From Customer:  We would like to be able to see the Company timeline activities in the timeline tab of a Relationship CTA.For context, we had previously been using only Company CTAs, so our CS team was accustomed to seeing the Company Timeline information in that timeline tab on the CTA details screen. Now that we have switched to Relationship CTAs for many CTAs, that lack of visibility in the timeline tab is noticeable to the team. And it requires them to manually visit the company's C360 page to view their timeline instead.So we were thinking:1) Try to get the company timeline activities added to the relationship timeline, so they will show in the Relationship CTA timeline tab. Or2) Somehow link that timeline tab to the Company Timeline itself (which shows both Company and Relationship activities) instead of the Relationship timeline

We need Sharing Groups reporting in order manage and maintain permissions in our Dashboards and to ensure the correct users are making it into our Sharing Groups.We need the ability to:See a list of active dashboards and their respective Sharing Groups (necessary for understanding impacts when Sharing Groups change) See a list of users per Sharing Group (necessary for new user enablement)

Our team relied on the Object Graph in order to understand data flows and how an object was historically set up. When Horizon Data Management was introduced, this feature was removed. Please bring it back.

Finding the filter I would would be easier if the language was consistent.

When editing Timeline activity drafts, when one goes to link text, the experience is not intuitive and results in extra clicking. It also isn’t in line with most modern link editing UX. Using the Command/Control + K Shortcut brings you to editing the link display text, not the actual link you’re inserting. If you hit enter while doing so the whole timeline activity is saved, not the link you’re adding. Suggestions:Default the cursor to the URL, not the link text box Don’t make me click on a checkmark, make it so that pressing ‘Enter’ saves the link. 

Inconsistencies in User or Content filters across various UI are quite frustrating. 😡For example, for some UI, primary and custom roles are multi-select checkboxes. The filter only matches users that have that primary or custom role. But for others, like User Overview, you can filter on options like:Is one of  Is not one of Is empty Is not emptyI believe I’ve experienced the same frustrations with tag filters for content. For email campaigns, especially, the filters need to match the User Overview. I can build a segment based on “is not one of”, but I can’t send an automated email to a segment I cannot configure the triggers for the automated email the same as the segment, so there’s no way for me to apply the criteria to send an automated email Without this, I don’t have a use case for my email.Customer impact: Inconsistent UI for similar features is not only maddening, but risks loss of time and effort. I’ve spent a number of hours on the email campaign strategy and development, but

It’s good that we can do a few bulk actions from the Users Overview page, including adding a custom role and awarding a badge (or creating a segment, although this idea is not for the segment use case). When the number of users in the filter criteria greatly exceeds the largest pagination option of 100, those bulk actions have to be repeated many times overview. And it introduces the possibility of human error as you page through and repeat. For example, my current use case has results for 2776 users, which means I’d have to do the bulk action 28 times. So it’d be ideal if we had a true Select All feature for those bulk action. Zapier has something like this for their data transfer when you are building something based on Google Sheets data, for example. 

I’m creating several custom cockpit views to share across my team and many have just slight modifications.  I’d love to be able to clone a custom view (when created in the CTA settings) to speed this up.  Also, it’d be great to be able to create a custom view from my personal cockpit or some other way to share across the team.

Greetings!In Gainsight PX adoption, When we land on the adoption page, it only displays the modules in the hierarchy that we created in the Gainsight PX's product mapper section. Additionally, each time we land on the page, we only see the graph for the first module rather than the total number of modules/features. However, if we navigate to the other modules or click on the first module, everything works as it should and we can see the graphs for that selected module.The customer has made a request, and we are really grateful that when we landed on the adoption page it was very grateful we could see the whole stats of the modules and features rather than just the first module as it is right now. Thank you!Pavansai Gudla

Some of our users would like to pin more than 10 sections to their personalized C360. There is real estate on the page for a couple more pins at least. Can the limit be made controllable by admins?Thanks,Jasmina

Here are some things I have had to re-discover, so I’m putting them here in case they help anyone else working with Programs:If an email template has a survey, that email template can’t be used in a CTA. If an email template has a survey, and the question is a radio button, the question won’t show up as an available option for an Advanced Program For Advanced Programs, you only see email templates with inline surveys in them if you pick NPS Survey or Generic Survey as the type of Program.

