The Success Criteria section of the Success Plan Objective CTA is a key field utilized by our CSMs.  However, trying to add, edit, and view this text in the UI is cumbersome for the CSMs.  They end up typing up what they need and copying and pasting into the field.  And, there is no ability to apply formatting.  They have to export and adjust to make sure it is presentable to the customer.  The view is exactly the same when sharing the success plan.  Is there a way to the view for the text in this field of similar size/functionality Description section of the Success Plan?

Could we add two additional filters to the new rules engine filtering? - Add a true-false filter for 'is scheduled'  - When the filter for Set Score 2.0 is enabled, could we allow the user to select what measure is set? GonG has almost 100 Set Score rules and it is very hard to find what rules are setting specific measures. Thanks!

I have a request for enhancement coming out of the rolling out Scorecards 2.0 deployment.  Scorecards Overview [list] We’ve created a multi variation to our Scorecards based on the “Production Status” (attribute on GS Relationship object) of our accounts. I can certainly understand that showing user photos next to their Timeline entries in the Chrome Plugin is not the most critical feature before pushing out this beta release 🙂 However, I'd love for it to show photos instead of their initials, since that's what they're used to seeing elsewhere.

I have a customer that uses the Report Builder tool outside of Gainsight to put in her presentations at work. Report builder works as it should. (confirmed with L2).  The part in question is "show data points", it only shows above a certain threshold depending on the data in the report.  In the image you can see that Show Data Points is "ON" but data only shows at certain points. Can you make it to where all data points show?  Use case: I want to screen shot the image and put it in a powerpoint to show the data over time in an image. In a screenshot you wont be able to "hover" to view the data. 

(cross-posted to Rules Engine and Data Platform) Having some trouble with outputting long text fields to S3 for automated pickup and ingest by Cisco.  Because these fields have line breaks in them, CSVs get jumbled - and tab delimited can get broken up by tabs in the formatted text being exported. Any thoughts on making this easier? How to integration apps handle moving formatted text?  At the least, offering a pipe or other delimiter not usually found in formatted text?  Or adding a function to remove line breaks when exporting a delimited file? Definitely interested in both solutions on our roadmap, and potential short-term workarounds.  Cisco will probably start to escalate this soon as it is blocking a clean, automated flow of info back to their data warehouse, so if we can avoid that with a good suggestion or coming enhancement, I'd be a fan! It will be great if there is any functionality which will allow a user to click a button and have all the manual scorecard elements for that given customer updated (keeping the score the same). As they want to eliminate manually entering the elements as there are n accounts with CSM and they need to click n accounts * number of elements, which requires numerous clicks. So, it will be good there will be a Common Button which will renew the current score with One Click. Let me know if you need more information.

Depending on what a user is creating the CTA a for - there are times that we also want the comments section that they fill out to also appear on the Timeline.  Right now, they have to create the CTA and then go to the Timeline section to create the 'activity' for that particular CTA...so it appears on the Timeline. It would be nice if while filling out the CTA there was an option to also post to the Timeline. Thank you for your time and feedback.

[i]Right now if a CSM creates a CTA from the Cockpit, they have to type out the full Customer Account Name.  Ideally, we would prefer to type out Customer Account Number.  However, even if we can change the search style from 'customer search starts with' to 'customer search contains' would be a win!

In the Usage section of the 360 the screen defaults to Adoption.  It would be great if you could choose which tab is the default.  We would prefer to default to Milestones instead of Adoption.  In addition, Milestones should be allowed to sort by newest to oldest vs. the default of oldest to newest.  This could be a very useful screen for sales, mgmt. or execs to view the account history/status.

I pulled up my Rules List today, and was confused about why it was empty. It turns out that I had filtered yesterday on the names of the Rules, and that filter was [i]still there. I love that, while I'm actively working, I can leave and come back to the Rules page and the filtering would stick around. However, when my brain has completely left that workflow, and I come back to the Rules List, I expect the filtering to be blank. I think the same thing goes for the new advanced filtering in Rules List. Can there be some sort of expiration? For what it's worth, I [i]don't feel the same way about the "Active"/"Inactive" checkboxes. Can't explain why. But I generally do not want to see Inactive rules, so I like being able to leave that unchecked.

Sometimes you just need to re-run an S3 job without having to alter the configuration. Would be good to be able to run/re-run S3 jobs from the main S3 Configuration screen where all jobs are listed, without having to drill into the job itself, and navigate to the Schedule screen.

