Some feedback I’ve recieved as more of our people are using renewal center, is that they would like to see something in line with the FORECAST BY BOOKING TYPE report, but by Opportunity Type, rather than stage, so that they can easily see which opportunities are mid-term renewals, vs end-of-term, etc…   I believe we could build something similar in our own dashboard, but as we’d like to make Renewal Center the primary hub for details on Renewals, it would be great if something like that could be done here.

We would love to see the addition of user state preservation on the ‘related to’ field when creating new timeline entries from Global Timeline. Our teams our structured with some CSMs ALWAYS supporting the customer on the relationship level. Currently, to log relationship level activities they have to change the related to field to relationship every time. It would be nice to see it default to the selection the user chose last.

Hi. I am working on Upgradig the Outreaches to Programs. And found an intreasting use case which is below. The Email Template which was used in the Outreach has 2 variants. And in the First Variant we have only just Email Content(without any Surveys). And in the Second variant we have a Survey link along with the Email content. And there are specific filter conditions to which/whom the First variant has to go and the Second variant has to go out. And all these handeled using a single Outreach. But in order to implement this using JO Programs I have to create 2 Email Templates(One for the First Variant and the Second for the Second Variant(with the Survey Link)) and 2 JO Programs.   So is there any alternative way to implement this in single Program instead of multiple using Single Email Template.   Thanks.

Currently there is no ability to report on/write rules on any comments logged on timeline activities.  Furthermore, the Last Modified Date on Timeline Activity is not updated when Comments are added.  My customers use case is their users log comments on Timeline Activities and they want run reports, trigger CTAs if an update has not been made in x days.

Using NXT, in timeline activity...when you @mention someone, it should allow you to tab to select the name highlighted.  This seems to be the industry standard (at least for MS applications) and GS doesn’t follow this. Example: @david should bring up “David Smith” and it is highlighted...when you hit tab it should select and allow continue to typing.  Interesting that it works here in the community but not in product :) Current behavior - hitting tab moves to the tasks section instead...and it’s annoying...sorry. I have to do @mention and then select with a mouse (the only way i know works) and it takes an extra click.  When I do hundreds of these, its painful.

Is there are way to give a long list of users access at once without having to add them one by one? I have about 100 people I need to add at some point, so it would definitely be easier to grant access another way without having to add them all separately.

I was working with a NXT customer today who was having an issue attaching a newly created MDA dropdown list to a new Company field. In this certain situation the dropdown list was a multiselect list instead of a standard dropdown. I was able to help figure out what needed to be done, but the customer pointed out that in field setup (in data management) he didn’t see the Multi-select dropdown data type option. This prevented him from quickly being able to finish creating his field. Here are two possible enhancements we both thought might be beneficial: When creating a new field in the MDA the “data type” picklist appears to be showing up in alphabetical order - the  dropdown and multi-select list options are not grouped due to this, it might make sense to group the list functions together for ease of use.    

Current State: Prior to exporting a report, the real estate space to view the columns of information in preview to be exported is very small. Often times there may also be multiple columns requiring the ability to scroll to the right or the left.  Request: Simply add a “maximize” button for each report so that you can blow up the report to full page view. Value/Use Cases: This can be helpful for multiple situations- when doing a new hire training on a report, demonstrating a report for a leader or a team for discussion (this view is not ideal for presenting). It will also benefit any users accessibility and manipulation of the report columns.   Challenges: Often times when showcasing data you must move columns that you want users to see immediately all the way to the left, due to the need to scroll (Example: plan name, description, action items). Request 2:

When displaying numbers on a bar graph report, is there a way or can we have this in product in near future- that I can put 100,000 as 100K or even goes to Millions with decimal places in a graph?   Something like below-    

Using the datediff output of days to calculate months is not accurate no matter how you do it.  Can you please provide the ability to see the result of datediff in months?

