We have gone through different iterations of CTA Types and have a few deactivated. These should not appear on the C360 Summary widget and waste the valuable real estate within this box.
I propose that users who post an idea automatically vote for their idea after it is published. This way, it is not necessary to vote manually (and if you forget no one needs to remind you). I don’t see a case when a user posts an idea that they don’t support themselves. And if that really happens, then they can undo the vote easily.
Please provide the ability to add text for more information regarding data in Reports tab on C360. Currently, it’s not possible to add the text if we want to provide some extra information.
Currently it seems that the Add record option is available when we use a related list to display report(s) built off a low volume object. I would want to be able to control when that is visible. In order to allow joins most of our objects are all low volume, but that includes things like Opportunities and Contracts, which come from SFDC - and so we shouldn’t be allowing CSM’s to add their own in.
The concept of the “activity” page in the Rules Engine is nice in theory, but there are three significant UI improvements I’d like to see: First and foremost, let me navigate elsewhere. This drives me crazy that the hamburger menu and the Administration menu both disappear, meaning I just have to close the tab whenever I’m done with the Activity page. Add a refresh button. It seems that the only way to get an update on the rules that are running is to refresh the browser entirely. Why not have a refresh button like you have for individual rules? Speaking of which... Let me click into each individual rule to see the full details just like I can do in the Rules List view. I’d like to be able to see the full Execution History history or even edit the rule if I want. Thanks for considering.
I’d like to be able to clone a query within a program for use-cases where the data being pulled might be very similar and utilizing the same datasets filtered differently for each.
Our team loves Gong and it’s new AI generated Next Steps within their Call Spotlight. This functionality would be taken to the next level by giving our team the option to create a To Do CTA from those next steps via the Gainsight/Gong integration.
Super minor but makes an impact. When searching for Customer Goal admin in the sidebar, I am typing it in multiples - just like everything else, e.g. Success Plans. However, since the goal admin is titled Customer Goal (even though the URL and the page title say Customer Goals), I get nothing. Please align this across the board and make it multiples. Title it “Customer Goals”. Even your topic tag for this is Customer Goals.
Please provide on the User object a “License Provisioned Date” value. This will allow me to create internal welcome emails pointing to our own internal enablement material for different groups.
When I go to various pages in Gainsight Admin, I typically type the page name in my browser to go back to it easily. The new Playbook Builder page uses a different URL and this method takes me to a 404 error page. It should redirect to the new Playbook Builder page or at least provide a link directly to it, e.g. “we have moved!”e.g. https://domain.gainsightcloud.com/v1/ui/cockpitconfiguration#playbook takes me to a 404 now but should redirect me to https://domain.gainsightcloud.com/v1/ui/cockpitconfig#playbook
It would be great to have the ability to specify default options for the NPS widget on the new C360 page. For instance, we would like to have a default setting of Average NPS for the last 6 months. End users should retain the option to customize the settings in the UI but having a default setting will help users not close to the account (Execs, Product Mgmt., Consulting, etc.) see the most recent NPS scores and mirror the format that we convey to them internally.
Yet another example of needing parity across the product -- could we please get the ability to search for objects in the new dynamic program builder? I just happened to notice this today while testing bringing in a calculated field.Scrolling is ineffective when there are hundreds of objects available, and we can search in the current JO experience, but not in the new horizoned JO builder.
Hello - There was a recent issue where edit capability was given for reports on the c360. The idea of editable reports on the c360 was great; however, there was no way to determine which reports are editable and what fields were editable which would have caused serious issues. Suggested enhancements/Requirements:Allow for Admins to determine which reports are editable via a checkbox. Allow for admins to determine which fields on a particular report are editable. Do not allow edits on any identifier/lookup fields such as GSID SFDC IDs, etc. as this could cause downstream issues. Add functionality to Reports Section in c360 Layout Editor.
When looking at a dashboard our users are using both widget and dashboard level filters. Allowing them to review the data that they need.Query Builder widgets allow a user to “Go To Report”, yet when doing this it drops the filters. The user had expected to “drill in” and see details, yet they are given a report that is lacking all of the contextual filters that they were just reviewing. They will have to re-create the filters if they intend to continue analysing the data further. I would like for dashboard widgets that allow users to double click into details to respect the filters in place at the time on the dashboard. - side effect of this is that those with report manager permissions are opening base reports and editing them with their specific filters, causing the report to break for others who would have different filters on their widget/dashboard.
It would be great to have a 'recycle bin' for any deleted dashboards or reports. This would allow you to soft-delete items and make any recovery process much easier.
Recently accidentally deleted all CTAs. Should be an extra step in regards to mass deleting CTAs or Tasks to show how many files are potentially going to be deleted. A preview of what and how many would be deleted would be good. Undo or recycle bin would be very useful to.
I have a request from the client to be able to send out Email Assist emails using the "Current User" strategy which can be see in reports, etc. Essentially what they want is to be able to create a template with a "logged in user" token that grabs the current uses "ID" and then looks up to the fields on the user table. FYI: A key requirement here (which is in another feature request) is to be able to pull the field "phone" off the user table which doesn't appear to currently be possible.
StoryAs a CSM, I want an improved experience for my workflows in Cockpit. I want to have CTAS at a Project/Epic level under which I can create additional CTAs to form more complex plans of action. I want to manage my workload and workflows of CTAs in a Kanban board.ContextCurrently, there are only 2 levels of ‘nesting’ in Cockpit; CTAs and Tasks. Tasks are limited in the content that they can be filled with and have more limited interactions and functions than CTAs. It is difficult to house small projects in the current structure. They are too small to justify a Success Plan but too big to be captured and tracked well within a single CTA with tasks. Cockpit can be difficult to manage and can easily get overwhelming with the amount of CTAs that are being juggled. Creating Kanban functionality would allow me to keep an organized backlog and more easily prioritize my work.
Currently the “email to” functionality supports sending an email to Gainsight for attachment to a C360 or R360 timeline. However, there does not seem to be any way to associate an email with a Success Plan Timeline and since the functionality to move a timeline entry from one timeline to another doesn’t exist either, there is no way to associate an email with a Success Plan timeline. Please provide a mechanism to do this in the product.
I did a POC on the recommended content, and I noticed a few issues with the UI that I need improved before I would use. Note that I would like to use recommended content for engagements that do not show up in other areas of the KC bot. KC bot badge should indicate if there is new unseen recommended content. Currently, it does not. This bot icon should have a badge for 1 contentBadge section options should included Recommended content as an option, and we should see the badge as a number in a circle (per our badge branding), and not just a parenthetical number. Not sure if the (1) next to “Just for you” is because there is 1 piece of content or because it is unseen content. Unseen content should have the number in a circle, just as it does for the categories belowRecommended content categories with 0 content should not show upWhy am I seeing that there are 0 articles and 0 links? Better yet, if there is only one type of content available (such as engagements), just show that content and don’t have any tabs. Or offer an option to display all content without tabs. I’m not sure that our customers will know what “Engagements” are.
It appears as though the standard widget in the new Horizon C360 ‘Last 5 Timeline Activities’ ignores these Activities coming from JO. It would be helpful for users to see this in their C360 widgets to reduce clicks from there to the overall Company timeline.
