Is it possible to run reports in report builder to expand on data in the Copilot Analytics tab? I'd like to see a list of the contacts (complete with contact name, contact ID, account name, account ID, etc) who opened the email and/or clicked the email. I'd like to use this data in Gainsight as a possible CTA specific for the contact. I's also like to load this to Salesforce to use show as contact specific activity and add to SF dashboards for a more wider view to the company.

Please, add a possibility to restrict certain roles for creation of "Discussion" (simply disable/hide this option in the new topic form. We don't want to generate "idle talks" on our community, that is why we want regular members create only questions. We are dedicated on problems solving and discussions will generate a lot of flood.

Please, add a possibility to configure tag system. It will be very convenient if for new subjects the Community will automatically fill the tags depending on the category, for example, "Opened" + "Home Users" + "English". And if we close the subject, then tag "Opened" will be changed to "Answered" (not only a status label but tags too). This feature will be important for us because we would like to have 2 languages in the community and we need to differentiate topics in different languages. The same for Home/Corporate differentiation. Also, tags must be changed to appropriate ones after moving subject from section to section. For example, we have moved the topic from the B2C to B2B section. New tags will be the following: "Opened" + "Business Users" + "English".

Please, add an ability to hide/move the following sections (generally for the community, not for each member). These sections take too much space. Actually it is not so interesting for a newbie who wants simply solve his CRITICALLY IMPORTANT problem. It's better to extend the editor while creating a topic/reply

Please make it possible to govern the ribbon with "Recently online": hide the ribbon entirely or change its on-page location. For example pull it down above the footer. This information makes not sense for the majority of regular community members. At the same time it takes space on the first screen of the community page which is not good in usability terms. This information might to be useful for admins and moderators sometimes. So we'd like to hide it from regular members or at least move it to the footer.

Hi all, I think it would be nice to add a banner option to the community. To explain: Upload a picture with a direct link to a certain URL. Most of our visitors find our community via google. So there are also a lot of prospects (maybe future customers) on the community. It would be great if we could show them a nice 'offer'. Even nicer would be the option to target, for example to show a different banner offer when somebody logs in with a customer account -> then show them a special offer for customers. Today Sally searches the account name but if a company is located at different geo locations it would still have the same name and hence difficult to use Sally.  We could search using customer identifier or if that is the parent acc Also the above ideas would differ from company to company and hence having this a part of config would be highly desirable

We are having an issue (is with support) where our user load is never fully completing because we have more than the limit of 1000 slack user due to inactive users still in the system.  Would be great if the logic to do the import would only look at active slack users to lower the number and hopefully make the import successful.  We currently cannot enable sally/slack for our team because the users are not importing over due to the timeout.

Ability to hide or remove columns/data points

We would love to be able to export the G360 in the same way you can export a C360 page. We do not want to give all users or even all users on one C360 layout access to the G360 so building it as a custom tab is not a good solution for us. However, we would like to be able to easily export the data to share with management who does not use Gainsight.

I have a number of CTAs with Tasks, where the last Task is due on the same date as the CTA due date. I can't move the CTA due date into the past easily, because I get this error:  If I change the CTA due date into the past, I would like to get the same option that I get when moving a CTA due date into the future, so that I can slide all those CTA due dates into the past as well:

Issue : After 'Salesforce Summer ’18 Release' release with new manage package Survey was breaking.. It may break in all existing org after 19/July/2018 if you do not do below settings. I was wondering if there is a way to create a CTA email task without adding a playbook to it. I don't see any option to associate an email to a task independently 

If changes to a Salesforce field structure are made so that the bionic query is no longer valid, it should create an error or some sort of notification.  This week we experienced a change in our Salesforce instance with a value that existed as a drop down value and became its own field as a checkbox. For example, the query was Role = Project Manager. Project Manager has been removed from the drop down values and now exists independently as Project Manager = true. If you look at the query in the live AO, the value is now blank but if you were to try to save a draft version with a blank value you can't - [i]it has to have a value. The rule should not continue to run successfully when the filters are no longer valid.

On the Customers tab, the Comments section is displayed which gets populated through the Comments section on the C360 page. I was thinking the CSMs could benefit from having the sync the other way around i.e. make the Comments section editable on the Customers tab and have it mapped back to the respective C360. If this is possible, a CSM would be able to see all their accounts in one place along with any major updates in the Comments section

Currently writing a rule with very minimum differences between Get Data Tasks and Action but am forced to create 10+ actions with only one filter changing. A duplicate button on the set up rule (+Tasks) or Add Actions would be a huge timesaver for me

Ability to change graph colors from colors other than blue and magenta (Additional colors, perhaps standard palette)

Our users are quite upset that: 1) An image is pasted - with a delay - automatically. After weeks, I still click to paste which makes it be added twice. 2) The thumbnail has no functionality anymore, where it used to be opened when you clicked it. Can this be reverted?

I would like to be able to view the timeline in a way that aggregates/organizes activity by CTA. The order would possibly be: Open CTAs at the top, followed by closed CTAs by date, then you can expand and see all of the activities that roll up to those.  Progress Call CTA - Open -Activity 3 -Activity 2 -Activity 1 Welcome Call CTA - Closed -Activity 3 -Activity 2 -Activity 1 Activity 10 - Courtesy Email - Relationship Activity not associated to CTA Activity 22 - Happy Birthday Call - Relationship Activity not associated to CTA .. ..
