Hello, Can we have the feasibility added in our Product road-map to change the Success- Plan type if someone mistakenly created it, so that it doen't impact the reporting and objectives at the same time ensuring less manual effort. Thanks ~Shiv

We have implemented Relationships 3 months after starting to use Gainsight.  For this reason we have a need to migrate various existing Account level CTA's and Success plans over to the Relationship level CTAs and success Plans.  What are our options?

I assume this is on the roadmap? It is necessary to have execution logs for participant syncs in programs. I am hoping this will include data fetches as well as participants added and failed so we can troubleshoot. I thought this was posted before but I can't find it.

We are starting to use Query Builder extensively and there are a few concerns with what is available currently: 1) The report coming out (and spreadsheet) is called after the original name of the Query rather than the current name. As a result, even when we modify the name in JO for the variation, the reports emailed uses the original name and this creates confusion. The alternative is to recreate the QB from scratch for every variation. =( 2) Speaking of the report - the spreadsheet only contains one worksheet to show the parameters. Can it be improved to also include the results of the query?  3) Knowing that in the backend, this is a rule, we have no means to be able to go to the rule to amend the name issue. 4) Troubleshooting is way better in the rules editor. Can this be made available for Query Builder work in JO? 5) Can JO be enhanced to allow the selection of a rule for input?

User wants to delete data on High volume object using Gainsight API

I have been having customers use Administration -> Data Operations for needs in doing Company/Relationship Delete from MDA, given those records don't have Timeline Data( as cascade delete isn't enabled there yet. ) One feedback here is when an operation is performed it seems it takes some time to delete something, therefore, it would be helpful to have a message display "Records will take some time to delete, check back in a little while" as background processing takes place.

Hi Team, One of customer is looking to have the NPS Survey Question with three options such as Not at all likely, Neutral, Extremely likely with the smileys instead of having the 11 number as an option. So once they selct and save the survey with any option as an response they should be able to see those responses as an Detractors, Passives, and Promoters Responses.

Hi there! I’m not sure if this has already been posted or suggested, but I thought I would drop the idea here and see if it would be helpful or useful. We recently thought about switching from running our NPS Surveys from Delighted to Gainsight due to the automation available in Gainsight that Delighted doesn’t offer. Right now when we send a survey through Delighted it sends out to the customer via email, they open up the survey and they are able to respond with their rating 1-10. Once they respond, Delighted allows for us to present a page that is different depending on whether the response is a Promoter, Passive, or Detractor score. For example, if a customer leaves a 3, the next page they would see is, “We are sorry that you have had a poor experience…your satisfaction is our top priority...Please reach out to this email for additional help...”. If they were a promoter they would get a different page that would say, “We are happy to see you are satisfied with our product!”. We like

Why can’t we delete surveys that are active/closed? My team currently has about 15 surveys that we no longer use or have been replaced by a different survey and we are not able to delete them to clean up our list. Why is this the case and can it be changed?

We would like to be able to see the ability to show both 1.0 and 2.0 survey data on the C360.  Looking at other posts the only option we have is to migrate the survey.  Customer would like to leave 1.0 survey in place for now and be able to view all survey responses.  Is this something that we might be able to address?

The email templates available for anyone while using the Email from CTA function is sorted in the order of their modified date. At the very least, it should be alphabetically sorted. Asked by one of my customers. Are there any plans of making this pebble change?

I am creating this idea based on Gainsight ticket 96687.  Currently, when a Scorecard Measure is deleted, it is still considered “active” in reports and rules within Gainsight.  There are several active filters and all of them will return results for deleted measures.  Please fix this so that deleted measures are Inactive measures for accuracy in reporting and rules on current measures.

Hey there! I haven’t enabled the “Scorecard Timeline Activities” feature within my org yet. Is there a way for the admin to write a rule that auto-converts to a different activity type other than “Update”?   Thank you in advance, Jasmine

Use Case: With the current design we do not have option to edit the dashboard other than the admin / creator of the dashboard. It would be great if we can add two other options as manager and viewer under Dashboard which will give access to the other person to edit the dashboard.   Refer to the below image as an example.    