I was configuring permissions for a team that will be handling our user provisioning going forward and there is currently no way to allow them to manage users without giving them super admin permissions which I do not want to do. They should have access to the manage users section only.I tried assigning the permission bundle for navigation to the user management page but this only allows viewing and not administration. There should be a permission specifically for user permissions as there is for things like emails, surveys, etc.

When sending a Success plan to customers, it’d be great to be able to remove the “powered by Gainsight” similar to how you can do on the surveys.  

Currently, the “last seen” filter shows any users/account who has logged into any Product, Channel, or Environment within a given time. While this is a useful filter, we could use a filter that looks to see if a user has been active specifically in the selected product, channel, and environment instead of ALL products, channels, and environment. This will allow our customer to see this data within Audience and Account Explorer.

Should I expect that Object Analyzer fully supports Horizon Rules or is this a bug?  This is a just a hunch, but it appears they may only appear in analyzer if the object being analyzed is the last source task in the data setup. Ex. I have a two Horizon Rules that pull from a Salesforce Object “Ticket”:  CTA: CAPRISK: CSM: Q2H: Open CAP Ticket and DATA: EXPORT: S3: Call to Action to Snowflake. Only the latter shows in OA.CTA: CAPRISK: CSM: Q2H: Open CAP Ticket:  DATA: EXPORT: S3: Call to Action to Snowflake: Only two rules show in OA for the Ticket object - neither one is the CAPRISK rule.  

Rather than having to invite someone to a group that is closed, I’d love to be able to grant access to a group based on their role or custom role in the community similar to how it works with categories and manage the visibility, their ability to create topics, and create comments.

We run a number of different betas in our community within groups.When you share a link to a private or hidden group and the user is not registered, they are prompted to register for the community, then are taken to the group but then have to first activate their account before they can join the group. This makes for an odd user experience.Could this be just:Link > Signup > Activate account > Add automatically to group (and let them know)

On behalf of a customer,      Currently, when utilizing a Horizon Rule to Load to GS Lead object, the Lead Contact field is not available for mapping.     Consider the use case of wanting to associate each record from the GS Lead Upload object via the Email field (or any other field) to a Company Person contact. First, one must push the records from the GS Lead Upload object to the standard GS Lead object. The GS Lead object has the Lead Contact field, which has a lookup to Company Person; however, it is not available for mapping, as previously mentioned.     Please enhance the functionality to allow for mapping to the Lead Contact field of the GS Lead object.  Regards,Evan

In Journey Orchestrator, when the program is structured exactly like below with just these 3 steps, is it possible to make the “Recipient Email Address” field not required since it’s not used in the Call API step? It’s not the biggest deal in the world - I was able to easily create a dummy Recipient Email Address to map in the participant sources section - but would be nice to skip this step if it’s not required in the rest of the program. 

Hi, In this topic I'm reading the following: "Some more filters to be added on the global moderation overview: ‘Author’; ‘Article label’; ‘Product update label’; ‘Status’; ‘Views’; ‘Replied by moderator’ are just a few ideas we currently have.” Especially filtering on author is interesting for us, because then we can filter and easily see if a user has started more than 1 topic about the same subject. Any idea if and when this will be possible? 

Our team noticed the character limit for Conversation posts is 30k, can this be increased to at least 50k? 50k is what is stated in API documentation, but in practice this is not the case 

I believe this was suggested in the past, but I would like to bring it back to life.I think it would be useful for the admin to have the option to back date items in the community. That would include articles, product updates and topics.If you think this is useful, please consider upvoting 👍🏻
