Hi Team, Customer has the scenario that they need specific permission set for not allowing certain user groups to see and edit the internal question. If the user having access to view the survey response link then the user is able to view and submit the answers to the internal question of the survey.  As of now, we don't have any permission set to restrict that permission. I think the User Dashboard view could use some enhancement. Currently, it shows numbers for Total Users and New Registrations with a smaller percentage for ‘previous period’ (which FYI is not clear in itself). I’d love to have some better graphical representation of members over time, more so than just whatever the ‘previous period’ is. Here is an example of what Commsor shows, that I think is a great example. You can choose the date cadence, and it will show you the graph itself as well as the net difference and total members and active members.  

When presenting on the status of the online community to the executive team, for example, it’d be helpful to be able to pull certain graphs or numbers from the individual Analytics pages to ‘build your own dashboard’. For example, if I want to pull New Registrations from the User Dashboard page, Page Views from the Audience Dashboard page, and Posts Created from the Content Dashboard page, there’s currently no way in the platform to put them all together in-app. Of course, the ideal scenario would be able to build customizable components and form fully customized dashboards. This idea is maybe an MVP version of that, where you’re just pulling existing components from the various dashboards and consolidating the key metrics you want into a single dashboard. That way, you could theoretically just take a screenshot of that dashboard and send it out. It would be great to be able to see the status of tasks on success plans. I can obviously see the status of the Objective/CTA that the tasks roll into but it would be great to see the status of each individual task in the list view instead of having to click into each one to see it. Same thing with the priority. Our use case for this is that I have a status on the tasks that says “Waiting for Customer”. Our implementation team uses this status to show which steps in the plan are on the customer’s plate versus ours. 

It would be great if we could mass upload contacts into sponsor tracking, to reduce the manual effort for CSMs to update all the stakeholders they need to track

Having had to just input 9 success plans for the exact same initiative (just different dates and audiences) - I would be a big fan of efficiencies created by the ability to clone/copy a success plan.

Please create a workflow to support editing, revision, and publish approval phases of knowledge base articles within the platform.

Along with or instead of the date the article was first posted, an option to have date the article was last updated or edited at the top of articles would be really useful. This is something we’d like to use for our FAQ’s so that both our members, and our team members (who often use them too) can see they’re being updated all the time with the latest info. Our super users would certainly be grateful as it helps them when giving us feedback. This would work well from an SEO perspective too. So for example here it could say Last updated 14/08/21 - x replies - x views. Perhaps its clearer if it were to replace the date first posted as opposed to including both!This may actually be identical to this idea - If so, sorry if I have doubled up!

Webhooks currently exist to handle join/leave operations on public groups, but we’re missing a webhook when a user is approved. Use case: we’re sending group membership information to a data platform.  It doesn’t matter which path (public or private) a user joins a group; this membership information needs to be transmitted in near real time.

My favorite feature of the Insided platform is how customizable phrases are. My teams have made frequent use of this across two communities/companies. However, one quick lesson I learned was that a phrase you edit on the front end (via Customize > Phrases), that phrase may also exist elsewhere. A good example of this is Product Areas and the ability filter by Product Areas via widgets for both Ideas and Platform Updates. My idea: add a bit of context about which pages/modules that phrase is used on to the backend Control editing of Phrases. (This would be nice to have on the front end phrase customization as well, but probably harder to develop). Something that when I look up a phrase in Control, it lists the modules and category types it would show on.

We have CSMs asking for the functionality to see a pinnable or popup C360 in different areas of the product.  Something similar to the account widget where you can grab basic information from the customer and the attributes section.  This would allow to get the information from an account when accessing Timeline or Cockpit, and not have the need for multiple windows running.

In the Person section Detail View, the Companies and Relationships boxes take up too much real estate, causing end users to have to scroll down to see more detail. Admins should have control over where (or even IF) those boxes appear. (We don’t use relationships so the relationships box is just a nuisance)    

Hi Team,we are unable apply filter condition in the records with null values from picklist type field in Data permissions session. In repot builder we have an option to check whether we include null values. But permissions session we don't have this options.

The experience can vary while working through the Failure Logs; whether it be for Rules, Connectors, or other items. A couple of notes would be to:Always include the values. Often, GS provides the IDs but not the value. The administrators then need to find what value the ID is referring to.  Always have Column Titles be Values. Sometimes, the spreadsheet’s column’s are titled with IDs. Sometimes these are IDs are in a format I don’t recognize. It would be great to know the Column refers to Status upon the first view.  Always produce a Log. When our Connectors fail, we often don’t get a Log at all. This makes it impossible for us to troubleshoot and takes up time for GS Support to help us through challenges we usually could figure out ourselves with a log. 

We need the ability to Report on the Rules that Created or Closed a CTA. Example: Closed a CTAWe have multiple Rules that the same Close CTAs based on different reasons. When one breaks and incorrectly closed CTAs, we have no idea which one. If we could simple look at a Report, we would save a lot of administrative time and effort. Example: Created a CTAWe have multiple Rules that Create the same CTAs based on different criteria. Today, we have no clean way to know which criteria is the most active.

When picking a field to use on the Filters, a confusing, expandable list appears today. This list is too complex for our Users and they are no longer able to add Filters themselves. The same goes for anywhere else this experience is used such as adding a Cockpit Column.Examples of Challenges:Way too many fields with the same names. When they search “Owner”, like 9 different options appear.  The data model is not clear.  The average GS Users do not understand how the data flows between objects. They do not understand the Owner under the Account is not the same as the CTA Owner. Solution SuggestionAdd a checkbox to the fields in Data Management to make them hidden for items like Filters or Columns. The Admins can then cut down the data that is visible to the Users and avoid this confusion. 

I have a rule that was working without issue for many days, that just started to have an error: MDA extraction failed with error_code:"P_5014" and error_desc:"Failed to fetch data for the given query : ERROR: syntax error at or near ""Date"" Position: 221"., Records: -1 This makes no sense to me and does not help me with trouble shooting.  have to open a support ticket, wait for support, wait for support to ask for instance access, etc. I should be able to resolve this myself with better messaging to figure which record is causing an issue

My Onboarding team thought it would be useful to be abel to create custom dynamic date ranged that go from a specificed start date to (TODAY). This way the filters, widgets, reports, would always be up-to-date. The predefined timeframes do this, but the fexibiliy of any start date until today, would be helpful.

I was talking with a NXT customer who wanted to try and build special views on the timeline tab for specific timeline entries created by either CTA’s or Success Plans. Based on what I could find, the field you have to use to locate CTA derived timeline activities was Timeline::Context Name. This is not a field that is exposed in the timeline filter schema, so it does not appear that it can be leveraged to create a timeline view. Would it be possible to expose more of the timeline schema on the timeline tab in order to allow for more specific timeline views to be created?

Posting on Behalf of a Customer. It is found that PX typically track mouse browser events on anything clicked on a web page. For certain HTML libraries that default to using Pointer events, it is found that it isn’t tracked by PX, as in the command calls are not coming in for them. Info on Pointer Events.https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/API/Pointer_events 

Dependent picklist in filters in dashboards are currently not supported. An example for this is, if we could show only the list of countries in Filter B, based on the region of selection (APAC, EMEA, etc.,) in Filter A, the user could select the country from the list countries based on the region in Filter B.