USE CASE: In PX, Currently we have the option of pushing the data from PX to salesforce (bi-directional). Using this integration, we can also push the NPS data (scores) to salesforce but only at the Account level. Sometimes, If we limit this data flow to only account level, customers may not be able to perform full personalisation (automatically) as they may want to see the data at the User/Contact level.  So It would be really helpful if we can extend this NPS data roll-up from PX to salesforce at the User/Contact level.    Note: If the User has multiple NPS scores, some configuration like “Average of the scores” would be good to use(Just an example).

Instead of sending an email, it would be great to have the option to send an SMS during a JO program as a form of outreach. The big issue would be spoofing the number to make it seems like the text is coming from the CSM or company number.

This is a subtle thing, but would be a nice enhancement especially for admins who have to manage lots of dropdown lists in the MDA. Right now you can only edit a dropdown list name from this general menu. But it’s hard to know what values the dropdown list contains.      So you click into the dropdown list to see the values, but now you can’t edit the name of the overall dropdown list. It would be nice to be able to (a.) edit the dropdown list name when creating values, (b.) preview what the values actually are when on the menu of all the dropdown lists, or (c.) both.     

One of our Tech people had a suggestion around licenses. We have instances where someone who is not in GS day to day might need access to check something. For example, some on the performance analytics team might want to be able to access it once a month to check that the health score is displaying properly. Today, that person has to be assigned a license. His idea was to create a separate type of license that would be similar to an Admin license except that it would only give limited access to the areas someone would need to troubleshoot.

The only date filter options for Timeline seem to only be for calendar year/quarter/etc. Is there a way to filter based on fiscal year/quarter/etc?

Within this article, it is mentioned that one working with calculated fields in a program, you need to add an account mapping.  Note: It is important to complete this mapping to participant fields so that the Calculated Field will fetch the correct value for the participant in question. Not doing this could lead to incorrect data being queried. You can use a combination of Field and Value to define the filters. a. If users select Field, all mapped participants fields can be used.This seems pretty important yet the product allows you to proceed without this. Can we either make this required or add a tooltip that references this? Ex. The below would need to be filtered so the calculated field only looks at the # of days in onboarding for a specific account. The filter added is account mapped to the account field within AO participants. This is similar to sending account level  reports but when adding reports to an outreach or program it in

As you can see below the connector job is failed , but the subject line just says just "Unified Connectors Notification : For Job : Opportunity Sync_Gainsight !!" . Hello- we use an outside source (CustomerGauge) to compute our NPS scores. We have successfully transferred these survey results into Gainsight but it seems to be averaging the NPS scores under the customer 360 view. Is there a way to compute the scores differently under the customer view? For example, we would like the score to be computed as - promoters MINUS detractors DIVIDED by number of survey results. 

Team, One of our client is looking to track history of changes/updates made to Rules. Currenlty we are only storing the updated Rule metadata but as per the client they want the know the historic data who had made the changes/updates to a specific Rules in past as well.

[i][i]With Gainsight's new sharing capabilities, you can now share dashboards, C360/R360 sections and success plans. While C360/R360 pages can be shared via CoPilot, you can't do this with dashboards straight out of the box. But....there is a workaround that I'll explain below. Steps: Create an outreach (with appropriate template and powerlist) to send to the individuals to whom you want to share the dashboard. We'll come back to this outreach later in the process. We are loving the new subscriptions for dashboards!  However, we have several dashboards set up with filters at the dashboard level, and those don't appear to carry over to the subscription email.  For instance, we have a dashboard for Sales Cost Center so that you can filter the dashboard to the sales cost center you want to see the data for.  The subscription sends you all the dashboard data and doesn't allow you to apply the filter.  Could that be something that's added?
