It would be very helpful to create business rules (and CTAs) when: 1) A field in SFDC is being populated (from Null to any value) 2) A field has changed from value X to value Y (for example a support case moved from P1 to "escalated to R&D")

Ability to CCed CSMs from Outreaches or Programs. There is an ability send a copy, someting like BCC, but not CCed at the moment. Use case: CSMs to be able to fillow up on Outreaches and pick up the conversation.

This used to be easy..... When a Powerlist was generated, the email delivered had an attached file of the Powerlist results.  Now, the email says "Results can be downloaded from Rules execution history page."  But I generated the Powerlist from CoPilot, not from a rule, so there's no record on the rules execution history page.   Am I missing something?  How do I download the whole list?  Or do I really have to scroll through all 54 pages, 6 records at a time?

One area of to update that I think would increase the adoption of 360 features, particularly success plans, would be to be able to customize the top navigation tabs in the 360 view when you open to a customer. Currently in order to dirve adoption or tag an entry to a success objective the user has to go into the plan, find the objective , and post to time line from there. Those additional steps I think hinder strong adoption. See screen shot

Can’t count the number of times when the sync for the entire customer record fails because someone decided to delete a field in Salesforce. Can we allow partial syncs so that the record still gets copied to company without the customer going through the motions of creating a support ticket only to find out that it is because their SFDC admin decided to kill the field.Ask support about it. This is a very common problem and we have tons of support tickets that can be avioded with this simple tweak.

Hi friends, Hoping someone has some ideas on how to solve my issue. Background: We have an email program running that fires emails to customers starting at Day 3 of their contract and comes from the CSM. So, for my source, I'm using Query Builder, and looking for contracts that started 3 days ago. Then, I have waits before the next email and so on. Problem: With the Query Builder, I'm pulling in the CSM to be the sender. That works fine for the first few emails, but what I'm running into is that the CSM can potentially change while the customer is in the program, and the emails continue to come from the CSM that was pulled when the participant entered. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to update that CSM? Maybe I'm just missing something obvious. :) The only things I can think to do to resolve are: 1. Have a separate program for each email so that the CSM is always correct. 2. Have the email come from a generic email instead (The VP doesn'

Hello, One of our teams has requested the ability to assign the Objectives and/or Tasks of a shared success plan to a contact(s), and the ability for the contact to be ble to mark those objectives/tasks as completed. I believe the intent here is to give the customer more ownership and control over the content of the shared success plan.

Knowledge base is a great feature that makes it easier for visitors to find information and it looks great on desktop. Unfortunately, the experience is different if you visit the community through a mobile device. If you have more than 3 categories, users will have to scroll a lot which negatively affects the bounce rate.To customize the cards for smaller screens, you could hide "number of categories" as well as "caption" and keep only the image + heading. How it looks today How it might look 

We are bringing more of our local event invites into Gainsight to deliver a more personal invite to our customers. One hurdle we’ve run into is how to filter these customers by location. For example, we have their corporate address in Salesforce/Gainsight and want to invite all customers with offices in the Bay Area to an event. Filtering by State isn’t really practical since CA locations could still be many hours away, but neitheir is including ALL cities that make up the Bay Area. We do utilize regions, but they don’t always line up with the same ‘region’ we’re looking for with a specific event. In an ideal world, I’d love to be able to set a filter for City/Full Address <=50 miles of San Francisco and have it pull in all accounts that meet that criteria!

In stacked column visualisation, we cannot interchange the values on which stacking is done. Can this be implemented for stacked column and other types of visualisation?

We want to setup views for our product managers who only need to see some question and idea posts that pertain to their area of the product. While we can save a view with advanced filters and share the URL with another user (which I was told is a workaround for our need), the other user can’t save the view! I hear users can save the views as browser bookmarks, but that’s not optimal as you can imagine. I’d really like to see this productized, as it seems like such a basic requirement that’s already available on other platforms. 

Need the ability to create flags within timeline. For example I have a timeline email related to support topics, technical issues or product related information. Would like the ability to create configurable flags for CSM's to flag and filter on within timeline activities.

Has anyone set up a way to send NPS results to Slack? I figure there'd be a way to leverage the Send emails to Slack functionality, but didn't want to reinvent the wheel if someone has already figured it out! Maybe this is something where Gainsight would want to come up with a recommended 'recipe' for an email template and Rule, so that the survey result looks beautiful when it appears in Slack? Three reasons I'd love to chase this down: Our CEO heard from another company that does it (not using Gainsight), and that having each result pushed to Slack gives the results lots of attention and action, and distributes the follow-up responsibility across the whole company. We're having a hell of a time getting our team to act on their NPS results, given how many things are competing for their attention. In programs when you add multiple sources, if you manually sync one it says in green text at the top that it is syncing from all sources. Which is false unless it is scheduled, you still have to manually sync each one. It would be super helpful if you we changed the verbiage to which source was being sync’d when done manually. 

I’ve heard a couple requests from prospects for Japanese (or other language) localization of the platform that does not require a google translate plugin or similar. The use case is for a customer highly protective of their data with teams who only speak Japanese, German, etc.  Manu shared this is currently not on the roadmap.

Hi all,We have implemented the embeddable widget in Zendesk, our ticketing system. Our goal is to decrease the amount of tickets by providing customers with community content through the embeddable. However, we are facing some challenges right now. The widget appears to be quite small in Zendesk. We are not able to configurate this within Zendesk or within the widget;  Some articles that appear in the widget are quite long and contain visuals and screenshot. The ‘’read more in a new window button’’ is only displayed at the bottom of the article.As you understand, customers are not happy with the widget and find it very user unfriendly.Therefore, we would really like to have the possibility to:Configurate the width of the embeddable; Configurate the '’read more in a new window button'’. We would like to be able to place this button at the top of the articles, instead of the bottom.

If we mistakenly relate an email in drafts (Activity Timeline) to the wrong account Timeline, it would be nice to be able to send it back to drafts (Activity Timeline) to relate it to the correct account Timeline or even better... be able to relate it to the correct account Timeline from the wrong account timeline.

It seems that users can receive emails if a CTA is created, updated or assigned to them, but is there any way to limit the emails to only high priority CTAs? If not it would make a great addition to allow for more control over what triggers an email. A couple examples: Only send high priority CTAs to me via email Send me an email when my CTA is due in 1 week, 1 day

It would be great when I recieve an @mention notification in my inbox, it had "account: Subject line in the header" then mentioned me in activity

Hopefully this helps some people! I have seen this come through support a few times and I figured I would post this as an idea to see what the feedback was. With the introduction of email templates 2.0(which is great!) I found that changing the color of a survey button or regular button can be kind of hard to get the hang of. Going from 1.0 where you just clicked the button to change it I was really thrown off learning how to do it with 2.0 templates. Here is how to change the button color now. I feel like this could be a little more user friendly.

We can select to have just about any 360 Section appear in the Account/Opportunity widgets, but not Attributes for some reason. Our Attributes are optimized for CS and some of the fields we use are hidden on the views Sales and Marketing uses. Being able to add our Attributes section on the widget would help make sure everyone has a consistent experience whether they go to the 360 view or the widget of the account, and sales can always see the CS metrics we use even if the fields are hidden.

In some users’ lists of followers there are anonymous followers: These anonymous users are user accounts that have been deleted. inSided keeps all their content and doesn’t distinguish between topics, comments, likes or - in this case - followings.I propose that followings get removed when a user account is deleted, because information like followings don’t serve any purpose anymore, as the following (the connection between the users) doesn’t exist anymore, whereas the content can still exist even without being associated with a registered user.