 When we go to the dashboard and see an option at the top right for "Preview & Share". When we click on this, a new tab opens in the browser showing exactly the same dashboard but with the option at the top right now as "Share". It seems a click too many to share. Hi Team,   One of my customers uses Tableau and would like to display Tableau reports in Success Snapshots to be shared out with their customers when doing QBRs.  We currently do not support the ability to embed pages in Success Snapshots.  I think this would be a valuable product enhancement so that customers who would like to embed third party reports in Success Snapshots would easily be able to do so.  There really isn’t a valid workaround currently. With the current design of PX, we can have a dashboard widgets created for the In-app Engagements and Surveys to analyse the performance.   But we are missing the email performance here. It would be helpful if we can add the email performance widget as well along with in-app and surveys.   Thanks, Shireesha.

It would be great to be able to track email opens, clicks, forwards, etc from email sent using the Gmail Plugin like it is possible with email sent directly from Gainsight and Journey Orchestrator.

Hi A lot of our CSMs use BCC to Timeline functionality for all sorts of interactions incl meeting follow up notes and training. Is there any way we can use the BCC but distinguish between face to face interaction and an email - without the need to log into Gainsight directly? It’s critical we can track trainings and f2f meetings accurately, which is currently being skewed since the BCC link logs everything as an email.  I know others are asking for this too but have not found the answer.   Thanks in advance   Katerina   

Our AMs manually enter the AM Assessment scorecard measure for their Customers, and we are pushing hard for this value to be entered for all Customers. At the same time, the AMs spend most of their time on the Cockpit tab, working through CTAs. While updating a CTA, the AMs want to be able to quickly update the AM Assessment, rather than go through several steps to open the C360 and update the scorecard. Hi Everyone, As we all knew, Email Engagements are the one of the major parts in PX. In the Email settings “Header” Section we can choose from which sender we can send the emails. What happens here is we can only select one Sender and from that sender only all the users will receive the Emails. But, there could be scenarios where different users will have different account managers.  So In this situation if we send the email from a sender who is unfortunately not their account manager, there could be huge chances the user will simply consider it as not important, Because he doesn’t know the person from whom he received the mail. We can achieve this problem, If we have a option to select the sender dynamically, i.e, the sender should be selected automatically depending on to which user the mail is going to

HI Team, Currently, we have the refresh button on Global Timeline, but that does not refresh the list of Draft timeline activities? Can we connect that button to the drafts ? Right now, only a browser window refresh ensures both parts of the page are refreshed. Please let me know your thoughts.  Best, Hardik

Maybe you could display something indicating that the customer has opted out, and ask if the email should still be sent? Or provide an unsubscribe option in email assist emails as well?

Hi Everyone, In Px, Currently we deal with lot of Custom event rules as the Audience criteria. For these Custom events we can add the properties as well. Like the below image,   As we can see in the above image, while using the custom events, we can have the properties like Event occurred and Times Occurred. But we have a limitation of not having the “Did not occur” property. There could be some use cases for all of us where we need to have a use case like “Custom event did not trigger/occur in last 1 day”. Just like the Occurring property it would be really helpful if we have did not occur property as well. Again, We can solve the most of the Use cases by setting up the logics we have, But it is like we have to go through more than 2-3 lo

With Gainsight current design we only have limited data displayed in EE, User who login in Gainsight CS data is captured through Identify call and will be stored in Gainsight PX and through Gainsight PX limited data will be synced and displayed in PX Enablement engine. It would be really helpful for the customers if we can populate/ingest the data through the code change to display it on EE.  

We have noticed that despite driving a lot of traffic to a single event, we don’t get a lot of organic sign-ups for other events we’ve listed. See example below - nearly 300 people registered for first event, but only 4 for the next one.      To solve this, how about adding a panel to the bottom right of the screenshot below (the actual events page) that shows other events that the viewer might be interested in? This way someone could navigate from one event to the next without having to return to the main Events list.    

Hi Team,    I’m submitting this request on behalf of my customer. In the email assist assit task, When we check "Add Reply-To in BCC checkbox " and CC ourselves, we are receiving email copy only for the first recipient. This is the current limitation which is not allowing multiple copies with both CC and Reply-To.   Best, Hardik

In JO Email templates, it displays the number of Programs the template is used in. It would be ideal if this also counted where the templates are being used in Email Assist as well. With so many templates and email assist tasks, it is hard to clean up old templates when you cannot quickly see if they are currently being used anywhere.
