We have a large number of accounts that have the same company name but we use a number as an unique identifier.  If we could search by that unique identifier in the Customer 360 it would put much confusion at bay.  

The “Add” link for a report with source SFDC “AccountTeamMember” object links to the classic SFDC The classic edit interface for salesforce does not include/support custom fields for the account team members object We need to be able to edit the custom fields when adding the team member. Could you update to use the lightning link in lightning interface? IE https://{SFDC Instance}/lightning/r/AccountTeamMember/{record ID}/edit instead of  {sfdcinstace}/opp/salesteaminsert.jsp

If we need to identify all users with usage information for a particular period based on feature data, there is no easy way. We can select features in the filter but only operation available for filtering is “IN”. If number of modules/features is high then selecting all of them in the filter is a tedious task. Also if we want to filter users with no feature information then there is no way we can do it. Hence extending filter operators to Any Feature, All Features, Not In, No Features would help to get the required data easily.    

Our users are super excited to use the email template functionality in the Gmail plugin. One amazing improvement would be the ability for them to configure their own lists of contacts/Person records/CSV file that they could send to. Think of it as a JO program of sorts for the CSM. Is this type of functionality in the roadmap?

Hello -      When creating a new TImeline activity sync job, I wanted to pull in the created date for the SFDC event. These events are created by our customers in a third party calender booking tool. We ultimately wanted to show those same events in each timeline. In my original build of the sync, I mapped Created Date of the event (when the Customer booked the time) to Created Date in gainsight. This caused an error when I tried to run the rule (“Something went wrong”). It did not even allow for the rule to fail and send a failure report. After discussing with support, that mapping was blocking me.  Mapping to system fields, if not allowed (causes errors), should not be selectable when setting up the sync, and I’d prefer the mapping to be added automatically and grayed out as the others are.  Image below is my rule without the mapping. It now runs perfectly. (Thanks, support!)  

Hey Team,   Do we have any plans on the roadmap to be able to create an audience rule to follow up with users who selected a specific choice in a multiple choice survey?   So if there was an A,B, and C I would like to send an email to those who answered B?   Thanks

It would be very useful if we could have custom reports built in the PX platform sent to our email automatically daily or weekly. Right now, you can only have the built-in reports or audience custom bookmarks sent by email. For example, I built an NPS survey analytics report and would like to get a weekly “snapshot” of how well we perform. 

We should be able to choose a color HEX code when formatting text fields in Success Snapshots.    

When we export Gainsight analyzer report, for Reports that are created on Dataspace, we see source object name as API names of corresponding objects, that DS has been created on; and not the DS names. There are cases where more than one DS is created on one object. Can we please have the DS names instead of DS source object API names?

It would be great to look up to Company object or other MDA objects from datasets created in Data Designer.    We have a dashboard that displays reports from a created dataset that includes company ID, but it does not look up to any MDA so the global filter that works on reports on standard datasets does not work on those reports. It is a little clunky - users use the global filter and then on a couple reports have to do a search.

I have a customer that would like the ability for when we do a tenant copy to have Data Designer and all builds inside data designer to be copied to the Sandbox as well.    We are aware DD is in BETA currently, just wanted to get this out there. :)

Hi,   While using data designer, we come across scenarios where we tend to address multiple issues using a single design. But if I have to report, I can use only the last task from the design. If we are given the ability to report on individual tasks - it could reduce redundant designs and reduce multiple objects in the data management section.

Hello Team,   We’ve received a request from customer, to use the status of the Success Plan in the Data Designer. After checking from my end, As In reports, We are showing the status of the Success Plan, in Status Name field from CTA Group object. The actual status of this is shown as “System Name” from “GS Meta Info” object which is a lookup to CTA Group, by which the status is shown on CTA group.   However, In Data Designer, when we pull in “CTA Group” and status, these are showing up the ID values, as the status is of picklist value.     As a workaround, provide the below, by pulling CTA Group and GS Meta Info:     Can we have the same functionality for Data Designer as of Reporting? This would really be helpful.

