In PX, When showing number of engagements and applying a filter, show the number out of the total (e.g. 8/35) instead of just the number.       Thanks, Shireesha.

It would be really great, if there was a way to add the User ID in product mapper section and display the activity report in the same tab somewhere to view the results rather than creating and event and in product mapper section and navigate to the audience explorer tab to look for the user ID by accessing full profile to view the results of the event in the recent activity.

It might be helpful to at some point in the future to have the ability to bulk delete success plans similar to how we can bulk delete CTA's now. 

We have a lot of people using Timeline and have gotten some great feedback. In order to make this a tool that can fully replace some of the other similar tools we are using the below would be super helpful. - The ability to edit the type of activity: If I wrongly added a call instead of a meeting now you need to delete the call and create a new meeting activity. A way to format with color in the notes section to dictate action items, like how we send emails to our clients - The ability to drag and drop the activities to organize the view to show what is most important up top, for example - Sync with Google Calendar for meetings/calls -A way to document “external attendees” that don’t exist in the company contacts (for example, I have clients where every so often a new or wildcard teammate will join a call, but since they’re not in our contact list, I can’t add them to the attendee list. -A checklist or way to create CTA action items in the timeline that pertain to n

I just watched this week's webinar on Getting Started with Timeline-- good stuff.  It occurred to me that it would be really cool if CSMs had the option to convert meeting or call type activities to an email.  To: line could automatically populate email addresses for internal and external attendees.  This would let CSMs share meeting notes without having to cut/paste or toggle between Outlook and Gainsight.

As a future enhancement request - it would be great if there was a way to link to a specific entry in timeline and then share that link via email, etc. For example - if there is an internal conversation taking place via email that is related to a historical activity recorded in timeline, it would be nice to be able to hyperlink directly to that entry. Currently we'd have to say something like "please look at the entry on December 11, 2016 on the timeline for ACME Company"

Hello Folks,   I came across a situation where customer needed a drop down which user can select which email he/she wants to use as a sender email from sending email from Timeline. Is there any possibility of coming this near future? When now we log any email type of activity the email will be sent via current logged in user but the use case customer wants to be able to use drop down list of email address from timeline itself (Those emails will be shared email addresses) and he can then send an email.  

We take meeting minutes in “call” and “meeting” type activities in the timeline. We add the external attendees and internal attendees from person records. In addition to that we have to @ mention someone to send them a copy of the meeting minutes. If we can auto populate the external attendees and internal attendees by default with @ mention in the meeting notes - It is easier to add/remove members from @ mention list By default all participants will get a copy of the notes.  

CSMs need the ability to email customers directly from Timeline. Timeline is used to capture meeting minutes, and we'd like to be able to send those meeting minutes directly from Timeline vs. having to go OUTSIDE of Gainsight and sending them via Outlook. Not being able to do so causes adoption risks for our team, and also wastes a lot of time for our employees.

It would be great to be taking meeting notes using a timeline activity, put in the external and internal attendees, and then email all attendees directly from that activity in which I am taking notes. One Note does this well where I can put in my notes and attendees (linked from outlook) and then I can email them directly from One Note because One Note connects with Outlook meaning it opens up an email in outlook and formats my notes into a readable format that I can send to the attendees.

I got a great request and suggestions from our CSM team about the timeline activities statuses. currently when login activities and giving them a status, we have no ability to manage this properly and know which activities are still open . a suggestion to ease our work with timeline, is to give a color , mark activites if they are open or closed in the main timeline page , without needing to log in to each activity. see screenshot with example below... see the red and green colors on the right to present if the activity is open or closed. is this something you have on the road map or can open a feature request for?

I've heard from a few customers that they would like the ability to update the opt out page from email sends. This would include changing the logo to their own, to avoid confusion for their own customers. Is anyone else interested in this option? If so, what options would you want to have available?

Is there a way to manage opt-out for different types of campaigns? Ideally, we'd love something that allows us to set a type for each campaign and a page for opt-out that allows the customer to choose which list they want to opt-out of, or "all" if desired.

In SFDC we have, Email Opt out functionality (checkbox) for Contacts. We do not have it in NXT as UI. We have to raise a ticket each time. Can we have that enabled in NXT as well?

The Scenario: Using a C360 related list section that is built on a Gainsight MDA low volume object.     The Problem: When users create a new record you have to manually populate identifier fields if you want to associate the record with the account it was created on.      Proposal: When you create the record could you automatically assign an identifer to the record to the account the user created the record from in the C360.  This ensure cleaner data and reduces the chance for human error.   Bonus points if the look up fields prepopulated as you typed like the customer search does.

When creating a program using an email template with multiple versions (that use filters to identify which contact gets which email version) It would be great to be able to preview the total count of contacts getting each version or preview which contact is getting each version prior to the email send in order to ensure the filters are working as expected.  I understand you can spotcheck under the preview email and that the totals by version can be done after the fact in reporting, but it would be a helpful additional check prior to the email send.  

I recently discovered that the AO Participants object has a lookup to the Relationship Person ID, but it’s not functional (but will be soon apparently?). There is also no lookup at all to the Company Person ID, which doesn’t seem to make any sense if we’re going to have one for Relationship Person ID.    Can someone explain what the plan is here? To make things more confusing, I learned that a field called GS Source ID contains the Company Person GSID, but it’s just a string field, not a lookup. 

Can we have Gainsight certification needs to be a deeper and stronger one ? we can have module(Surveys,JO,DD,AE etc..) level certification  at 3 levels beginners ,advanced and expert. Beginners certification is a Quiz of MCQ Questions. Advanced Certification is for solving complex use cases in Gainsight. Expert Certification is for solving CS Use cases .

Would like to be able to, via scorecard configuration, set the default (or baseline) score for each measure. I have added to some of our rules but it’s not always possible, for example a manually set measure. And I would like, upon the scorecard being first created/assigned to a customer, that a default is provided, and then this is updated when the relevant criteria is hit for each measure via rules, or manually overridden by the CSM. 

All data is owned by the customer that has an agreement with inSided. InSided is the processor of the data. This also means that customers have the right to receive all data on termination of the agreement in an industry standard file format. 

inSided provides a public community and help center platform as SaaS where any interested user can engage online in discussions about the customer and can ask questions related to the customer's services. These community discussions serve as a rich public “wiki” that multiple other users can consult as self-service to resolve their questions. Users need to proactively register their own accounts to be able to participate and share, for which they are aware which personal data details are shared with inSided as the data processor. inSided is not allowed to use customer data for any purpose other than providing services for the customer.

If you do not have a trackpad or a scroll button on your mouse, you will no be able to scroll since the scroll bar is not visible. It needs to be visible in general, not just when you are scrolling with a trackpad or scroll button.

Hi Team, We have a customer for whom we have date field as input and we have to limit him to 10 chars but when select Short text we have min limit as 30 which doesn't satisfy our requirement. Similarly we want to accept another field with limit 11 which also doesnot exist now.   So can we have limit as some custom value ?
