If an email is on the email blacklist due to a hard bounce, they won't get added as an advanced outreach participant. My idea is to provide a file that shows which ones didn't get added. Or maybe at least, indicate a count that didn't get added to avoid confusion.

Proposing a new enhancement to Gainsight per a current business need of our team. Currently in Gainsight, the ability to create and edit dashboards (Dashboard Builder) is only available to System Administrators. We have a number of individuals within the business that are requesting the ability to create/edit dashboard views ad hoc. These users are mainly in managerial and/or consultative roles and are not proper System Administrators - nor should they be. Allowing current System Admins to "grant" dashboard creator access to certain users (similar to how we can already grant users the ability to create individual reports) would allow for much more flexibility in our team's ability to quickly iterate dashboard views. Considering the speed in which we're maturing in our Gainsight adoption, along with resource constraints, our team would benefit greatly from this enhancement!

To see an image when glancing through timeline (research done on web for example and snapshotted image) For example, copy and paste.jpg image to a timeline activity and to be able to see at a glance when scrolling thru timeline.

When someone with viewer license gets an at mention email and they click on the link, does the link take them to the widget or does it throw an error?

As a CSM I need the Activity subject field to use predictive text based on my recent entries so I can save time (less keystrokes) and improve quality (fewer spelling errors). Use case: CSM typically created Quarterly Performance Coaching meetings in Gainsight. If predictive text was available, she might only need to type a Q, then select the most recent words used by clicking.

Overview: While building FAQ articles and tutorials, pasting images is an incredibly common action I perform frequently. Being able to paste one from my clipboard (as generated by Lightshot or other screenshot software) directly into the text editor would send me a tremendous amount of time. Objective: To allow users to paste images in-line when posting articles and topics. Opening this thread for the Customer to track the progress on this request - When a user who doesn't have permission on a field opens the rule action screen, the corresponding mapping is not displayed. And now if he saves it that way, the mapping will be removed from the rule action. This has caused issues across multiple customers. Can we have some message displayed when we are not displaying a particular mapping so that the user doesn't end up corrupting the rule.

I'd like to see an option when scheduling a rule to be notified of only full rule failures, but not partial failures. We have a few rules (loading data to Gainsight Objects) that we know frequently have partial failures. The main one is a rule to load the most recent timeline entries into a GS Object. If the notes field is over 15,000 characters those entries won't load (typically a long email). I want to be notified if something goes wrong with the rule, but also don't want to be bothered every 2 hours (when we have this rule scheduled to run) when it's just pointing out the same few entries.

Hi I am creating a dashboard for our Renewals team and have a question regarding formatting / transforming a date field. We have thousands of perpetual contract lines, all with a "Service Activated Date" is mmddyyyy format. For us, it is important to know just the month when the service was activated - some of those dates go back as far as 2010 but our renewals team reach but to those customers annually, usually around the month the service was activated. In excel, to convert his would be a simple formula = TEXT(cell,mmmm) and then I can plot this onto a graph to show how many accounts have had service activated each month regardless of each or month but I need this to go from January to December rather than just a text field. Is there a way to convert the date via bionic rules? Thanks in advance Katerina

We've been experiencing challenges in general with the way 'notifications' is set-up for inSided communities. We've shared our feedback with our Community Success Manager, and are aware a revamp to notification as a whole is on the road-map, but one opportunity in particular is how "Likes" are communicated (or the lack thereof). With our old vendor, you were notified when someone liked your post. Either through some sort of prompt the next time you came back to the Community, or (if you had notifications set up), via email when someone liked your post. This was a great encouragement tool to help users feel like their input was valuable and helpful, so they would participate more. Current day, there's no real way to know if someone has liked your post, unless you manually return back to the thread and look at your post. We think this would be a great addition to help recognize contributions, increase engagement, and help encourage users to continue participating.

We've more or less stopped using the "old" Outreaches at all, and are mostly just using the new Programs (Advanced Outreaches) within Journey Orchestrator.  However, every time I load that tab, the old Outreaches is the default view.  Does Gainsight have a plan to default the page to the "new" outreaches?  Or is there a way I can adjust that default myself?

When you're in the middle of creating a topic and accidentally refresh, navigate or forget to open in a new tab, there's no warning and your progress is lost. Give the user a warning before refreshing or navigating away so no work and effort is lost by accident.

