Hi Team, Myself and our moderation team came up with a very interesting idea, it is kind of similarly to the moderation view, however a different take/angle on it. Our current moderation team is quite small and dealing with Direct Message is a lengthy process and becomes harder to manage and keep a track of when someone is off or people are working different shifts, or even when another moderator takes over an issue. With this in mind, we have come up with the following idea: - A shared moderator inbox/account Or central direct message hubWhat is it?Essentially its a central inbox where all direct messages that get sent to a particular account, for us and our use case this would be the iD Support account which is the account our moderation team use to contact members by DM when specific account information/personal information is needed. This central inbox can be accessed by selected people or the entire moderation team. Within this inbox, there could be the ability to tag a moderator

Hi Team, Recently we have got tickets from multiple customers , where unexpected changes were made to Field Mapping in S3 jobs. They would like to know what caused the changes, what & Who had changed and reverse the changes back.While Execution History is helpful to review history on executed S3 jobs, it didn't provide us the audit trail we are looking for. Can you please let us know the ETA for this case? Best,Hardik

Hi! Idea: I think it would be more clear if the results in the “related topics” widget could be grouped, for instance in groups of: Articles (and then articles listed) Webinars (and then webinars listed), Categories (and then categories listed). Now the results are not sorted. 

Hi, currently we have to set the Localization state 'in progress' manually after exporting the engagements for translation.It should be set automatically during export.This would help us avoid a lot of manual work and always keep our Technical Writers informed of the current state of their texts.Thank you very much!Best regards, Katharina 

In Rules Action, if we are to use a drop-down or (multi-select dropdown) list as an identifer and if nulls are expected from the source,- everytime a new record is created when the dropdown list is null (since null is not equal to null)- if we have to use any of the existing dropdown list values as a default value - we are prone to show erroneous data.Hack: In the MDA dropdown list, create a dummy value 'NA' - this can be used as the default value and no nulls would be populated.

Re: this conversation.  Ad hoc checking of applications is not a scalable solution and there are many great use cases for private groups. The end user experience is likely to be poor: unanswered applications sitting for days or more if the community manager is unaware of new applicants. My suggested solutions are notification emails and notifications somewhere in Control. I don’t have a preference, but share yours in the comments. 

Now there’re only badges’ icons in the community profile, and the name appears on hover.Desired outcome: there’s a list of earned badges with the names, full description and when they were earned. Kind of the badges’ feed as one of the tabs here: 

Related, but somewhat different to this idea:  It’s odd that Create Topic allows posting to groups, even if you’re not a member, but that you can’t reply to group topics unless you’re first a group member. I don’t want to lose the ability to post to a group without being a member (core part of our UX and the simplest solution, imo), I’d just like to allow others to reply if they’re not a group member. Candidly, the other idea is a better solution because it will drive group and community sign ups. However, the limitations on replies is our #1 FAQ and this might be a quicker fix. 

Currently, I can only see the list of ideas I submitted myself (thought it is hard to find only ideas in the full list of topic and there is no way to filter them out). But there is no way too see the list of ideas that I’d voted for.

When exporting ideas, I would like to add a column containing the linked product areas.This helps with identification, as well as with any follow-up actions you may want to apply to the idea

Hi Team.At present we have a ability to create new Formula fields in the report builder right. And while creating those formula fields it’s better should have a option to use filters.As a example, I have to create 2 formula fields.Adding 30 days to the Original Contract Date where Segment is Enterprise Adding 60 days to the Original Contract Date where Segment is Not EnterpriseMy Input data look like below:Name    Segment    OCD      xx              ENT          01-01-21    yy             SMB         01-01-21    zz             MM           01-01-21 So by default if I create those 2 formula feilds the Output will be like below.Name       Segment    OCD      OCD + 30 Days    OCD + 60 Daysxx                  ENT     01-01-21      01-31-21            02-03-2021yy                 SMB     01-01-21      01-31-21            02-03-2021zz                  MM      01-01-21      01-31-21            02-03-2021But I don’t want my output as shown above. Need output to shown below in only one report.

