It’s very cumbersome to edit a program that is complex without having to delete the steps starting from the end, and need to redo the entire program only because you forgot a step, or if you need to make a change. My use case recently was to edit this program by adding an additional wait timer (one day) after the first email send. I first thought I could do this on the conditional wait, but when I couldn’t, I realized I would have to add a wait timer. So my next step is to delete the completed next steps - and start all over. The flexibility to move steps around or insert would be greatly appreciated!    

Hello Team, We’ve received a request from customer if we could also include http /.msg file format as attachments while logging an Activity. As for now, we only support jpg, jpeg, gif, png, bmp, pdf, doc, docx, txt, ppt, pptx, xls, xlsx, xlsm file formats. Can we also incude the requested formats, as well. https://support.gainsight.com/Gainsight_NXT/Timeline/02User_Guides/Activity_Options     Thank You.

At the moment there is a .zip file that is sent, would be a better experience to just send the PPT file

As a Gainsight user, I wish to be able to see view Account Scorecard History reports with my “Scale” on the X-axis in a sortable and logical order. To do this, instead of adding a numerical prefix in the configuration screen, there would be metadata on the static Label fields that could be a “Ranking” option in reporting.  

We currently use yesware for email tracking, and they have a feature to add contacts from emails directly into salesforce without having to go through the process of actually creating it in salesforce. It would be very nice for an end user of gainsight to be able to add cta's or tasks to cockpit from emails in gmail. 

When creating a Power List in Copilot I can only block specific emails from the list by applying them individually. It would be nice to be able to exclude them with a single filter and the emails each separated by a coma (,).

Just like Salesforce has a list of hyperlinks on the "home" page for example (or in recent search results), it would be very helpful to have a list of recently visited accounts that ties to their Customer 360 pages.

We have had a lot of feedback from our CSM's of the frustration around the size of the reports section when a page has been embedded on the C360. When there is only a few records, the size of the cards are very large, and often times there could be cases where there is no data available and therefore there is a very large card with no contents taking up a lot of space. Is there anyway to adjust this or is it just apart of Gainsight's UI?

Posting on behalf of customer. Currently the R360 doesn’t support rollup of R360 information or account information. In the future it would be nice to have this ability if you’re looking to have information from the account or relationship at the R360 level for visibility.  

Hi There,   Currently, when you create a dropdown-list item with a single quote, the following message pops-up.      Although one understands the validation but this becomes a problem when you have mapped this field in SFDC connector sync job and in SFDC picklist value contains single quotes etc. So are there any thoughts to allow dropdown value with single quotes because in SFDC picklist, we can have values with single or double quotes.   For now the only work-around is to have a String type in MDA mapped to such picklist.    

In PX Engagements, In the "Audience" screen of an engagement - sometimes we define rules and we want to be able to turn them on / off for testing purposes. It would be nice to have an "enable/disable" button for each rule. Adding the rules and deleting them again would be more time taking. Instead we can simply have Enable/disable button for each rule.     Thanks, Shireesha.

In PX, When showing number of engagements and applying a filter, show the number out of the total (e.g. 8/35) instead of just the number.       Thanks, Shireesha.

It would be really great, if there was a way to add the User ID in product mapper section and display the activity report in the same tab somewhere to view the results rather than creating and event and in product mapper section and navigate to the audience explorer tab to look for the user ID by accessing full profile to view the results of the event in the recent activity.

It might be helpful to at some point in the future to have the ability to bulk delete success plans similar to how we can bulk delete CTA's now. 

We have a lot of people using Timeline and have gotten some great feedback. In order to make this a tool that can fully replace some of the other similar tools we are using the below would be super helpful. - The ability to edit the type of activity: If I wrongly added a call instead of a meeting now you need to delete the call and create a new meeting activity. A way to format with color in the notes section to dictate action items, like how we send emails to our clients - The ability to drag and drop the activities to organize the view to show what is most important up top, for example - Sync with Google Calendar for meetings/calls -A way to document “external attendees” that don’t exist in the company contacts (for example, I have clients where every so often a new or wildcard teammate will join a call, but since they’re not in our contact list, I can’t add them to the attendee list. -A checklist or way to create CTA action items in

I just watched this week's webinar on Getting Started with Timeline-- good stuff.  It occurred to me that it would be really cool if CSMs had the option to convert meeting or call type activities to an email.  To: line could automatically populate email addresses for internal and external attendees.  This would let CSMs share meeting notes without having to cut/paste or toggle between Outlook and Gainsight.

As a future enhancement request - it would be great if there was a way to link to a specific entry in timeline and then share that link via email, etc. For example - if there is an internal conversation taking place via email that is related to a historical activity recorded in timeline, it would be nice to be able to hyperlink directly to that entry. Currently we'd have to say something like "please look at the entry on December 11, 2016 on the timeline for ACME Company"

Hello Folks,   I came across a situation where customer needed a drop down which user can select which email he/she wants to use as a sender email from sending email from Timeline. Is there any possibility of coming this near future? When now we log any email type of activity the email will be sent via current logged in user but the use case customer wants to be able to use drop down list of email address from timeline itself (Those emails will be shared email addresses) and he can then send an email.  

We take meeting minutes in “call” and “meeting” type activities in the timeline. We add the external attendees and internal attendees from person records. In addition to that we have to @ mention someone to send them a copy of the meeting minutes. If we can auto populate the external attendees and internal attendees by default with @ mention in the meeting notes - It is easier to add/remove members from @ mention list By default all participants will get a copy of the notes.  

CSMs need the ability to email customers directly from Timeline. Timeline is used to capture meeting minutes, and we'd like to be able to send those meeting minutes directly from Timeline vs. having to go OUTSIDE of Gainsight and sending them via Outlook. Not being able to do so causes adoption risks for our team, and also wastes a lot of time for our employees.

It would be great to be taking meeting notes using a timeline activity, put in the external and internal attendees, and then email all attendees directly from that activity in which I am taking notes. One Note does this well where I can put in my notes and attendees (linked from outlook) and then I can email them directly from One Note because One Note connects with Outlook meaning it opens up an email in outlook and formats my notes into a readable format that I can send to the attendees.

I got a great request and suggestions from our CSM team about the timeline activities statuses. currently when login activities and giving them a status, we have no ability to manage this properly and know which activities are still open . a suggestion to ease our work with timeline, is to give a color , mark activites if they are open or closed in the main timeline page , without needing to log in to each activity. see screenshot with example below... see the red and green colors on the right to present if the activity is open or closed. is this something you have on the road map or can open a feature request for?

I've heard from a few customers that they would like the ability to update the opt out page from email sends. This would include changing the logo to their own, to avoid confusion for their own customers. Is anyone else interested in this option? If so, what options would you want to have available?

Is there a way to manage opt-out for different types of campaigns? Ideally, we'd love something that allows us to set a type for each campaign and a page for opt-out that allows the customer to choose which list they want to opt-out of, or "all" if desired.
