Can we have the ability to report on dropdown list fields - similar to reporting on ‘sfdc’ Picklist object?Basic fields required in reporting - categories, gsids, name, short name and color. Issue - While working for a customer whose data got corrupted in Company object (which had a couple of dropdown list fields). We got backup from ops team but all the dropdown lists are in the form of GSIDs, I’m using network calls to identify the names of dropdown list values. This is too tedious and there’s no single place to identify all the dropdown lists and their corresponding items. If given an ability to report on the fields, it becomes easier to validate the existing items on dropdown lists like for the above case.

Hi folks,We are a global 24x7 company using inSided for technical support. In the early stages of getting customers to be repeatable users, it would be great if we could have an option to monitor and notify when conversations receive no replies for x minutes/hours to moderators or a specific email alias.In the early stages, we’re lazer focused on providing a better-than-support-case experience to ensure members stick and find the community valuable. Since we dont have dedicated moderators around the clock always watching the forum, it would be great to have some sort of automation to monitor and notify a group of mods or email alias. I would find this also be useful later on once we increase the SLA to allow for the community to answer themselves.  

Hey Team,   We have noticed Users having a tough time with Inactive values showing up under Global Dashboard filters. I do understand we have challenges removing these values but would it be possible to grey them out while displaying them?   We could also think about letting users have access to setting the corresponding records with these inactive values to NULL 

In our Scorecard we have multiple measures in the Consumption Measure Group. We want to assign dynamic weightage to Individual measures based on the Product ARR. Say for example We have 4 Individual Measure : Product A, Product B, Product C, Product DAs of today each has 25% weightage and contribute to overall Consumption measure Group.We want to assign this weightage dynamically for each customer based on Product ARR. Say customer has total ARR of 800K distributed as below :Product A - 400KProduct B - 200K,Product C - 200K,Product D - 0Kwe want the Weightage of the Individual measure in the consumption Measure Group to be like : Product A - 50%Product B - 25%Product C - 25%Product D - NA

Hi, I had a customer reaching out with an issue where since there is no user level default currency set, when she is querying the details of an account, it is using the corporate currency(USD) to show values instead of the currency(which is Canadian) on the C360 for that account. So is there a way for admins to choose between record level currency and user level currency for their organisation? That would help with this situation i think. Let me know of your thoughts.

Would be great to be able to expand the window size when we log a call.   

I would like to see automated security groups. This would allow admins to create security groups and populate the group using criteria. For example, I would like to create a group for all internal employees. I would like to be able to do a simple automated query to search for everyone with @bizzabo.com as their email and populate a group with just those contacts and then assign them to a role.

Hello, In cockpit is is great that we can move fields around...however, it appears that this isn’t sticky from session to session...could you add that capability...as an example if I go to move # of tasks from the far right to the far left I would like to keep it there...but when I log in the next time it goes back to the far right. Thanks...

I believe the admins should have the ultimate right to edit or delete anybodies dashboard, take the ownership of it, pass the rights to edit to other person and share it with anybody they want. Real world example:We have ~200 users of the PX and approximately 98% of them aren’t that familiar with the PX interface nor are they familiar with the events that we are implementing. That’s why whenever they need a custom dashboard they are coming to the 2%-lucky-person (let’s call him Luke) and ask him to create the dashboard for them.Since this Lucky Luke can’t transfer the ownership afterwards to the requester, Luke has to forever look at all of these dashboards as his own which disables him from looking at this own dashboards that are important for his work.Passing the ownership to the requester would solve this issue once and for all.However, many times other users who have their dashboards need a bit of help of tweeking some widgets so it woul

With multiple products or use-cases, it will be easier to visualise the adoption by putting icons instead of measure titles. 

Hi Team.In Rules Fetch Task when we try to search with some special characters the search is not working as expected(Not filtering the fields what we needed to select/choose).In my source object we have some fields with some special characters, so when I search using those it’s not working as expected.Screenshot: searched with “(“ open bracktes and not filtering what we expected. If we search starting with special character is not filtering the fields. It would be nice if it’s filtered with special charactrs as well.Thanks.

