We have a couple of holidays this month across the globe. So we have modified support hours for certain channels for the next couple of weeks while we give our team time off. Please find the modified schedule below. July 4, 2025: Live chat & phone support disabled. Delayed response time on non-urgent issues Staffed 24 hours, but agents only working High severity cases.