In the C360 it would be nice to have a client contacts add button similar to what it looks like on the contacts page. Contacts   Client Contacts It would make adding contacts a lot quicker and easier. Thanks!

We're running into an issue with reports of usage data, where if there is no data for a given customer for a week, that week is just skipped in the report, condensing the X axis and making trend lines inaccurate.  In order to remedy this, we're starting to write 0s into the MDA for any data points that are null, which exponentially increases the amount of data we're writing.  It would be nice to have a "sparse" function that treats nulls as 0s for reporting purposes.

This is fairly minor, but I still think important enough to address. When I create a report with 2 qualifiers in the By: field (i.e. CSM and CSM Segment), and records appear for both qualifiersI correctly have a legend that shows me what each color stands for, i.e: When I have a similar report with 2 qualifiers in the By: field (i.e. CSM and CSM Segment) and only one type of record currently meets the criteria for the second qualifer, no legend appears:

-Posting on customer's behalf- Due to the 200mb limit we have on S3 ingest file size, I've come across a customer that has had to resort to an extremely manual process of splitting their large file and ingesting it one piece at a time via S3. This causes lots of extra work for the customer, and also makes it tough to validate proper ingest, as the files are named the same to fit the job, and we essentially have to check the file counts each time to make sure nothing is getting missed. The question here is, in scenarios where we have to split a file to account for the 200mb limitation, is there any future plan to allow a staggered ingest of files via S3? Essentially, if I put 3 files into the input folder and they are all titled "xyz.csv" could get have some functionality that can pull these files in one at a time without having to manually run? Our group leader and managers will assign CTAs to specific people. However, right now nothing in the CTA says who assigned it. Our leaders would like the end user to know they were just assigned a CTA by them and it was not an automated CTA. Another use case, we have started using CTAs for me as the admin as a way for me to track customers to add or errors received. However, I cannot reply back to say fixed or added because I don't know who sent me the CTA.

For users that don't need to edit the information on the C360 page it would be very helpful to have the ability to remove that button from their view.

This one seems like an easy no-brainer... but maybe I'm not thinking of something... But it drives me crazy to be working on a rule and doing the inevitable multiple runs and every time I have to set the rule date. (Plus it seems to take me two clicks to get the calendar to show up... but that's a separate topic... ;-) Suggestion: Just put today's date in there by default and let me change if/as needed.

Events are a great addition to the engagement and interaction options a community offers its users. Our community often organizes own (virtual / real life) or promotes brand / marketing events. In order to properly inform the users about an upcoming event, its details and options to RSVP, the current content types don‘t offer enough fields and setting. We would like to have a content type „Event“ with fields like: Event title Event Description / Body Date / Time Name and Location / Link to virtual event room RSVP-field (Yes, no, maybe) comment section Settings: type of invitation (open, limited to user group, limited to max. number of participants) We also would like to have a function to display upcoming events in a sidebar widget.

I was working with a customer today who brought up a very beneficial idea for viewing CTA's. They would like the CTA to visually appear different by color, bold, etc.. depending on the status. Example, if a CTA is "in progress" make the whole bar appear as yellow.

In a Rule, when I have the option to select multiple options for a field, I would like for the items selected to be displayed first.   When you have a long list of options, ie. Call to Action Reason, and you've only selected 1 or 2 items in the list, you have to scroll through the entire list to see what options you've selected.  

It's sometimes hard to figure out where the tasks are in your rule structure when you have lots of forks. If we could get to the edit state directly from that UI. This would speed up my rule development as well as maintenance. 

The ability to preview in a rule has always been a great feature.  I was thinking it would be an additional value if you could preview by a certain date.  So many times when you're working with rules, you need to be very specific about its timing, i.e. Closed Date = Subtract X Days from Rule Date.  Often when I am building a rule, I have to alter the Filter Criteria from what the exact criteria would be in order to mimic the date criteria for preview. If there was a Preview By Date option, where I could enter a date that this rule might run, in order to validate my preview results, that would be helpful. I know you can already run rules as if they were running on a certain date.  This is strictly around the preview option in the dataset task, as I'm building a rule.

In addition to this post, I'd like to propose a couple of other enhancements: Ability to see who is [i]currently running a rule as well as who last ran the rule - when you have multiple GS admins (or are working through issues with Gainsight support) you really need the ability to see who is running rules as they are running.  It gets tiresome to have to ping others to say "Are you running X rules?" This also would be needed in the Execution History screen on the rule itself. It appears that the date field in the Start/End columns are reflected in the DD/MM/YYYY format - if that is not editable, can this become editable?
