Is it possible to have stand alone text (such as respondent instructions) within a survey? I'm not currently seeing a way to put instructions between questions without tying it to a question. If that's not currently possible, it is something I would love to see as an enhancement.

The Company Intelligence feature is great! We’ve started to get some alerts on activity for our larger accounts that we can start to take action on. The Create CTA function is great addition to be able to quickly create a CTA from Slack based on Company Intelligence. I noticed that it warns you if you are trying to create a CTA from an alert that has already had a CTA created for. I’d like to see that expanded to warn you if there is an existing CTA for the same company based on the same signal and CTA Type. Since the alerts for Company Intelligence come in from different sources it can be difficult to determine via Slack if there is a CTA for the Company in question for that same subject. For example, if Company Intelligence provides an alert today for Company X and we create a CTA, then tomorrow Company Intelligence provides a similar alert (because a different web source published the same information) we can’t easily tell that we’ve already created a CTA for this s

Posting on behalf of a customer - It would be great to have analytics on the Knowledge Bot. The use case is that they have Zendesk integration with the knowledge base. Having the ability to see which articles are being viewed, for example, would allow for better insights on where customers/users need help on. CC @mickey 

Posting on behalf of customer, There are multiple ideas in surveys where we can give feasibility for customers: Have an option to use radios instead of checkboxes when selecting an answer in the survey. Be able to bold the question number in order to match question text.  A progress bar to show the user how much of the survey they have completed. We have to click inside the checkbox to select an option, however the cursor changes when hovering over the written answer, giving the impression that the words themselves can be selected.A way to click the wording not just the checkbox in order to select the answer would be helpful. We have to uncheck an answer in order to select a different one. Preferably would just click the new answer to change the answer would be more user friendly.

When you Preview a Rule’s Execution history, you can see many pieces of detail, except the ‘Rule Run Date’. You would have to refer to the email notification to check the rule run date. It would help when re-running for a different Rule Date to have the ability to see the Run Date either in the Blue bar or in the View Logs section of the Execution History in the UI. Posting on behalf of a customer:  As a PX user, I would like the ability to capture whether or not my users make it all the way through a large workflow, even if that workflow is spread out over multiple sessions. I am wanting to track large “milestones” within a workflow, rather than a smaller workflow that could be completed in 1 sitting. Specifically, I would like to see this ability available in the Funnel report. 

I have a customer that would like to be able to manually adjust the order of CTA tasks when a new manual task is added to a program.    They would like the dynamic aspect of being able to edit the order inside a live CTA. 

The survey widget on the 360 shows all responses to the NPS survey(s) which for some of our companies can mean 100’s of results, it would be great if this could be limited to say the last 10 and then the ability to go to previous 10 etc etc via pagination. 

It might be a good idea to have the ability to restrict picklist values based on the CTA type so that we only get a limited number of choices on a dependent picklist field based on the choice of a certain CTA Type I have selected.

While assigning owners in playbook s currently gainsight supports only Account and customer info user lookup fields. Is there a roadmap where gainsight will support other objects which as well with user lookup fields.These other objects do have a look up on account object.

We have a large number of accounts that have the same company name but we use a number as an unique identifier.  If we could search by that unique identifier in the Customer 360 it would put much confusion at bay.  

The “Add” link for a report with source SFDC “AccountTeamMember” object links to the classic SFDC The classic edit interface for salesforce does not include/support custom fields for the account team members object We need to be able to edit the custom fields when adding the team member. Could you update to use the lightning link in lightning interface? IE https://{SFDC Instance}/lightning/r/AccountTeamMember/{record ID}/edit instead of  {sfdcinstace}/opp/salesteaminsert.jsp

If we need to identify all users with usage information for a particular period based on feature data, there is no easy way. We can select features in the filter but only operation available for filtering is “IN”. If number of modules/features is high then selecting all of them in the filter is a tedious task. Also if we want to filter users with no feature information then there is no way we can do it. Hence extending filter operators to Any Feature, All Features, Not In, No Features would help to get the required data easily.    

Our users are super excited to use the email template functionality in the Gmail plugin. One amazing improvement would be the ability for them to configure their own lists of contacts/Person records/CSV file that they could send to. Think of it as a JO program of sorts for the CSM. Is this type of functionality in the roadmap?

Hello -      When creating a new TImeline activity sync job, I wanted to pull in the created date for the SFDC event. These events are created by our customers in a third party calender booking tool. We ultimately wanted to show those same events in each timeline. In my original build of the sync, I mapped Created Date of the event (when the Customer booked the time) to Created Date in gainsight. This caused an error when I tried to run the rule (“Something went wrong”). It did not even allow for the rule to fail and send a failure report. After discussing with support, that mapping was blocking me.  Mapping to system fields, if not allowed (causes errors), should not be selectable when setting up the sync, and I’d prefer the mapping to be added automatically and grayed out as the others are.  Image below is my rule without the mapping. It now runs perfectly. (Thanks, support!)  

Hey Team,   Do we have any plans on the roadmap to be able to create an audience rule to follow up with users who selected a specific choice in a multiple choice survey?   So if there was an A,B, and C I would like to send an email to those who answered B?   Thanks

It would be very useful if we could have custom reports built in the PX platform sent to our email automatically daily or weekly. Right now, you can only have the built-in reports or audience custom bookmarks sent by email. For example, I built an NPS survey analytics report and would like to get a weekly “snapshot” of how well we perform. 

We should be able to choose a color HEX code when formatting text fields in Success Snapshots.    

When we export Gainsight analyzer report, for Reports that are created on Dataspace, we see source object name as API names of corresponding objects, that DS has been created on; and not the DS names. There are cases where more than one DS is created on one object. Can we please have the DS names instead of DS source object API names?

It would be great to look up to Company object or other MDA objects from datasets created in Data Designer.    We have a dashboard that displays reports from a created dataset that includes company ID, but it does not look up to any MDA so the global filter that works on reports on standard datasets does not work on those reports. It is a little clunky - users use the global filter and then on a couple reports have to do a search.

I have a customer that would like the ability for when we do a tenant copy to have Data Designer and all builds inside data designer to be copied to the Sandbox as well.    We are aware DD is in BETA currently, just wanted to get this out there. :)

Hi,   While using data designer, we come across scenarios where we tend to address multiple issues using a single design. But if I have to report, I can use only the last task from the design. If we are given the ability to report on individual tasks - it could reduce redundant designs and reduce multiple objects in the data management section.

Hello Team,   We’ve received a request from customer, to use the status of the Success Plan in the Data Designer. After checking from my end, As In reports, We are showing the status of the Success Plan, in Status Name field from CTA Group object. The actual status of this is shown as “System Name” from “GS Meta Info” object which is a lookup to CTA Group, by which the status is shown on CTA group.   However, In Data Designer, when we pull in “CTA Group” and status, these are showing up the ID values, as the status is of picklist value.     As a workaround, provide the below, by pulling CTA Group and GS Meta Info:     Can we
