Allow for emoji’s to be used as a reaction to a question, conversation, article, idea, etc. much like you can in Slack. So lame that all a user can do is like something and cannot engage in reacting to content in a more dynamic way.

It would be great to be able to manually add people to the attendee list of an event in case they hit issues during the sign up flow. 

Idea: All the URL snippets available here: but double them with an SEO URL option. Impact: Would enable UTMs to work with system emails, negating the need for this idea 

While we can’t yet archive groups:A workaround here would be to not display groups that do not have a tag. That would free up space visually on the groups page when viewed by administrators and also allow groups without members to not be seen by registered users of the community.

My idea is that there be a separate tab which allows us to see filtered topics only from the members we follow and more specialized notifications etc.As per following thread  it is like bookmarking for another member’s profile. But it would have been better if we could get topics or notification filtration possibility from the members we follow etc.Thanks & Best Regards,Yasas

Is there anyway we can choose whether we want private group contributions count towards ranks or not? Personally I prefer we can count because our members’ contribution to the private groups are very valuable and they are most active in the private groups. 

Provide a way for members and internal teams (community managers, moderators, etc) to edit and delete their private messages.

Not only for moderators as ddpancatraz expresses, I need to be quickly go to the groups I am a part of as an end user, and be able to be notified 

I’d love to have a way to exclude posts and likes in groups from contributing to the leaderboard. In our case we have some private/hidden groups where the interactions in these groups we’d like to exclude. Today you can only exclude by role. 

Hi,Just throwing this down before I release a related post in the next few weeks. :)Something I often do, is send myself a PM to make notes, either for here or for the OVO Forum. It can be useful if I want to keep certain general notes on hand and in one place. However, the UI does not make it clear that it’s possible - and you have to do a certain “hack” to pull it off the first time.It would be nice if it could be made more of an official feature! I already know Slack has it for example.

Having group categories would enable the use of permissions per category, meaning it would be possible to run a big group with some order, and cater to say customers and non-customers in different ways inside a same group. 

It happens from time to time that I’m away for an extended period.It would be nice to have the option to set up an automatic reply, or a status that alerts anyone trying to message me that I’m unavailable, and perhaps direct them to another team member. Or, otherwise to suspend the possibility to send a private message.I imagine this would be most useful for community managers, but perhaps also moderators or other very active users.(In the past, I’ve used the custom title to give my status as “unavailable” or “away” but I’m not sure if that is visible in the right places, as I still received messages.)

Silly that the filters based on tags for groups appear in the order created versus being able to set these in the order you want them to appear. For example, in our community, it would make more sense to have City and Country be next to each other but there appears no way to change this in Control or on the front-end.  

Currently it does not seem like it is possible to filter a report in a program to show data for any company that is the child of the company receiving the email.  We could add such a filter to the report, but it would not be dynamic based on who is receiving the email The use case for this is emailing parent companies the health scores or other data for all of the children companies associated with them

LOVE the Rule Run Preference option introduced with Horizon (I think?). However, I am requesting a better setup using the fundamental concept of Bionic Rules and Relationship Types. Currently, if I trigger two Rules that are for two different Relationship Types and have the Run independently option selected, they will still not run simultaneously because both Rules are running for Relationships with Load to Relationship actions - at least, that’s my understanding of this function. What would be preferable here would be for it to go one layer deeper and recognize the Relationship Type setting (which I am forced to select in the Edit Rule section anyway) is different and so these should run simultaneously. This would improve our overall Rule Timeline and queue processing expectations greatly. 

Hi Team, In some scenarios, I see a challenge in filtering the specific set of records in Data Management. For example, when I have to delete a random set of records the filters will not be useful at that time so I would like to propose a solution that there should be an option to upload a CSV file with the desired records to be deleted so that all the records can be deleted in one go rather than deleting them one by one. I hope this helps a lot of admins to delete random records. Please upvote if this makes sense for you.

We are attempting to use the token in a Survey Program to generate a CTA for our CSMs to follow-up, however the Survey Response URL token pulls from the MDA a URL that does not work if your instance is setup to only access via SFDC Lightning.  We have this set and we are still directed to login via the same GS NXT direct login. Is there another solution? I noticed the url does not have the lightning view - if I select this exact same survey link via GS "Surveys" in the C360 this is the URL I receive. Comparison below. How do we get the second URL to display? We have objectives on our success plans that we do not want to delete in order to keep the historical data, but we do not want it displayed at all on the plan anymore. It would be great if admins were able to hide certain objectives, almost similar to the experience for users to check a box to externally share...we’d like an admin to be able to check a box to share / make visible to users on a plan. 

We use GS to send educational journeys to our customers based off of opting in and when they take actions in our software (triggered by events). We want to add a survey at the end to get feedback, but the only current way to use the Generic Survey only allows this as the first step. We want to send a email chain program with the last step being the Survey step so that we can keep it associated with the contact. Otherwise we have to do an “anonymous” survey type and we have to ask in the survey for their email which is not ideal.

Hi folks, we really want to help people read and learn relevant skills but in order to do so we need to be able to be more ‘specific’ regarding what kind of content we show where. Something that would be a great improvement is being able to feature content  at a category level. Categories are meant to represent key areas of content so it’d be really helpful if we could highlight top articles, events, etc specific to each category. By feature content I mean this type of block  Just think of showing this inside a category called “Feedback” for instance. This type of feature will help in two ways: Showcase relevant content in the right section  Decongest community homepage. Hope this is an easy one that more people need :D

Currently in Programs you are unable to use a custom ID type field in the participant mapping section. The use case in this example is using the CSM ID from Salesforce, which is is the user id of the salesforce user.  This use case was raised to support about a year ago, I’m curious to know if this is something we might implement soon? 

CSM would like the c360 detail options on the left side of the screen to remain static when toggling to timeline.  If the Timeline is displayed, the CSM wants to click on a detail menu option, like Cockpit, without first clicking Detail.  This should display the detail - cockpit view.