Hi Team,While working on one of my use case, I thought that, it’s better if we have a ability to do field comparisions in Report Filters like how we have in the Rule Transformation Task or in the Action Criteria Part.Screenshot: Simply we need an option to choose “Field” option like shown below in the Report Builder. Thanks.

As a CSM/Gainsight user, it would be incredibly handy to be able to send an email to my timeline directly from my email client (Outlook, Gmail).  The users have requested the following:    A button that can be clicked that will allow for a “Company” lookup to Gainsight in order to flag the destination Account’s Timeline which will also auto-populate the users special Email to Timeline address.    Does anyone else think this could be a cool integration? Similar to the Opportunity Plugin?

hi,i am getting repeated requests from our CSMs about the ability to see the activity status on the main timeline layout without needing to expend each individual activity. here is a note from one of our CSMs:When viewing Timeline in Gainsight relationship, we cannot tell at-glance which entries are Open, which is an important part of tracking things like Escalations.Since we have triggers built off the Escalation (and other) Timeline entries, it should be easy to see when they are Open or Closed from looking at the list. Instead, to discover this, CSM must expand each Timeline entry to review status. in our case, we have a timeline entry type escalation for example, we then count these as part of the health scoring and our weekly reporting, BUT we do not want to open this type of activity each type we want to update status, we use the same escalation activity log to update the status , so it is counted as one escalation and not several. 

We have received feedback from CSMs that the new Horizon Timeline experience compresses notes too much, in a way that makes it more difficult to see when on a call with a customer. It would be great to have CSMs be able to set the compression on timeline. If they had an option to see all notes at one time like the other timeline, or to compress like the new experience, that would help address this.

when I post to timeline from slack, it would be great if I could actually post the slack message and comments to the C360 Timeline.  use cases belowDocument Configuration Message Document Product Feature or Roadmap Slack message back to customers  Saved or relevant Slack threads that have recently come up with clients during regular engagement  

Why isn’t adoption explorer usage an available section for Share 360?

Hi Team,This is regarding the Rules fetch. Currently we don’t have any such may to filter down the invalid email type records .Can we setup any such action in future in such a way that while fetching the records the system should not fetch invalid email records . Use Case : Customer is syncing email data type fields data to Gainsight , While syncing those email type data , Source has some bad emails ( like not in email format exactly ) as the format is not correct for email type , those records are failing . Invalid email records have different pattern ( few has special characters and few has quotes etc ) . As the Pattern is different for each record , Applying the filters is also not working.If there is any other way if system can directly drop those records it will be essay for customer to figure it out. 

Posting on behalf of customer.  It would be great to see the ability to report on absences of data.  We understand that this can be ID through the rules engine, and also reported one using data designer to get this information.  It would be nice to have this ability with out having to create a new DD or a rule  

Sometimes, Global Playbooks do relate to the majority of Relationships (in our case Product lines), but not to a couple specific ones. To avoid clutter of Playbooks when creating CTA's for these Relationships, it would be great if we could mark Global Playbooks that are not relevant to a couple of Relationships as inactive for these Relationships.

Hello, I would like to see the ability to customize timeline activity fields specific to a relationship, regardless of whether the activity type is global. For example, we have “Update” as a global activity type. Because it is global, I am unable to edit it in the “configure for” at the relationship level. When I wish to add a relationship-specific field, I must add it to the global Update activity. Because of the reports, dashboards and other infrastructure built off the Update activity type, I do not wish to create a new relationship-specific activity type.

When using Gainsight Assist, sometimes the emails go to the Company Timeline, but not the Relationship where we need them to be logged. It does not appear there is a way to easily move them from the Company to the Relationship Timeline, is that correct?Would they need to be manually moved?

Right now the the Email Inbound Configuration is separate from the user management. It would nice that if you inactivate a user from user management, it would also remove the user from Inbound Email Configuration

Hi Team,Most of the customers are using external actions and events connections. As you can see in the screenshot there are issues with character visibility under the Field section. when using longer names,  only 29 characters are visible, which is making difficult to recognise the correct fields.Are there any plans to increase the character limit (or) show the field name upon hovering the cursor on the field? Screenshot: https://share.getcloudapp.com/rRu0D2AD