Our company uses Gainsight CS and PX. We made our naming conventions pretty accurate so when usage data is passed to CS our CSMs can understand the feature/module that the user interacted with directly. We love the nesting of the module/feature concept in PX, however when integrating with CS that doesn't port over as seamlessly. So we need to be more descript with our names so CS users understand the behavior. That being said, when I go to path analyzer it's terribly difficult to see the pages titles. Upon hover, you can't see the full name either. There's several opportunities here... As you integrate PX with CS further port over the module/feature levels so we don't have to accommodate robust naming conventions (clearly a bigger ask) Allow for wrapping of names in the path analyzer so I can see more text Allow the hover of the path analyzer to show full text A bit of blocker for us given the naming style. Because data designer objects are System objects, it s not possible to enable mapping to any field.But customers are expecting the ability to click through the field(example: When you click on Account name, that should navigate to their account C360 page or navigate to cockpit when they click on CTA name ). 

Currently if a field with multi-select datatype is coming from source, that is being converted to string in Adoption Explorer. Can we enable multi-select pick list so that it will be very flexible for customers to use them in layouts and filters. 

Do the engagement guides’ default CTA buttons link to specific actions you can call on via the query parameters? For example, If a user clicks “Skip”, it’s logged as something so I can call on that using query parameter to show them another engagement? I understand this is possible with custom buttons, but I’d rather use the ones provided vs. trying to remove them, and somehow putting my own buttons in their place to log parameters for further triggering. I also tried using the in-app engagement audience rule, but the viewed vs. completed logic doesn’t seem to be verifiable (I can’t seem to see guide completions in audience explorer user full profile, only views), and there is no skipped option. 

Hello,I would like to suggest improving Audience Dashboard.  We need data with the total number of views and unique visits for a certain period of time. My calculator is not convenient. We also need a comparison with the previous period. Thanks.

Scenario : If we create the rule, who can download it and send it to users? Requirement : So there is a need to an automated functionality from Gainsight end, like you are sending the file as attachment, you will upload it to file location and send the download link to users. Eg: In Gmail when you upload more than 25MB file, it will upload to cloud and send the link in the email to receivers.

When there are multiple contacts with same email address, even though we've configured Contact ID as part of Resolution Key, Load to Survey ignores Contact ID and associates response with the first Person record it finds with that email address.Can we make it associated with proper contact id or person id.

In our engagements we use fonts that are not suitable for Japanese, Chinese, Korean etc. We would like to set the fonts to be used for these languages centrally on the Localization tab in the Settings. There, it should be possible to set the fonts used for certain languages, possibly in combination with labels. It should also be possible to set a default font-family used in all other cases. 

When the translation state of an engagement has been set to ‘Ready for translation’ not only the text of the engagement is locked, but also the entries on the CSS tab. As these apply to all localizations and are not part of the export files for the localizations they shouldn’t be locked.

Why do we make end users select a Quick Insight type when the types refer to data sources (SFDC, MDA, Data Spaces)? The data source seems like the sort of thing we wouldn’t and shouldn’t expect an end user to know.

The admin documentation on Quick Insights mentions :Limitation: The report configured in the Quick Insight does not get automatically or manually updated when the same report is modified in the Report Builder page. 'An Exception Occurred' error message appears when the modified report type Quick Insight is queried in Slack.  It seems like in practice, there is no error message though and the report is just out of sync with the updated one from report builder. It's pretty hard to remember to update the Quick Insights whenever you modify one of the related reports. It would be great if this limitation could be resolved.

Hi Team, We noticed that quick insights image report in sally have too big font and some User Names are not showing in the report. As you can see in the image, there are 20 bars and only 10 names. Here's the screenshot : https://cl.ly/dac1d093d282 Reason : As the image size is small, it gets re-size automatically and reporting is trying to fit by skipping names on the Y-axis . Any improvements in this types of report will be really helpful.

Is it possible to create an engagement CTA that would then bring up a document within the knowledge center content? From Link_Black’s previous posts I can see where we can do this Engagement to Engagement, but the KCB is a different animal. 

It would be great if the data naming conventions were more clearly defined .. For example if you want to pull the company name… you search on “Name”  you can determine in the tree which hopefully is the right “name” but there at tons of “Name” elements ...same for CSM  - Its like 1000 people built all the standard structures in silos and there is no elegence to it .
