Hi all,I’m looking to implement a Product Engagement Score (more from Pendo here). I’m struggling to get to a cohort of New & Returned users by month. Tried creating a query in QB with the following info:But I don’t believe that data is accurate is it’s always going to backload to the most recent month. Any ideas on how to accomplish this?

Hello everyone, I understand that I can go into Analytics > Engagement Performance to see engagement success within a product tag. However, I would like to pull in data across product tags.For example, I would like to see which sliders have the highest completion rate across products. I tried setting up a dashboard, but it seems like I need to create a query for each slider, and then add a widget for each query.  Is there a better approach? Thanks for your help!

I am using identify with a unique user id after the user logs in.  I do this along with an account id that is tied to the data that the user is dealing with.  If a user opens up a second tab of my web application in the same web browser, and I call identify a second time using the same user id, but a different account id, can I expect that to cause reporting issues?  I am concerned that by calling identify for the user with a second account id, that the original browser tab, which continues to act on data associated with the first account, will get attributed to the second account.If this would cause an issue, is there another technique I should use, such as using a method other than identify, to signifiy to aptrinsic that the user is working with different data between two tabs in the same browser?  Thank you.

Hello - I’m reasonably new to GS, and was simply wondering would someone be able to advise me how to remove stages so for talks sake: Launched, Adopting, Churn etc. How can I remove options in the stages?  Thank you in advance! 

At what cadence are PX updates pushed to Slack? I understand that PX updates are “periodically” pushed to Slack, but I’d like to confirm how regularly or on what schedule these updates get pushed. We’ve noticed a number of updates not getting pushed to Slack and would like some clarity on the timing of this data handoff, as this is not included in the existing documentation. 

We have customers complaining that when they clear cookies, engagements start showing up again. Is that true for others? Is it possible to retain a “sticky” condition (e.g., user has completed or tried a guide or slider) AFTER cookies are cleared? FYI: These customers who are complaining are government contractors and they are required to have their browsers clear cookies upon quitting the browser.

All are native tooltips in our product have white color background and a box shadow. To have a common look n feel, we changed the default badge tooltip from PX to have a similar white background. However, without a box shadow it now blends into the other content. Is it possible to add box shadows to badge tooltips? 

Is there a way to find the  average time between logins for all users? My team and I want to better understand our users login/logout behavior (do they click ‘log out’ or do they allow the inactivity timer to sign them out? Do they log in several times a day? At what interval? etc.)

Hi, I would like to make use of retention analysis, specifically to measure “Account Retention”, but I have a few questions regarding it from a technical perspective. I’ll use the following image as a reference for my questions   How does GPX calculate the number of accounts that I can see on the Y-axis (335/60/28)? Let’s take the cohort of Sep 05, 2022 – Sep 11, 2022 Here, it mentions the number of 335 accounts. What I want to know here is: a. Are these accounts that had their first lifetime visit on the web app? b. Are these accounts that had their first web app visit during this specific period? c. Are these accounts that were created on this particular day into Gainsight’s database? (Although I’m pretty sure this isn’t the case) Also, please let me know about what account variables (if any) are involved in calculating this number. If possible, could you also explain this for measuring user retention? Mainly what user variables are involved in calculating that number and what it mea

We are targeting customers who have low adoption scores on specific products purchased in the same invoice with the same email address. Example:Number of  invoices: 1 Product: A AND B Participant: ABC Limited Email : ABC@ABC.COMGoal :Send adoption email with instructions of Product A Send another email with instructions of Product BChallenge: The participant list can only include 1 line with Product A OR B, the other one has been removed to failed Participant list with an error message ( Participant has met the advanced criteria )therefore missing out on the opportunity to send an email to the other product. Current Uniqueness Criteria :Invoice number Company name Product category Recipient email address  Expected result: ABC@ABC.COM will receive 2 emailsInstruction of A Instruction of B  

I already added several engagements and links to a KC bot category. Is it possible to rename the category? Or do I need to create the new category and move everything to the new category?

We’re starting to get more associates involved in creating and editing engagements, and I’ve run into our edits crossing paths, so they don’t all take effect. Is there a way to know if someone else has the same engagement open to edit? Or a way to only allow one user to be editing an engagement at a time?

Is it possible to transport analytics data related to KC bot using gainsight webhooks?

I am creating CTAs through a rule and would like the CTA comments field to be nicely formatted.How do I get a new line?  I’ve tried <p>, <br>  and I’ve tried ordered and unordered lists but none of these render properly, the html is stripped out.So I put a period at the start of a new line to preserver the space, and this looks horrible. How should I be including blank lines in the CTA Comments?

Is there a way to enable a user to actually use a picklist in a guide engagement? For example, using the country field:I want them to be able to click on the arrow, or start typing where it says “Select” to find the country they need. However, when I anchor to that field, they can type where it says “Select” but the picklist that appears is disabled. I have tried adjusting the scope of the anchor and tried changing the settings for the navigation, but can’t get anything to work. I appreciate anyone’s help! 

I want to know if it is possible for an engagement to switch between different pages within my app or can it just stay on a single page?

As a continued evolution of my previous posts about Using Merge tokens in Engagements, Setting PX User attributes with a custom Engagement button and Creating PX Custom Events with a custom Engagement button, which are all excellent capabilities that you can build into your own amazing Engagements right now, I have another new one for you all …  This time, I am putting all these use cases together and throwing in … at no additional charge … the added capability of setting an Account attribute when the user clicks a custom Engagement button.   There are definitely some compelling use cases for asking users to set specific PX Account attributes related to improved Analytics filtering and Engagement Audience Logic targeting, plus I know that many of you can come up with some other excellent ones.  Be sure to post your suggestions in the thread below so others can benefit.  Thanks in advance!!!! The specific customer use case requirement that spawned this post was:------------------How can

Hello fellow Gainsters … I am the Director of Customer Success at a software development company that works with a very niche customer base - the state and county government space. Fresh off of the heals of Pulse 2022, I am recharged in getting integrated into the Gainsight community to learn and ideate. I would love to connect with fellow Gainsters who work in the government space. There is a lot of similarity between B2B and B2G (Business to Government), but there is likely the same amount of difference and with that, I would love to chat about what is working for others in the government space nd what is not. I would love to share the successes we have experienced as well and also where have tripped, fallen and had to get up and dust ourselves off.  

For some reason when I launch an engagement, images are stripped out. They look fine in GS:PX when building them out, but then fail when a customer sees them. Any thoughts?
