When creating an engagement and wanting to edit in-app to tag a UI element, we are unable to do so. Our Web Application Firewall (WAF) which controls our endpoint thinks the Gainsight payload looks like a SQL injection and blocks it. How can this be resolved?

Hi Everyone, I’m looking to see if anyone has come across this issue before. My web based product uses a login screen and I wish for the KC bot to displayed there as well as in the product. However, this does not seem to be happening. I included the login URL to the “activation” section in the bot editor but no luck. Has anyone been able to get around this issue? Thanks!

Did you know that you can quickly and easily Pause or Launch engagements from the Engagements view? The status column is clickable and can toggle between Active or Paused.  Hope this saves you a few clicks as you manage all the power of your Engagements!  

In Gainsight PX, how can we delete accounts (shown in the accounts explorer) and users (shown in the audience explorer)?  During our initial implementation, some teams added test accounts and fake users to our product product tag.  Now we want to remove this data, but there doesn’t appear to be any way to do this in the Gainsight PX UI.

We have a custom UI and I wonder if there is a way to not use a KC badge at all and trigger the KC popup with JavaScript directly from our app?Thanks

Can you share a dashboard publicly? (i.e., without requiring a Gainsight PX login?) I wish I could share dashboards with supporting teams in my organization without setting everyone up as a user.

In the last week, we have observed that the bot is not visible on some browsers. After clearing the cache, the bot appears. Multiple users within the organization have seen this behavior. Have others too faced this?

Hi, I want to create an adoption report,with all the accounts on y axis with a certain number of features on x axisthe y axis has to be exhaustive (must include all accounts)the x axis, for example, must be features A, B, C, D, and Etime period would be a monthScenario:I want to see the usage of several features across all accounts. Lets say I have 100 active accounts, and I want to see the feature usage across all of them. Features for example being download of particular files from the site, differentiated as features A, B, C, etc.  How can I create this report? I see that in most reports the x axis is always a time line. instead of having a timeline on x axis can we have a number of features?

I can see the average session duration for all users in the dashboard from the widget, but there is no option to see this information at user level.My use case would be to observe account/user level session duration over weeks to analyze engagement. I currently get an option to see the number of sessions initiated but as you can understand, a session might be a minute long, or 29 minutes long, and as of now, we can’t access that information.Also, I’ve seen the same question here but that user had access to Gainsight CS, which we don’t.

For those of you that may remember, I posted a Product Idea to Allow the Knowledge Center Bot speech bubble to display once per session, not always on every page refresh, but it has not been implemented… yet. :)  The great news is, there is a better way to do this right now!!!! If you have logged into PX recently, you would have seen that we now have a PX Guide Engagement Tooltip pointing new users (and those that have not seen it before) to our Knowledge Center Bot Bot Icon.  See sample screenshot below:

I’m experimenting with the engagement localization feature and I’m unable to export the English language version to use as my template for other languages (it only shows import) 

The custom has the requirement to add support for Spanish-Latin America (es-419) in their application, and is requesting to add localization support for Spanish-Latin America (es-419) in engagements and KCB

I’m unsure of how to map this page and wondering if anyone else is having the same issue. My URL includes my username in the title. Typically I’d add a wildcard (*) to get around this; however if I do that, PX picks up on every page of the product. IF I keep the username as is, PX only tracks my pages and not anyone elses.How do I do this?!
