Is there a way to generate an exportable csv list of all accounts with their active user counts. That’s it, just the name of the account and the active users for each.    In Accounts Explorer we have “Number of Users” as an attribute, which is something different.   In the Dashboard you can create widgets that display active user counts. You can either get all active user grouped together or active users for specific accounts. And you can’t export either.    Trying to compare Active User counts all up from CS vs PX. As part of our Pulse Everywhere virtual event, we used the PX application to help our sales team turn attendees into leads, as well as we’re using the data to make decisions about future events.  To drive lead conversion, we felt it was crucial to have Gainsight teammates in the “PX on Pulse” instance so they could have complete access to customer and prospect activity, feature usage, and session attendance. Two PX functions, “Adoption Reports” and “Audience Explorer,” were extremely beneficial. Here at Acme Inc., our customers can have multiple tenant URLs. For example:   eng-prod.acmeinc.com eng-qa.acmeinc.com eng-devops.acmeinc.com   These would all belong to the same customer. Product usage for these tenants would be attributed to one Account in PX. How would you differentiate between usage of these three tenants in PX?  Some of our customers can have 10+ tenant URLs, so mapping features for each URL is not scalable.

Please create the ability to customize the font in NPS engagement templates, particularly for the comments section, which uses a very ugly, old font by default. Thanks!

I meant … Fun with Fields, so sorry Sheldon and Amy!!!!    As many of you already know, you can include merge fields (aka “tokens”) from your PX User and Account attributes within your PX Engagements.  Including these merge fields is a great way to customize your in-app and email messaging to your users and to also create a better, more personalized user experience.   However, many may not know that you can ALSO use these merge fields within button links inside your PX Engagements, including within your PX Emails Engagements.  This is a great way to pass your PX user/account context to the destination website or application so that, once again, the user experience can be personalized there.   Below is a sample PX Dialog Engageme

I’ve been wondering is there some sort of “sandbox environment” for Custom Events where they would appear for pre-approval before letting them land on the product in production?   We have 10+ Product Managers and 10+ dev teams working on our product and we are often experiencing some minor mistakes in the implementation of the Custom Events from their side. It would be useful to have some “buffer” zone where the events would land and which PX admin could approve as correctly implemented.

Hi!  There are a couple components on our website that are dynamic depending on some configurations.  We’d like to include them in a new user tour for those users who have the component.  In initial set-up, it appears that we can configure it/map it to include in the tour, but when the tour runs, if the competent doesn’t show for the user, the tour ends without any notice.   Ideally, if the tour can’t find the next mapped item, it would skip to the next one instead of closing the window all-together.   I thought about multiple tours, one with and one without the dynamic element, but recreating the logic for it is not an option.   Has anyone experience this or have any advice?   Thanks in advance!

If you want to see how many of your current users, under a particular product, meet a certain Segment criteria, you can always test this by creating an email engagement. Then add your Segment as a criteria, then set it to “is set”. Save and click the Preview tab.   Not great with large data sets, because you can’t export, but does allow you to quickly determine a short list or spot check results.    

The left or right and the x y axis micro adjustments are helping us with a work around.  Ideally, the location could be identified in the same manner that badges and other engagements work.  It would also be helpful to be able to change the size of the bot.
