We have CSMs asking for the functionality to see a pinnable or popup C360 in different areas of the product.  Something similar to the account widget where you can grab basic information from the customer and the attributes section.  This would allow to get the information from an account when accessing Timeline or Cockpit, and not have the need for multiple windows running.

(Same with other attachments).Until now, this concern was raised by two customers, It would be a better way, if we could also allow attachments irrespective of case sensitivity of file extensions (Upper case & Lower Case).Thank you! 

In the Person section Detail View, the Companies and Relationships boxes take up too much real estate, causing end users to have to scroll down to see more detail. Admins should have control over where (or even IF) those boxes appear. (We don’t use relationships so the relationships box is just a nuisance)    

Hi Team,we are unable apply filter condition in the records with null values from picklist type field in Data permissions session. In repot builder we have an option to check whether we include null values. But permissions session we don't have this options.

The experience can vary while working through the Failure Logs; whether it be for Rules, Connectors, or other items. A couple of notes would be to:Always include the values. Often, GS provides the IDs but not the value. The administrators then need to find what value the ID is referring to.  Always have Column Titles be Values. Sometimes, the spreadsheet’s column’s are titled with IDs. Sometimes these are IDs are in a format I don’t recognize. It would be great to know the Column refers to Status upon the first view.  Always produce a Log. When our Connectors fail, we often don’t get a Log at all. This makes it impossible for us to troubleshoot and takes up time for GS Support to help us through challenges we usually could figure out ourselves with a log. 

We need the ability to Report on the Rules that Created or Closed a CTA. Example: Closed a CTAWe have multiple Rules that the same Close CTAs based on different reasons. When one breaks and incorrectly closed CTAs, we have no idea which one. If we could simple look at a Report, we would save a lot of administrative time and effort. Example: Created a CTAWe have multiple Rules that Create the same CTAs based on different criteria. Today, we have no clean way to know which criteria is the most active.

When picking a field to use on the Filters, a confusing, expandable list appears today. This list is too complex for our Users and they are no longer able to add Filters themselves. The same goes for anywhere else this experience is used such as adding a Cockpit Column.Examples of Challenges:Way too many fields with the same names. When they search “Owner”, like 9 different options appear.  The data model is not clear.  The average GS Users do not understand how the data flows between objects. They do not understand the Owner under the Account is not the same as the CTA Owner. Solution SuggestionAdd a checkbox to the fields in Data Management to make them hidden for items like Filters or Columns. The Admins can then cut down the data that is visible to the Users and avoid this confusion. 

I have a rule that was working without issue for many days, that just started to have an error: MDA extraction failed with error_code:"P_5014" and error_desc:"Failed to fetch data for the given query : ERROR: syntax error at or near ""Date"" Position: 221"., Records: -1 This makes no sense to me and does not help me with trouble shooting.  have to open a support ticket, wait for support, wait for support to ask for instance access, etc. I should be able to resolve this myself with better messaging to figure which record is causing an issue

My Onboarding team thought it would be useful to be abel to create custom dynamic date ranged that go from a specificed start date to (TODAY). This way the filters, widgets, reports, would always be up-to-date. The predefined timeframes do this, but the fexibiliy of any start date until today, would be helpful.

I was talking with a NXT customer who wanted to try and build special views on the timeline tab for specific timeline entries created by either CTA’s or Success Plans. Based on what I could find, the field you have to use to locate CTA derived timeline activities was Timeline::Context Name. This is not a field that is exposed in the timeline filter schema, so it does not appear that it can be leveraged to create a timeline view. Would it be possible to expose more of the timeline schema on the timeline tab in order to allow for more specific timeline views to be created?

Posting on Behalf of a Customer. It is found that PX typically track mouse browser events on anything clicked on a web page. For certain HTML libraries that default to using Pointer events, it is found that it isn’t tracked by PX, as in the command calls are not coming in for them. Info on Pointer Events.https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/API/Pointer_events 

Dependent picklist in filters in dashboards are currently not supported. An example for this is, if we could show only the list of countries in Filter B, based on the region of selection (APAC, EMEA, etc.,) in Filter A, the user could select the country from the list countries based on the region in Filter B.

I need to be able to push an individual user’s NPS survey result back to Salesforce, in order to trigger tasks for our CSM team. Syncing at the Account level isn’t specific enough to segment feedback by customer persona (reps vs ops vs executives).Within the PX survey configuration, I would expect a tab that gives me the option to additionally record a user’s feedback to a custom attribute of my choosing. Perhaps with the option to track history or overwrite the field with the latest score. I know the data exists on the contact record in PX and is viewable under the feedback tab, I don’t understand why that can’t be passed through to an attribute.This was data we could previously capture with PX NPS surveys triggered by Journey Orchestrator, I need to be able to sync the data back to SFDC so other software can pull from those fields on the contact level.

I’d like to see inSided improve the layout options in the events page and provide more ways in which to view and find events when on the page. The current listing is limiting when there are a larger number of events. I can imagine people wanting to be able to:View as a calendar or as a list Filter to find relevant events -- location, labels/tags, or events type

In the new Success Plan view, there is now way to open a success plan in a new tab or window - right click and open in new tab or CTRL click doesn’t work (I use this all the time in Gainsight when it doesn’t do it automatically).  This is particularly troublesome when I’m using a filter on the Success Plan tab and I want to return to the filtered list after drilling into a success plan.  I don’t want to create a saved view to achieve this.  So what happens is that I filter the list, then click into a success plan, then when i close the SP, i don’t get returned to the filtered list.  Instead, I am returned to the unfiltered list.     

Hi, how can I upload a PDF to an article in the Product Updates section? 

Currently if you want to rename a report in Horizon Analytics, you have to exit out of the report and edit it from the list view. This requires numerous clicks. It would be nice if you could rename a report directly from within the report builder view while  editing a report. 

With the present data types available in Gainsight we can't access the HH:MM: SS format of the data.Usecase: While bringing Time duration data into S3 bucket from an external source we are mapping it as a type String because of the format. Now the usecase is to perform aggregation on the Time duration i.e AVG Time spent.  

If we want to show a tabular style report with something like ARR included then for each record the value is shown in the records currency, and we cannot provide a column level aggregation e.g. sum. Would like the ability to select wether to show in the records own currency or just use the converted value for all (based on our company default currency). This is actually blocking us from using multi currency right now, and instead of just syncing values from SFDC directly we’re having to send them from our BI tool in USD values only. 

HI Team,The customer was working with a NXT  today and they observed the data type of field has changed.Ex: In the company object, field 'Target Account'. It was a SFDC id data type (screenshot), and after they  tried to enable look-up to the company object thru the sfdc id account id, the data type changed to a string.I'm finding that in NXT we can no longer select SFID data type, hence it got changed. Can we support SFDC id data type in near future in NXt environment.https://share.getcloudapp.com/bLukDNvJ 

Currently in order to un-hyperlink some text in a post, the author needs to delete and re-enter the text. Whilst they can do so somewhat easily via the clipboard, it would be preferable if they could just undo the hyperlink.

Hi Team,Currently we are not listing programs built on query builder in NXT/SFDC to be available for migration using X-org.It would be great if we can support this migration as most of the customers test a feature in QA/Sandbox and implement it in PROD and X-org will be handy in such cases which avoids re-creation from scratch in PROD. Regards,Jagadeesh
