If a topic creator has entered text for an additional poll option, but has neither hit enter or the ‘+’ when they submit the post, the last option is thrown away with no warning. Editor should get a warning about this at least (especially while they cannot edit their poll once it is created).

When attempting to set a health score value to 0 or 100, the slider often stops at 1 or 99, respectively. Shifting the slider around, or coming back in, will eventually allow you to set the correct value. Would like to have that anomaly fixed to prevent the extra work, or agent just leaving it at the incorrect value.

Now that we are about a month into our community, I am seeing some threads that are not answered, and likely can’t be for various reasons.  However, these threads have effectively died but are showing up on my list of Unanswered Questions.What I’d like to propose is another means of closing off a topic where the thread shows as inactive but unanswered with a statement akin to “This thread is inactive, though we encourage you to respond if you’d like to continue the discussion”.Otherwise, I’m going to keep adding to a list of threads with no “Best Answer” and the list will soon be out of control.

Movement within the Hierarchy - In some cases it may be more approrpriate to log certain activities at a child and in others at a parent. Since email to timeline automatically posts to where a contact is found, there are situations where contacts are assigned at a customer level when they really should be assigned at the parent level (and therefore the activities should be posted at the parent level).

Most of our badging strategy is built around users so it makes no sense for us (the community team) to earn those badges too. Currently we all get the helper, tester, innovator, etc badge, which is confusing as the community team should not be showcasing any of these. I assume badges can be removed manually per individual, but it makes sense to add the ability in the back end to exclude users roles from earning badges. Thanks.

We manage 4 product lines all within one knowledge base tool - Knoweldge Owl. They also have an in-app widget that we could add to our platform, but ideally we want 1 place where users can get all types of help.  It would be great if GainsightPX had a native integration with Knowledge Owl as they do with Zendesk, Help Docs ext. If not - is there a way we can leverage knowledgeowls API and custom build this functionality within the Knowledge Bot ourselves?

Two Email from Timeline feedback:I wish we did not have extra text like email body, internal and external attendee in the body of the email. It is an unnecessary step required for clean up.   When I add someone as internal attendee, I would like them to be in cc and not the to list.

After the platform issue yesterday caused by a deployment, we think it would be useful/prudent if Insided could give us advanced notice of platform updates/releases. And a bit of info about what’s in the deployment, too.It doesn’t have to be war and peace, just a few paragraphs to explain what time the deployment is happening, what’s changing (eg whether it’s bug fixes, new features, etc).In fact, it seems weird that this isn’t already happening. All our other suppliers give us advanced notice of releases.As well as giving us useful info, we could make sure someone was on the alert just in case something goes wrong. And also we’d make sure we weren’t planning to post anything big/important at the same time.

Hi Team,  One of our customers is looking to adjust the height to 100 pixels. It appears we are supporting minimum height of 400 pixels in embeded reports. Hi Team, Recently we have got tickets from multiple customers , where unexpected changes were made to Field Mapping in S3 jobs. They would like to know what caused the changes, what & Who had changed and reverse the changes back.While Execution History is helpful to review history on executed S3 jobs, it didn't provide us the audit trail we are looking for. Hi! Idea: I think it would be more clear if the results in the “related topics” widget could be grouped, for instance in groups of: Articles (and then articles listed) Webinars (and then webinars listed), Categories (and then categories listed). Now the results are not sorted.

In Rules Action, if we are to use a drop-down or (multi-select dropdown) list as an identifer and if nulls are expected from the source,- everytime a new record is created when the dropdown list is null (since null is not equal to null)- if we have to use any of the existing dropdown list values as a default value - we are prone to show erroneous data.Hack: In the MDA dropdown list, create a dummy value 'NA' - this can be used as the default value and no nulls would be populated.

Re: this conversation.  Ad hoc checking of applications is not a scalable solution and there are many great use cases for private groups. The end user experience is likely to be poor: unanswered applications sitting for days or more if the community manager is unaware of new applicants. My suggested solutions are notification emails and notifications somewhere in Control. I don’t have a preference, but share yours in the comments. 

Now there’re only badges’ icons in the community profile, and the name appears on hover.Desired outcome: there’s a list of earned badges with the names, full description and when they were earned. Kind of the badges’ feed as one of the tabs here: 

Related, but somewhat different to this idea:  It’s odd that Create Topic allows posting to groups, even if you’re not a member, but that you can’t reply to group topics unless you’re first a group member. I don’t want to lose the ability to post to a group without being a member (core part of our UX and the simplest solution, imo), I’d just like to allow others to reply if they’re not a group member. Candidly, the other idea is a better solution because it will drive group and community sign ups. However, the limitations on replies is our #1 FAQ and this might be a quicker fix. 

Currently, I can only see the list of ideas I submitted myself (thought it is hard to find only ideas in the full list of topic and there is no way to filter them out). But there is no way too see the list of ideas that I’d voted for.

When exporting ideas, I would like to add a column containing the linked product areas.This helps with identification, as well as with any follow-up actions you may want to apply to the idea

Our company uses Gainsight CS and PX. We made our naming conventions pretty accurate so when usage data is passed to CS our CSMs can understand the feature/module that the user interacted with directly. We love the nesting of the module/feature concept in PX, however when integrating with CS that doesn't port over as seamlessly. So we need to be more descript with our names so CS users understand the behavior. That being said, when I go to path analyzer it's terribly difficult to see the pages titles. Upon hover, you can't see the full name either. There's several opportunities here... Because data designer objects are System objects, it s not possible to enable mapping to any field.But customers are expecting the ability to click through the field(example: When you click on Account name, that should navigate to their account C360 page or navigate to cockpit when they click on CTA name ). 

Currently if a field with multi-select datatype is coming from source, that is being converted to string in Adoption Explorer. Can we enable multi-select pick list so that it will be very flexible for customers to use them in layouts and filters. 

Do the engagement guides’ default CTA buttons link to specific actions you can call on via the query parameters? For example, If a user clicks “Skip”, it’s logged as something so I can call on that using query parameter to show them another engagement? I understand this is possible with custom buttons, but I’d rather use the ones provided vs. trying to remove them, and somehow putting my own buttons in their place to log parameters for further triggering. I also tried using the in-app engagement audience rule, but the viewed vs. completed logic doesn’t seem to be verifiable (I can’t seem to see guide completions in audience explorer user full profile, only views), and there is no skipped option.
