We can currently link a case/project/opp to the CTA but it would be nice to have the ability to link to the task as well. We currently use smartsheet to for update meetings with the customer regarding cases and opps and projects. It would be great to create a success plan and then add an objective "case review" and then under that objective have tasks for each case we are reviewing that are linked to that case. Then create another for projects and opps, etc. 

It would be useful to reorder the standard fields on the CTA creation form to put those that users enter most frequently at the top. This should ideally be configurable by the admin.

One thing I have seen a few times is user who want to add an exclusion list after a program starts. Or, be able to modify an exclusion list after a program starts. Since the only other way to remove participants after it has started is manually knocking them off, it would be nice to see a more robust way of excluding/removing participants after a program has started. The other threads on this I see on this mention setting up the program differently by including merges or calculated fields to exclude but often times users can't account for these when they first build the program and cloning the program and starting over is kind of a loss in my book. This may cause some confusion when troubleshooting if an exclusion list is added or changed so I am hoping any solution would keep that in mind :)

Hi. Considering that in Gainsight mobile is not possible to see any dashboards or reports, it would be really great if Sally could also show the results of the existing reports that are already built. For instance I could have a report calculating average NPS in a certain region and ask sally to show me that result by entering the report's name. 

Is there a way to integrate the data in Custom Object to the Company Object in Customer 360 configuration. Currently it is not possible in the product. Can this request be achieved by lookup?? The attached screenshot is for your reference.

In support we have seen some issues with the "Map Gainsight Standard fields" within the participant setup. Seems when using a 2.0 survey, this box defaults to checked. This makes the program use company id and person id instead of contact id and account id. This has led to a few people setting this up wrong and mapping SFDC fields to this which causes the program not to work quite right. Can we make this clearer in the product? Or instead of checking it by default, make it a required option to select within the participant setup? When pointing this out to customers, they figured since it was checked by default nothing needed to be changed.

Currently you can't return to the Programs List without having to back out of every other subpage that you're in. For example, if I am in a Program's participant query task, I can't click Programs to return to the list. I have to click Task list > Sources/Back to Sources > Back to Model > Back to Programs. Either adding a breadcrumb at the top or allowing navigation back to the Programs list by selecting it in the Journey Orchestrator drop down would be a big time saver. This is a lot of extra clicks when having to navigate between programs.

I worked with a customer that wanted to be able to change the survey error page. Specifically, if someone responded to a survey already, indicate as so instead of saying a generic survey error.

Hi Team, Is there any way where we can restrict users to prevent deleting the CTA's from cockpit tab or by any chance is it there in our product road-map.

Would like the ability to hide tasks within a CTA, not delete, but hide. Is there an option for this yet?

On the product roadmap call we heard that in Q1 (Feb-Apr) it's slated that we will be able to actually be able to collaborate with clients via the success plan. If we create one now, will that functionality be available retroactively on that plan when it becomes available?

Can you please tell me if there is any forecast for more font types in the email templates in JO?It would be quite nice if we could use installed fonts in email templates

It seems that Success Plan templates can not be built with playbooks within the Administration tool. It would be nice to be able to assign playbooks to templates as you're building them out and not have to assign playbooks to templates individually once they're built

When a non-required SFDC picklist field is edited within the GS UI, you are not able to change the field back to null (in SFDC you are able to change a picklist field back to null once a value has been selected and saved). SFDC picklists should work the same between SFDC and the GS UI (this is especially useful for Attributes pages and Success Plans).

Hello, have an idea I would like to share with the community. We have dashboards with all tabular reports, and were thinking that it would be great to be able to mass export all reports into one single workbook, with different reports on different sheets, to save us time doing this manually.

There are times where there are more than one success plan for our customers. Right now, the view seems to default to the first success plan on the dropdown list. We'd LOVE it if the success plan view was STICKY. So if a CSM was working on Success Plan #2 and had to refresh their page or go back to the success plan the next day, it would show Success Plan #2 instead of going back to display Success Plan #1. This would mean less clicks and less waiting to load the success plan, which we know means saving time and money! :)

In programs, logging emails to Salesforce requires a contact id. It is indicated within the help text but the system will let you let you select the option without mapping a contact id. My request is to prevent you from selecting this if you don't have a contact id.

Please, add a possibility for banned users to send an unban request to Admin (with a field for apology text). Now if user banned, he cannot contact any admins and cannot ask for unban. We believe that people may change and that is why we think that banned people must have a possibility to apologize for unacceptable behavior on the Community.

Please, add a feature that will show user similar questions on the step of creating a new question. It is important because sometime people don't use search function. In this case user may start typing his question in the subject of the topic and on this step Community will show to user similar questions. User may find out that his question is already exists and won't create the same topic. He will go to the topic and find out solution there.

Please, add a possibility to sending a feedback from any page. Usually there is a link "feedback" at the bottom of the page. Clicking this link opens a modal window where user may contact administrator by filling in his email and text. It is important because sometimes users don't want to create a new topic as Idea. It is easier to send a quick message to administrator. Also, it is a good way to contact Admin if you have any problems.

Please, add a possibility to filter topics in search results section. It will be very convenient to have this possibility in order not to look through all found topics but see only necessary topics. What filters may be used? Solved/Open topic Type of topic: Idea, question, conversation Dates

One of my customer (Lara Farlow) from the company (Tableau software) is trying to get the report to differentiate between timeline activities that are tied to a success plan objective and standard timeline activities that were logged through the timeline. Below is the screen shot to try and help explain. Here is an example Screenshot (https://cl.ly/e6e59ae43092). This call was logged so that it was associated with the objective "build a center of enablement". Here is the report ( (https://cl.ly/888539a92f2f). Ideally, we would like to be able to distinguish the activities tied to an objective, right now they are all grouped together. Our end goal would be a report that showed all of JP’s activities associated to success plan objectives. This would allow us to say he has completed 10 calls that were directly related to success plan objectives.

We have some CTA's that fire to provide insight to our customers. These CTA's, once discussed with the customer, can easily become a part of our overall Success Plan. It would be great if there was a 'migrate' feature that would allow you to move the CTA to a Success Plan resulting in the CTA type now being an objective within the Success Plan. 

We are looking to distribute Gainsight to more users within our org. using the 'Limited License' permission set. To help simplify the roll-out, we want to simplify the number of reports that are available within this view using a custom C360 layout as they do not need the same extent of reports as those who use Gainsight as their primary tool. It would be great if we could assign the layouts based on the 'Limited License' permission set being enabled.

Hi, I would like to ask if their are any plans to provide a function in the control environment which allow to fully switch off the function to attach files or videos to the Community? Thanks, Claudia
