Hello everyone. I have read a few other posts on exporting records from PX and I am not sure if this is a decimal glitch, or what the problem is. However, recently I was trying to export a CSV file for an engagement from the Analytics tab. There were more than 20K viewers, although the export only sent the first 10K records. there are other responses from the PX team that says it can handle 100K records, so why is it that this report will only export the first 10K records?Export to CSV File Size Failure | Gainsight Community

Hi All!I have been getting this question a lot lately from many customers, so I figured I would create a Community post so that all could benefit…--------------------------------------There is currently not a CSV download option for usage data within the PX application.  The only ways to retrieve usage data collected within PX is through the aggregated Amazon S3 Exports or programmatically using our REST API.  So, what can you export you might ask???? On the PX Adoption Report, you can click on one of the Users/Accounts number counts and then download those records as a CSV file.  This filtered User/Accounts export could then be shared with other teams as nec

I’m creating an engagement step-through and rather than inundate the user with information I was wondering about linking to a specific FAQ that we have created as an Integrated Article in the knowledge bot. I know I can link to an external URL, but I can’t find a link to use for a specific integrated article. Thank you.

Is it possible to capture engement actions (like completion etc) in mobile so that any native action can be plugged?   

Our product displays some information in tables, and we use AG Grid (www.ag-grid.com) to display, filter, sort, rearrange, etc. It would be meaningful to track how users rearrange table columns so we can set the best defaults, and what filters are commonly applied. Does anyone have experience adding telemetry to AG Grid with Gainsight PX?

This is closely related to this conversation, but one key part of it wasn’t addressed or implemented, as far as I can tell...I have a landing URL that users visit:/function/{{unique identifier for a project}}We also have pages off of that main page:/function/{{unique identifier for a project}}/sub-function1 /function/{{unique identifier for a project}}/sub-functionNSince it’s really important to track users visiting the landing URL, how do we wildcard A so that it doesn’t also capture B and C with every instance?

This question came up earlier this week and we would like to share this with the Community. If you are using a Dialog Engagement that contains a URL rule, the Knowledge Center Bot will honor the URL rule of the engagement. This means if you are not on this URL you will not be able to access this engagement from the KCB. You will only be able to access from the URL in the rule. As a workaround to make sure this Engagement will fire when you visit the URL in the rule as well as access from KCB away from the URL you can map this URL as a feature.

Hi there,  We have the rolled up view in the dashboard for an account but Is there anyway to see session duration against users in audience explorer? Or is there a way to do this via the query builder?

Hi everyone,Is there any difference between "Last Used More Than xx Days Ago" (located in Engagement Audience Logic) and "Used More Than xx Days ago" (located in Audience Explorer) feature filters? Is it possible that the second one will take into consideration all the users that triggered a feature before xx days ago, but without excluding those same users if they triggered the same feature less then xx days ago? If yes, we would have a feature request - please enable us to have the same filtering options in all PX sections.The use case can be the following example. We have an in-app engagement with suspiciously low number of views. Looking at the engagement definition, we can assume that the only possible issue can be in the conditions related to when and which features/events were triggered. Hey Team, I would love to see the ability of handling more custom events in PX, and providing the option to delete the custom events from UI and making the customers aware how does the system behave or handle the with the deleted custom events?   Do we see having the ability to delete Custom Events from UI and Ablity to Increase the custom events limits in the near future?     Thanks Dileep Nalla

I was told that GainsightPX support the JSoup CSS selector syntax (https://jsoup.org/apidocs/org/jsoup/select/Selector.html) but when i try to use p:contains and p:containsOwn to try to capture virtual dropdown control selections, i get an invalid CSS Selector message when configuring the rule. What gives?  

Hi,I have created two guided enagements let’s say A and B and I want to show the guided engagement B only when A engagement is viewed. I was trying to use the `In App Engagement` option under `Audience` but there is a field called `Last/number of times` which I don’t need at all. I just need the first two whereby I can specify on which engagement I have dependency and what is its status. Could you please guide me how can I achieve that. 

Is there a way to make the article itself a link? So that when a user selects the 'article' that it it takes them to the actual redirected URL. This way the user doesn't have to select the article, then read the article, then select 'Read more'. It will be less clicks for a user.
