testing workflow.  This causes us constant challenges as we have to work in a production environment. You cannot copy engagements from a test environment into a production one.  This makes building in a test environment relatively useless due to duplication of effort required. There is no way to easily put something into "test mode" so that only certain users have access (without building a custom segment).  There should be some kind of "sand box" mode where you can dig in and test. Preview mode doesn't always match what happens in reality. There is no way to test whether or not a segment will fire based on inputs.  This is a big one.  I think it would be great to have a s

Two things I noticed when testing this out: 1. If your templates have tokens, you don't have the ability to add them. You can only delete them. Would be great if you had the option to add. 2. It would be great if there was a way to specify which templates you wanted to be available instead of it just being all of them.

Currently this is not supported. Can we please consider this.

Currenly PX can only sync with Salesforce Account level which is extreamely limiting, expecially when my salesforce admin is very hesitant to put any more fields to the SFDC account level so it would be nice as you guys start building out PX to make it where Gainsight objects can directly sync to PX and not have to mess up SFDC.

I'll start positively: The Object Graph is a great tool! I love it, and I especially love how you can drag objects around to improve things visually. Unfortunately, I just found out that once you expand the fields for an object, the Object Graph refreshes and resets itself, meaning I have to now re-drag things around how I had it before. Is there any way to improve this?

Hi Team,  We’re unable to copy the excel data to Timeline. The screen-recording is for your reference. https://share.getcloudapp.com/eDu99xev  When I’m trying to copy the excel data to ‘Timeline’ , nothing happens and cursor disappears.  Can you please have a look at this.    

For Success Plans - we only have the options of Draft, Active, and Closed. We would like to have an additional status to reflect Success Plans that were started by have since be made inactive or dropped. Marking as Closed gets combined with actually completed Success Plans and marking as Draft is not reflective of the work done.

In the pre-PX era, we have experimented with usage data from Mixpanel in Google sheets. The following graph proved very useful, both for CSMs to start a discussion with project leads at customers and for our product team to assess the adoption of features (both on global level as for strategic accounts).   For a selected set of features, this spiderweb graph shows the percentage of users using those features for selected accounts (blue) and for all accounts (or all accounts adhering to a specific filter), so you can benchmark the feature adoption. The graph really gives a nice overview of feature adoption and it would be great if this graphical representation would become available for PX adoption reports.
