We have a program that sends usage emails to customers on a monthly basis. I would love to have 1 email be logged to timeline for the monthly utilization for each customer.  And I said only one email, as we don’t need to have each and every email that was sent out (for each stakeholder) rather have a way to trace back the usage data sent out to customers for historical purposes. Also, it would be ideal to have the option to send the usage email for a company in 1 email - for all stakeholders - rather than having individual emails sent to each of them. Thank you so much for considering this product enhancement!Raluca

We have a use case around needing to build a report on company person and limiting by the number of rows returned for each company.Currently, there isn’t an easy way to do so and the report returned has issues with latency due to the amount of data behind it and also it is not easy to navigate given that for one company we can have 50+ names that fit the query and for others a lot less.Would benefit from the ability to have a function that allows for the return of 5-10 records per company w/ criteria - by role for example.Thank you for your consideration!

There’s a very popular product idea for the GMAIL plugin for the ability to select activity type when logging from the plugin - would love that for Outlook. We have issues within our org where we have accounts with the same names (but different brands). At the moment the ‘Log Email To Timeline’ button is greyed out for these accounts. Would be good to show some more metadata about the account so the CSM can select the right account and these can be differentiated in the list.  

Currently, our corporate policy on Google BigQuery requires a billing project ID.  The dataset that the data lives on, not many (if any) have direct query access to the Project ID.  Query access is given to individuals via Billing projects.  That way the compute costs can be divvied up based on who made the query.  I have spoken with Support and others familiar and have been told it is not possible with the current connector / integration and must have direct query access to the Project ID provided in the connector setup. Our policy will not allow us to leverage the Connector as is due to this, and therefore requesting that the ability to specify a Billing project ID (optional) is added to the connector configuration for the Google BigQuery setup.  We utilize other tools, such as Tableau which allow for this - https://help.tabl

Hello! My team has a feature request for Surveys. Currently, you need to use non-anonymous surveys to track the account/contact submitting the survey. We are rolling out a self-assessment survey, similar to Gainsight's O2 framework, as a pre-requisite for Success Planning. We would like to offer this to customers with a reusable link but associate to the account/contact after the survey submission, which is not available today. We will be proactively sharing this with our dedicated CSM and Low Touch customers via programs/email assist. However, we would also like to publish in additional places so all customers, including Tech Touch, can find/submit organically. Ideally, we would like to post a reusable link in-app (via Pendo), our customer training site, and emails sent outside of Gainsight. Thank you :)

In Control > Content it would be helpful if you could organize the columns in the desired order. Today you can select what columns appear, but the order cannot be changed.

Firstly our PM team Loves the additional Filters introduced and the Column options and the nifty Refresh button, all enhance the content and People moderation experience.  It’d have been awesome if a re-ordering of column headers were available, so that I could customize my Table view even further.

Hi Team, Please give the ability to export the Custom views. Exporting the data into CSV and applying the filter is cumbersome. This will save lot of moderator time. 

Posting on behalf of the customerCustomer wants to be able to complete other actions while editing comments on a CTA, without the comments disappearing before saving. Something similar to the timeline draft functionality. Is this something that we can create a roadmap for?

What: While it is possible to publish content in categories that are either visible to all or hidden to some which enables defining content permissions, it is not possible to have a category with topics of different permission levels.This means that we are having to compromise the use of categories for structuring in order to use that same lever for permissions handling. This has surely been mentioned before but I failed to find it… Context: I’ve been pitching moving our Knowledge base to InSided recently, or at least through a content integration have the KB front end be the community platform instead of a standalone site. (We already have federated search but because our users know where to find the KB already they go directly there, missing the opportunity to search both resources). When exploring the conversion possibilities it became very obvious that setting permissions only via Categories was a compromise to

The Help Others tab when it contains no unanswered questions is just blank. It would be better to display some copy there saying something like “There are no unanswered questions at this time” rather than nothing. 

When working with multiple topics in Control is would be helpful to be able to navigate to the next unread topic from within the topic you are at without having to return to the main Content overview, select the next topic.

Hello Team,One of the Customer Simondata has requested for a feature request where they can link multiple opportunities to a CTA. Currently we can link only one opportunity to a CTA. The users want to link more than one opportunity to a CTA. 

 Is there a way to see Last modification in Adoption Explorer ? It would be a great feature if we can see the last modification in Adoption Explorer.

Hello, I am wondering if it would be possible to create a piece of guidance that only show up when the value is not equal to zero. For example, a badge guide only appears if a value is not null.

Love the new Calendar integration on Home page. One thing that is a pain point is that when adding an activity from a meeting here, it auto-selects the customer. This is fine, but the ability to edit once auto-selected would be extremely helpful as it doesn’t always select the right account. Further, all of my colleagues are contacts for an internal account in Gainsight. Internal meetings that are about a customer are defaulting to the internal company and we can’t change it to the right customer account once the system auto-selects the company.

We are trying to use a multi-question survey as a “paywall” tied to an upsell feature. However, surveys do not allow for “every time” like other engagements. This survey triggers a webhook to our sales outreach that allows them to immediately contact the client. However, since there is no “every time” option for surveys, we can only launch it once per session for the user.

It would be EXTREMELY helpful to be able to target audiences in the Gainsight PX Knowledge Center Bot based on State or Inferred Location. For example, we’re trying to display our latest Knowledge Center Bot to users in Michigan, but can’t do so. Our business is highly reliant on regions, so this is a crucial missing component. 

I am currently working on a survey and translated the survey in French. Everything worked, however, once the response is submitted, the Thank you page is only in English. It would be very convenient if there was a way for it to be translated as well.

I also find it annoying that the Timeline + Calendar widget is not expandable.We’re limited to this very slim and narrow window which is not a great experience when reviewing a whole host of timeline activities.Would simply like to make it wider!

In the Product Feedback Dashboard, there is no way to see all Ideas by Status. I’d love a bar graph or a pie chart showing, for all ideas submitted, what is the breakdown of status? Even better, it would be cool to be able to filter by Product Area. This would provide a wholistic view of status across all ideas submitted in the community. 

A recent source of frustration has been that MDA objects only allow me to go 3 levels deep. SFDC objects appear to let me go at least 5 levels deep.  This limitation on MDA objects has hindered me from setting up a global filter for Directors (i.e. the CSM’s Manager’s Manager). When the report is built on Timeline, for example, I’m only able to go from Timeline → Company → CSM → Manager ID and then I’m stuck. I’d like to avoid creating yet another new field on the user object if at all possible, but I don’t see a way around it.

It would be more convenient if changing the field label would show the old field name with values in reporting  before the change has been made and the new field label with new values after the changes has been made. This would not throw historical  data off of reporting.

[Customer request]: The customer is looking if it would be possible to report on whether an Email Template was selected when creating the email, and if so then he would like to see the name of the template that was selected from the report builder section.Can you add your suggestions?