Hi Team. Recently I faced a difficulty in the Data Designer to know which one is the Original/Exact Object I have to refer to add One more extra field or extra filter to the Existed DD. Example: Let’s say In my data designer I have 5 Objects combination of SFDC and MDA.Right now we are showing the Icon “G” for all the MDA Objects and Icon “Salesforce” for all the SFDC Objects, which is fine. But, the issue with the rename of that fetches. Each time when I select the Object I am renaming it. Example Screenshot:   After finishing the DD I came to know that I have to add one more field or one more filter to one of the Gainsight Object(Object Name: Company). As shown in the image I have 3 MDA Objects. But not sure where the Company Object among those 3 Objects. Which makes me to edit and see all the 3 objects. And it’s more time taking.   So if we provide the Original Object name as well beside the Dataset or when we mouse over on the object it should display the Object Name. Example:    T

USE CASE: I have a multi Question Survey Engagement which I have launched with a feature being used right now and Qualification Scope Every time. So I would like to collect the feedback every time when the user clicks on the button feature. But Here, We will display the engagement every time when the feature is used, But we only collect the feedback once per session.  That means if user submits 3 feedbacks with in a single session, We only consider one. Which is not a reliable Every time Qualification Scope. when we are displaying the Engagement every time, PX should also collect feedbacks every time. It would be a really good and helpful feature request to be consider.   Thanks, Shireesha.

Team, Currently, we were getting the few options like “Relationship <<relationship name>> of <<account/customer name>> & <<relationship name>> & <<account/customer name>>”, when you type Show me summary for <<Relationship» but they want to show some additional fields CSM Name or some other Custom fields from the Relationship Object because they have multiple relationships with Same Relationship Type & Same Account Name

The scorecard measure labels and help text don't show up when setting a measures score on the slider. After setting the score the label shows up however, I can't seem to see anywhere that provides the help text I've entered in the administrative settings. This doesn't seem to make a whole lot of sense - the entire purpose of these items is to provide context when choosing a color. Without that everyone's opinion of what a color is defined as could wildly vary, and being able to see them afterwards doesn't really help since it's already been set, and you'd have to set every single color in order to properly assess the options you have for selection. Can we please show labels always on the slider and have the help text appear when hovering over a color selection?

Hi   Can we have scorecard name displayed instead of id value under field label scorecard name  

Provide the ability to hide scorecard weightings from the Scorecard Summary view.  This is something my customer does not want their end users to have visibility into as it is causing confusion why the weightings are not the same for all customers.    

When building out new measures for scorecards it would be great for Admins to be able to run reports on the new measure prior to adding it to the scorecard. This will allow Admins to analyze the score prior to making it available to the end users. I understand you can build in sandbox but this will help if sandbox data is not a 100% match to production. 

Hello Team, We got a feedback from customer on ‘Playbook’ section, stating: 1)In the Playbook creation, If we could use Tab Out for selecting options and click ‘Save’ by ‘Enter’? For now, what I see in the Local Org is, when we create a playbook, the ‘Tab’ option works, but it’s not highlighted during selcting the type, and also, click on the “spacebar” is saving it. 2)Whenever we delete a plabook, it scorolls to top of the page, Rather than staying at same section: I’ve made a small video, showing the above mentioned  -  https://share.vidyard.com/watch/qb1pDa87mYrxrpvqZWqqpC? We would like to have a better way to manage user subscription preferences to comply with GDRP, CCPA, CAN-SPAM, etc. requests to prevent users from receiving any more PX engagements (emails + in-app engagements) and/or remove users from PX altogether. Currently, we have to manually go into every engagement and prevent a user from receiving them, which is not realistically scalable or a good use of our time. In Mail Chimp and other apps, you can change a user’s subscription status as an admin, but PX has no way to do that. Please consider creating this functionality.

Currently with PX, It has been already decided that if there is no activity for X duration, the old session will be closed and a new session will be generated. Can we have an option to manage this one in the UI? i.e, Can customer set their own durations of sessions?   Thanks, Shireesha

I would like there to be extra layers of assigning a CTA.  As an example, right now I can assign it to a role and then assign a default owner.  What if we could add the ability to add another layer of assignment so if the first option to assign is not valid for that customer, but a second option would be valid, I would rather assign it to the secondary option that just a default owner. So if an account has a Technical Account Manager, I want the CTA to go to them, but if not I want it to go to the Account Manager and if no Account Manager then I want it to go to the Account Owner and if not yet assigned an Account Owner then assign it to the Net New Sales Manager (Default Owner).  A checkbox to add additional layers of potential assignees would be great so I could customize by CTA.
