Currently it does not seem like it is possible to filter a report in a program to show data for any company that is the child of the company receiving the email.  We could add such a filter to the report, but it would not be dynamic based on who is receiving the email The use case for this is emailing parent companies the health scores or other data for all of the children companies associated with them

LOVE the Rule Run Preference option introduced with Horizon (I think?). However, I am requesting a better setup using the fundamental concept of Bionic Rules and Relationship Types. Currently, if I trigger two Rules that are for two different Relationship Types and have the Run independently option selected, they will still not run simultaneously because both Rules are running for Relationships with Load to Relationship actions - at least, that’s my understanding of this function. What would be preferable here would be for it to go one layer deeper and recognize the Relationship Type setting (which I am forced to select in the Edit Rule section anyway) is different and so these should run simultaneously. This would improve our overall Rule Timeline and queue processing expectations greatly. 

Hi Team, In some scenarios, I see a challenge in filtering the specific set of records in Data Management. For example, when I have to delete a random set of records the filters will not be useful at that time so I would like to propose a solution that there should be an option to upload a CSV file with the desired records to be deleted so that all the records can be deleted in one go rather than deleting them one by one. I hope this helps a lot of admins to delete random records. Please upvote if this makes sense for you.

We are attempting to use the token in a Survey Program to generate a CTA for our CSMs to follow-up, however the Survey Response URL token pulls from the MDA a URL that does not work if your instance is setup to only access via SFDC Lightning.  We have this set and we are still directed to login via the same GS NXT direct login. Is there another solution? I noticed the url does not have the lightning view - if I select this exact same survey link via GS "Surveys" in the C360 this is the URL I receive. Comparison below. How do we get the second URL to display? CTA generated URL (does not work): 

We have objectives on our success plans that we do not want to delete in order to keep the historical data, but we do not want it displayed at all on the plan anymore. It would be great if admins were able to hide certain objectives, almost similar to the experience for users to check a box to externally share...we’d like an admin to be able to check a box to share / make visible to users on a plan. 

We use GS to send educational journeys to our customers based off of opting in and when they take actions in our software (triggered by events). We want to add a survey at the end to get feedback, but the only current way to use the Generic Survey only allows this as the first step. We want to send a email chain program with the last step being the Survey step so that we can keep it associated with the contact. Otherwise we have to do an “anonymous” survey type and we have to ask in the survey for their email which is not ideal.

The ability to export Success Plans via the Success Plan tab similar to the Cockpit tab.

Hi folks, we really want to help people read and learn relevant skills but in order to do so we need to be able to be more ‘specific’ regarding what kind of content we show where. Something that would be a great improvement is being able to feature content  at a category level. Categories are meant to represent key areas of content so it’d be really helpful if we could highlight top articles, events, etc specific to each category. By feature content I mean this type of block  Just think of showing this inside a category called “Feedback” for instance. This type of feature will help in two ways: Showcase relevant content in the right section  Decongest community homepage. Hope this is an easy one that more people need :D

Currently in Programs you are unable to use a custom ID type field in the participant mapping section. The use case in this example is using the CSM ID from Salesforce, which is is the user id of the salesforce user.  This use case was raised to support about a year ago, I’m curious to know if this is something we might implement soon? 

CSM would like the c360 detail options on the left side of the screen to remain static when toggling to timeline.  If the Timeline is displayed, the CSM wants to click on a detail menu option, like Cockpit, without first clicking Detail.  This should display the detail - cockpit view.

