Hi team, Posting this request on behalf of a customer.We have  given the feasibility to customer to create their Email template directly by using HTML code.However it is currently not possible to directly create tokens within the Email template by using HTML code. It would be great if we can provide the feasibility to customers to directly create tokens using their custom HTML template. Regards,Jagadeesh

Submitting this on behalf of my customer.  When CSMs are out on vacation it would be nice if we had the ability to auto-assign the CTAs that would have been assigned to them to a pool of other reps.  This would ensure that urgent CTAs are being actioned on and not sitting stale until the rep gets back to the office.

As a use case for Associated Records in Timeline we would want to create something like an Executive Summit or a Product Advisory Committee meeting - an event that had attendees from multiple Companies. Currently it seems the Attendee search is limited to only show Company Persons from the original Company, and not the Associated ones. Is this possible to add? Thanks team!

I’d love to have a way to add Article sized images to a conversation or question in the community. This would just be available to moderators on the backend, not to community members on the front-end.We like to have featured topics on our home page but they don’t really draw the eye in the same was as a article does with an image. And while I can use an article in this case, it just seems like the wrong content type for the kind of content this is — a question or conversation.

Customer has a tool which generates JSON files and would like their CSM's to be able to upload this file in Gainsight at the relationship level. From there they would like this to sync over with S3 as entry point into their data pipeline.Currently, we only support CSV/TSV  and we do not have an option to upload the JSON at this moment. So, if we can support uploading JSON it will be helpful for the customer so that they can send to the designated S3 bucket.

We have a leaderboard on our home page which is driven by the points gamification.Current configuration options allow for certain roles to be excluded.We’d also love a way to have leaderboard points only come from interactions from a particular set of categories or groups. In some cases it doesn’t make sense to assign points to activities that happen in certain private groups or community areas.Some examples:A hidden group or category and don’t want topics, replies, likes, etc. from there to drive points on the leaderboard A group or category that is primarily outbound and that doesn’t allow folks to create topics or comments 

Wasn’t sure what to call this post  Anyways, I learned recently that when you are using Email to Timeline, Gainsight considers the direction of the email when trying to associate the email to a Company. Here are the details I got from GS:If you are logging a sent email, meaning you sent an email to a customer and trying to log that to the Timeline, Gainsight checks the 'Company Person/Relationship Person' objects to see if the contacts you are sending the email to are available there. If they are, the Email is logged to Timeline accordingly. When selecting the date/time range for a report/dashboard we’d like to be able to have the default value of "Monthly - last 3 months", at the moment there is only 2, 4 or 6 months. We look a lot at quarterly data so would need 3 months as well. Custom ranges does not work in our case as we’d need to change them all the time, we need it rolling.

Email Performance analytics literally provide all attributes displayed in the Audience Explorer section. However, the Survey Performance report only provides Email, Comment, Rating, Account, Url and Date the survey was completed. We would like access to the same amount of user information in both the Survey Performance and Email Performance so that, without needing to cross-reference the Audience Explorer data we can: better understand who the user is and why they may have given the score they did. pick up trends by looking at all the data across all respondents

Utilizing the Custom Color option on Horizon Analytics, and it would be great to be able to clone.  For example, I’m creating a report on the scorecard history object, and there are a few different scores I want to use custom colors for.  They each have the same measures, so would be great to be able to just copy them for each measure instead of having to recreate each one.

Hello Team, Edit this report in report builder option is not available in Gainsight Home Page. Adding this option will make more sense. Now we will have to directly go in to the Report builder if there is a change need to be made. I believe it is a good thing to implement it in Gainsight home page, when the same is already available for dashboards.  

I have a few customers lately who have similar requirement to this: As a Gainsight User, i would like the ability to kick off a rule chain on successful completion of a Connector Sync Job.  I have a particular customer who is using mixpanel and wants to kick off an outreach to the customer if a particular event is triggered in their platform. As it stands, the only way i can do something similar is to run a cron expression in rule scheduling to run the job on an hourly basis, which is not optimal

Hi all,I’m a big fan of the updated Gantt chart design in success plans, and we’re looking at other ways that we can use this for tracking some of our customer data.One idea we’re exploring is using a Project success plan type to track some data and the lifecycle of some of our customer projects. This seems like it is going to work very well. One great enhancement though would be to have different activity types beside Objectives available to log into the Gantt chart. For example, being able to log project Milestones in a way that separates them out from items that are actually CSM Objectives would be really useful. Another example, if we could have a way of logging our customer support tickets against the project timeline on the Gantt chart, that would provide us with some really interesting data about the types of issues customers are raising at different stages through a project.I appreciate this may be something of an edge case for using Success Plans, but I

Gainsight gave the ability for admins to create reporting surrounding user licenses. However, during the switch to the license UI update, a lot of users are marked “full license” but the permission is set to “viewer.” This requires a lot of manual auditing because we are unable to see the actual permission type at the reporting level. Thanks!

When administering the NPS survey, we’d like to require that folks leave a comment ONLY if their score categorizes them as a Detractor. We would like for the comment section to remain optional for Passive and Promoter participants while we seek to get more context around detractors. Thanks!

Would be great if there was an option to Select All on Global Filters on dropdown lists.  For example, we have a Global Filter for Region, and the list is obviously quite extensive, so it’s a pain to have to check them off individually.

Hello!  Within our organisation, we share numerous types of files with a variety of filesizes. For example screencaptures that we receive when our clients run into eg. bugs or need clarification on certain features of our SaaS product. Having the limits of 15 / 30 Mb in place for individual / all attachments seems somewhat outdated - even though I read before that it was at  Data storage limitation these days is considered a nuisance by the team, so from my perspective, this is a welcome improvement.

Hi Team, When we hover over the field in the show me section in  report builder , it shows the path of the field name For Eg: Name- When we hover over name , it shows whether it is associated to company ID- >Name or Company ID → CSM → Name Similarly when we drill down the pie chart/any graph and hover over the fields ,how about the fields showing its association/path? 

We can knock someone off a survey but it would be nice to be able to add someone to the exemption list easily/dynamically instead of having to upload a csv.