Been working through some Scorecard changes using Scorecard 2.0 and am really struggling to use the Rule results as I am trying to QA the rule. There is virtually no easily identifiable information in the rule results that would assist in testing and quality assurance. It's strictly a document which contains a ton of account IDS many of which don't tie to the SF IDs. For example the 36 Character "Relationship ID" that displays does not tie back to the Salesforce relationship ID. I am assuming this is some MDA id, which is not particularly helpful. What I would like to see is this look more like the rule results for Scorecard 1.0 and include: Salesforce Account ID Salesforce Relationship ID Account Name Relationship Name Scorecard Name Applied Too Previous ScoreThanks, Matt

Our team generally has recurring meetings with our customers and it would be a great feature to able to set up recurring timeline events which automatically populate in advance X number of days/weeks/months (i.e. bi weekly meeting with a customer, timeline creates 1 or 2 future timeline entries). This will remove the need to manually create entries for meetings which are recurring. Can we consider this idea?

As of now we have Summarized by limits (SFDC) days-NA, Week-12, Month-13, Qtr- 5, Year-2. Can we please increase this limitations on this. Multiple users have requested for this. Please consider this in our roadmap.

It would be beneficial if the customer search in cockpit uses the same global search attributes that are defined. Global Search uses Account Number. We also need Account Number as a searchable field in the Cockpit customer search because of similarly named customers.

 As per the current behavior of 'Set Score 2.0' action, it is not displaying the account name in the rule result sheet although the field is there in the show section of the output. As a workaround one has to download the output from the rule execution history and compare.It would be great if that gets included in the rule result sheet with all the show fields for the action type "set score 2.0"

TL;DR: I believe I have a solid use case for an email with an inline survey question that is operational in nature. Here's the full story: We have an standardized (set SOW) onboarding service that we deliver through a component of the Customer Success team. We are not able to recognize revenue for these services we have delivered until the SOW has been signed, returned to us, AND the case is closed. This can (sometimes) create a lag in revenue recognition between service end date and case close date. We have been partnering with Finance to try and close this gap. One thing we agreed on was that we do not technically need the SOW signed; we simply need customer acknowledgement that they received the services we sold them. In reality, we actually just need the attempt to get them to acknowledge that, but actual confirmation is best.  Anyway, I am setting up a pilot of an email template to automate this confirmation. Is it on the roadmap to enhance notifications at all? Two things that came up when working with a customer 1. Be able to configure at a user level when real time notifications are delivered. In their case, they did not want notifications to be sent to them overnight. 2. Real time notifications clutter Salesforce scheduled jobs. I understand this may not be possible unless notifications are moved out of SF. 

Feature request for option on disabling the close out of a CTA, until all tasks are marked as closed. Use case: making sure the CSM will execute and mark all tasks as closed, before closing the entire CTA.

To maximize use of the poll feature and preserve fidelity of poll results, it would be great if community members who create a poll could see the poll results without having to vote themselves. As a community manager, I can see the results in the control environment. However, other community members create polls with enthusiasm only to feel discouraged when it appears that nobody has participated in their poll. For my colleagues who create polls, I have been taking screenshots of the poll results and sending them periodically. I think it would increase satisfaction and engagement if the poll results could be visible to the poll creator (or perhaps to everyone).

I had a customer who would like to customize the tabs ( like related, details, news, activity,chatter,etc), for Gainsight console in lightning format. Her task demanded her to toggle between two console's (Service and Gainsight) and everytime the format is different in both these console's. mer would like to customize the tabs for Gainsight console in lightining format

It would be useful to have the ability to set report filter criteria on matching two fields with each other. This could dramatically help reduce data sets and increase the fidelity of some reports.

First, let me say I love the new case expression functionality. It's extremely useful for many purposes. My only request is to let us clone case expressions! Just like rule actions, many times, case expressions are very similar except for a small difference or two. Allowing cloning would save time and clicks. Thanks.

I want to run a report where I include a COUNT of a data item, I also want to SUM that item and get an AVERAGE in the same report. When I try to do this I get a message telling me that I have already selected the data item therefore cannot add it again. Is there a reason why this is not allowed? It seems to me that this would be a common (and realistic) ask.
