Does anyone know if there is a way to comingle values for score measures that exist in two different scorecards into the same report? I have a CSM Sentiment score that now lives in two scorecards.   It seems redundant to have to create two different reports to identify accounts where the CSM Sentiment is set.  Hoping someone has found another way.

Ability to add Fields on Graph Report Detail Section without having to wait until the data is present.

I know that we can migrate bionic rules via X org migration utility but currently we cannot migrate success plan rules via this utility. So, is there any future plan to include this ability?

There are a few similar posts out but wanted to put this one to internal. One big thing I have dealt with recently is having to change field data types in MDA objects. If I'm not mistaken, we used to be able to change field types without deleting dependencies, just deleting data which wasn't too bad. Now, from everything I've seen, you have to delete any dependency which can really cause problems. This includes reports, rules, and S3 jobs in all of my situations which leads to a ton of rework. These can be pretty time consuming to rebuild.  As other posts have said, it would also be nice to delete fields all together. 

I have a customer that would like to be able to add a timeline entry (potentially a CTA also) to track to do lists outside of linking to an account.  I find that this could be very beneficial as Gainsight could keep track of more than just the account but also a "to do" list for daily/weekly/monthly tasks.

The dashboard and reporting tools are helpful but we have run into a gap in the ability to drill down into data.  The current capabilities allow you to build a visual report (i.e. bar, line, pie) and click on data elements to see the line items backing the data.  However, when analyzing larger data sets it is sometimes too much data to look at when you drill straight into the detail.  An ideal approach would allow you to click on a data point in a parent report and it drills into a child report that is filtered based on what data point is selected.  For example, our organization has an MDA data set of all the activity for a client by contact throughout the year (i.e. Demos, Webinars, Conferences, Exec Meetings).  We have a client dashboard that shows activity by quarter by client.  (see below)  Currently we can only click on an element and drill down to detail items including the contact, activity name and date.  We have built additional repo

It would really be useful to be able to set a future start date for a CTA within a success plan.  I'm trying to mimic a "Gantt Chart" of sorts from an excel spreadsheet that our onboarding team is currently working out of, and I can't see where I could set up "upcoming" CTAs in the success plan.  This is, essentially, what I'm trying to achieve: Something where, from the example above, you could be looking at the Gantt Chart on 7/1 and see that you have some items that are planned to start in a few weeks.  From what I can see, we're only able to base the tasks off of the assigned/created date of the Success Plan, or more specifically the date that Success Plan Template was assigned.  It sure would be great to show our customers when we plan to start on a particular objective....

We have over 30k customers that we want to start using Sponsor Tracking for - is there a way to get a bulk list of all of them and approve that way rather than going into each individual 360 page? 

Many times I find myself trying to close a CTA from the Timeline as that might be where I'm working. However, you cannot close the CTA without opening the entry into edit. This is enough extra clicks to be bothersome.

The community as a whole posts some amazing items!  And as we like and follow those amazing items - and they get tracked under our Conversations.  It would be awesome if we had the ability to search our own Conversations if we're trying to find one in particular to link back to another post. [i]I've tried using the "Find or start conversation" but depending on how the order is, I'm going to get a lot of additional ones I may have already gone through and they didn't exactly hit the mark that I needed.  But I do have one already that I'm following that does it the mark.  So being able to search through our own - would be cool.  :) [Also, I'm sorry if posted in this is odd Categories.  I wasn't sure.]

Hi Team, One of my customer from company (Forge Rock) is looking for a feature where Gainisght would send the notifications alerts (Ex: assigning of CTA,etc) under its own alias (Eg: systemadmin@xyz.com).  [i]Current Design[i] : If the user enables the notifications, then scheduler jobs will take that user into consideration and notifications are sent from that particular user's email alias.  [i]Expected Design : Notifications (like CTA assignments or anything defined within notifications) should be sent from a system account and not as the person that enabled the notifications. [i]Alternative : We thought to create new and valid login credentials (Ex: systemadmin@xyz.com) and enable notifications with that user to get notifications from the expected email alias (Ex: systemadmin@xyz.com). But it seems to be bit backward and a waste of a license.  Could you please consider this as an feature request (or) let us know if there is any alternative to achieve my client's

I would love to have the scroll enable option on the G360 page much like what is on other 360 pages. 

It would be great if on the Contacts widget we could have a button that would copy all the email addresses in the list to our clipboard so we could then go easily paste it to an email. Currently, we have to copy and past each email address individually which is quite time consuming.

I have to essentially pass a bill through congress to get a salesforce superuser to change anything, like new fields for success plans. The same is true for customer tags:  https://support.gainsight.com/Product_Documentation/Reports_and_Dashboards/Admin_Configuration/Confi... It would be nice if this was configurable in the Gainsight admin. It would be even better if tags could just be invented by users on the fly and groomable by the admin.  We are trying to quickly label a specific set of customers but don't have a tag for it. By the time my salesforce admin can make the tag the need. We are going to work around this by having folks make CTAs that have a specific name and reporting on that.

The product team is making a few name changes in the application effective July 24 with the v5.16 release. CoPilot will now be called Journey Orchestrator, and Adv. Outreach is now Programs.  The new names will be reflected throughout the application when your org is upgraded to July's 5.16 release. The CoPilot tab is now called Journey Orchestrator. The names of the data objects associated with these features have not changed. We are also updating our support documentation with the new names and screenshots, and expect to complete the work by the end of July. 

Given the volume and nature of our CTA's, our CSM's prefer to group them by "Reason Code" in Cockpit so they can quickly focus on CTA's by their type. We use Reason Codes essentially with the same name as the CTA so it's easy to see which CTA it is with this grouping. Now that we are branching out into Success Plans, I noticed that, since we cannot assign reason codes to Success Plans, they show up under their own section called "NA" in the Cockpit. This is messy both from a reporting perspective and confusing for our CSM's when they are trying to determine how to best plan their outreach.

I have a customer that is using Sponsor Tracking and mentioned having a different view for active, inactive, and all contacts instead of just having all contacts (wether inactive or active). 

Currently we do not have a way to track a sponsor who has a special character in the URL.  When you try to track these sponsors it sits in a pending status.  It would be nice to be able to track these sponsor or if we cannot maybe give some sort of error instead of letting this sit in a pending status.

I know we have the "hide in reporting" flag in MDA, but it would be helpful to also have a "Filterable" flag so that a field may still show up in reports, but not be able to be selected in filters from a dashboard. We have end users trying to use fields as filters that aren't giving them expected results because they just don't understand the data. Especially this is true for fields we are using operationally for backend utilities, but aren't necessarily needed for front-end user use. It generates a lot of "noise" so it would be helpful to hide these from dashboard filters only.

Currently the scorecard components can only be positive numbers between 0-100.  However, one of our components in NPS, which can be from -100 - 100.  In order for us to show this, we have to transform the NPS score into something else.  This makes it difficult for users to understand this scorecard component.  Can we allow negative numbers in the scorecard components?

I've received a request to allow survey participants to respond multiple times per email. This is for a brief (2 week) client beta participation, so we'd like our participants to be able to click through the original email to give feedback whenever they feel the need. My understanding is that this currently isn't possible because each email is associated with a specific participant ID, so once they respond the survey is closed to them; if we emailed them again the next day, that would allow for another response but that would get tedious for the clients for obvious reasons. Has anyone come up with a workaround to something similar?

In the attributes section on the C360 - I am unable to make customer info managed fields editable (such as ASV, Users, ARR, MRR, Orig Contract date etc.) Is this by design? Can this be changed? I know these fields are generally maintained by rules, but would be great in unique circumstances to allow a user to modify these fields.
