Currently, the modified date from a current score( lookup) is not shown on mass edit report. Looks like this is because it is a pivot of scorecard data. Submitting this as an enchancement as it would be valuable when reporting.

Posting on behalf of customer. On the scorecard mass edit window when you edit comments the window is very small. It would be nice to have the ability to make that window a big larger for easier note taking.

Our team enters status notes along with their subjective score. They need more space than what's offered in the scorecard today. Thanks for your consideration.

We use scorecard comments to provide information about a customer in a given week. We have a rule that updates scorecards every time the health of a scorecard changes. We want to be able to add the token of date/time when it is changed. We also want to not write over the previous comments but instead add to the comments so that it would look something like the attached (automatically if the rule ever runs due to a change in the scorecard).

Hello,  A few of my customers have shown interest in exporting section from the Gainsight 360 view, specifically for the sections on their own usage data that they'd like to share back with the teams and management.  Is that planned, as I understanding currently Gainsight 360 views are not exportable?  Thanks,  Nadav

There doesn't seem to be a way to add timeline entries from the RC forecast page. Is that intentional? I think renewal managers would benefit from being able to create timeline posts from here.

It would nice to be able to still use Email assist even if a customer has opted out of emails.  This is technically coming directly from the CSM not the ORG email and should still be a possibility.   Use case Customer has opted out of operation emails.  A CTA fires for this user with with an email assist task.  Since they have opted out the CSM is not able to email them even though the email looks like it would be coming from the CSM directly.

Hi to all, We have two ideas.In our bussiness we often need to send private message to a particular set of users (or to all of our community users) with certain type of criteria, by Rank, User Roles, Badges.It would be great if we could have this functionality at Insided backoffice, under de private message menu .Maybe some kind of display form where we can set one or more type of groups and also picker  if we choose to send to “All” of our customer user community. The other ideia is the possibility to add  an attachment file to the private message ( one to one iteration or  one to all) like pdf, newsletter document, .Here is a draft what we propose .

There are many times that the changes that I have just made within an email template are not what I wanted and I would like to click UNDO.  Can we get this added to the list of enhancements to the email templates?

Seems like there is a need a few more notification preferences in regards to programs. For example, we used to send a email when a bionic query ran but fetched no contacts. Seems this was removed so I'd like to see the option of being able to do this come back. Also, I think it would be nice to be able to determine who gets sent these emails other than the person who creates it.

 I'd really like to see fields X Y Z in the main dashboard!

I love Timeline so much both from an angle of what it enables our customers to do but also how it drives sticky adoption with our customers. After working with it for almost a year now and seeing feedback from community I wanted to share some UI/usability ideas that might help to make Timeline even better. USE CASE:I have a custom account field for companies who’ve elected to NOT receive engagements. So I want to edit the attribute value for the specific accounts based on customer feedback whether they should receive the Engagements or not, and this can be used as a rule in audience criteria in the Engagements (Display the engagement If the custom attribute value is true only). When a CTA has several tasks (playbook), it would be awesome if there was a colored progress bar as you complete each task within showing on your cockpit list view. For example, if there's 3 out of 5 tasks complete, it would show 3/5 underneath a green bar. (I saw some other requests that are similar, but wanted the CTA to automatically be set to 'in progress'.) Our CSM's love how Timeline looks because it has the details of the activities clearly listed and easy to read in one view, since the viewing of activity history in Salesforce is very clunky. The only issue is that since it's not a 2 way sync, they only show timeline activities they've logged manually from Gainsight and not the entire account activity history. As a stop-gap, I have an activities report on the C360 and we are not mandating nor implementing/sharing the use of timeline (nor are we currently syncing it back to SFDC). If we could see the entire activity history from an account in this timeline view, we would suggest more use out of it from our reps, but currently all of our calls/emails/meetings automatically log back into SFDC from other apps, so we don't want to give them too many places for logging. When clicking on a company name in the Customer Tab, can we get it to open the Customer 360 in a new tab automatically?  I know you can right click but I have been asked about this functionality quite often.  Our reps often manipulate the Customers Tab as a Lead List and opening the C360 in another tab by default would greatly improve their experience.  Gainsight functions like this when clicking on a Customer name in the Gainsight tab.

In Survey Analytics we have around 10+ reports for each and every survey.There were around 5+ surveys and for each survey we manually had to create 10 + reports same as Survey Analytics and add them in Dashboard. So here our Requirement is can we make use of reports in Survey analytics in Dashboards.