Hi Team,Currently we have limitation while updating the value of report from C30. Particularly with the currency data type field. While updating the value it will give you an error saying ‘please enter valid values.’ without clearly stating what is the valid values. I’m trying to update the currency field value in report which I have set in C360. I got the error while putting value with Currency Code like ‘USD 1000’, with currency symbol like ‘$ 1000’ and with using comma separate value like ‘100,000’. It only allowing me to enter the value ‘100000’ like this without having comma, currency code and currency symbol. But when I’m updating the same field values form Data Management. It restrict

Our CS function looks to measure reactive servicing (inbounds from customers to CSMs), so that we can leverage any  insights on where optimisations can be made by product, support, content etc to reduce PTC / deflect better.Most 1:1 emails are in Gmail, and most are then logged to timeline via chrome assist. Currently, when a CSM receives an inbound email from a customer, and they reply via Gmail, there is no way to tag or codify the reason for that inbound email in gmail itself (i.e. when they are writing/sending the actual email), and therefore it’s very difficult to report / measure where CSMs are spending time, if there are any spikes in reasons for customer contact etc. Can consideration be given have mirrored email activity options in the Chrome extension?  **I don’t wish to ask CSMs to have to go to GS and manually update there / double handle - employee experience is high up my priority list. 

We’ve begun archiving engagements that have completed their schedule and I noticed that when I switch to the archive, there is no ability to filter those engagements. It would be great if the Filters and Labels that can be used with the engagements list could also be used with the archive.

Currently, we can customize the email subject and notes while sharing the share360 -   But can we have a more quicker way - something like a template or email customization in the share360 layout directly.As an example, while sharing - contact may belong to different region wherein I need to send the email in their language and format. Now if we have this feature then it becomes easy setup and becomes more engaging.  

The current algorithm for the feed on the home page pushes topics with the most recent activity to the top. This buries the most recent topics under topics that have received replies which is not useful for our community. 

Hi Team,Client (Modern Health‍) has requirement to display company renewal date under details tab of CTA Detail view.There is a Company tab in detail which can have this field but client wanted it to be available in Details tab.Since we don’t have this ability currently in the product logging this community post for product team review. 

Just a UI feedback that The most imp CTA on the Invite email is the ‘Accept invite’ link that should standout and be at the top rather than at the very bottom. The lossy scenario becomes more acute if the group has an extensive About section which appears on the body and the Accept invite is way below. I’ve had users have to re-check multiple times because they failed to spot the ‘Accept invite’ link and couldnt get inside a hidden group.. 

When creating a Quick Insight, the Insight is immediately available to all users that have Sally enabled. I'd like to be able to control which users have access to different Insights. My two use cases are 1) Being able to test a new Insight for display and functionality before making available and 2) limiting how many Insights an individual might have to sort through if they only need data from small handful of Quick Insights or have certain teams/user groups only have one Type with all their Insights and not see every Type and Insight.

The ability to send a test survey email. We have stakeholders who would like to see how the end recipient will be seeing the email and survey before it is deployed. We currently don’t have a way to show them the “final product”, it would be great to have a preview option where you can send a test to another email address for them to open the email and click through the survey. 

It would be helpful if the content overview in Control had a column that displayed poll responses — or even just if there are any -- for a particular topic and indicated the topic as unread so moderators would review the content. Currently you have to go into the post itself to see responses.

Awesome to be able to generate the Api keys ourselves but I noted the keys are visible in the console to all ‘Community Managers’ or ‘Admins’ and checked with our PMs who pointed out that it is usually masked?See from our PX prod configBest practice 

Hi Team,Client ( Arbor Education Partners Limited‍ ) has come across a use case scenario where they need the ability to add multiple emails in reply-to field for email communications. We currently don’t have this ability hence logging this community post for product team review. 

Email OPEN events are not currently available for Email Engagement Audience Logic rules. Including OPEN  in this event list would facilitate email engagements like ‘send email B to users who did not open email A’, ‘send reminder email B to users who did open email A’, etc.A GET request to the EmailEvent can return emailTrackType: EMAIL_TRACK_OPEN. That’s the event that would be great to add here.

Our old platform had a pretty cool feature that I miss: we could @mention articles and it was CRAZY helpful.  Often I respond to member questions with a resource or thread that is in the community.  Being able to @[start typing the topic name] was such a time saver over opening a new window, finding the topic, copy pasting the hyperlink. Would love to see that same functionality in inSided!
