We are syncing our playbook tasks from CTA's to a Salesforce report. These tasks are being made from the relationship level. Currently, the report only shows the account associated with that CTA/Task. We'd like to include a link to the relationship.

It would be nice to configure the label name for a linked object in CTA. Since the window cuts off the full object name (see screenshot), it would be nice to shorten it. Also, it looks like in the Admin -> Calls to Action it is editable and you can rename the label, but there is nowhere to save it. Should you be able to save this? (second screenshot).

Hey team! After our last update, we reworked the way that reports show on dashboards and report builder. Namely, we no longer rescale the report once certain legends are removed or added back to a report.  In previous releases, customers could adjust reports by removing one element from the report, and the rest of the report would be rescaled to reflect this change. For example, in the below report from my Demo Org, once the bars are removed, the line remains a bit compressed. After de-selecting the bar chart portion:

These came up as a requests from HPE ADM:  Currently, CSMs use Comment field on CTAs to captures notes and next steps.  They would like to have the formatting of this field improved, specifically:  Enable rich text to improve visuals - e.g. bolding, coloring, bullets, etc.  Increase size of comments box / make it more prominent Improve copy/paste formatting - currently users copy notes into CTAs from other sources (e.g. emails), and they report that the formatting is very bad - there are unexplained gaps, bulletting and indentation aren't respected, etc. 

In addition to a notes section, I'd like there to be a star rating field for our moderators (and perhaps for users). The goal is to be able to show our best and most interesting topics on the website via API (2.0?).

I have a client who would like to customize the report for "milestones" for the C360 section. It doesn't appears this is currently available. Client would like to be able to add (for example ARR and another string field for oppty number). 

Hi all, In an effort to straighten up our communities, we're looking into being able to manage a large number of topics at the same time. It's currently not very efficient to open each individual topic, when we could process duplicate and similar topics in batches. I have a client request to manually send a link to a user from Copilot. The end users IT administrator is blocking links coming through our emails so they would like to be able to manually send them a link to the survey. I know you can manually construct these by hunting and pecking through multiple tables, but this isn't a scalable approach. 

I have a customer that is able to get an execution report after a regular Copilot Outreach is sent out. Is there any possibility to have something similar sent out for Advanced Outreaches? We understand that we have the Advanced Outreach Analytics within the product itself, however an emailed execution log would be particularly helpful for this customer.

Right now we have the ability to link a Zendesk ticket in a CTA or create a CTA from a Zendesk ticket. It would be great if it was possible to create a Zendesk ticket via a CTA. Would this be possible?

It's great that we've added search boxes to any dropdown that has over 5 entries, but it appears that we missed one location - Milestones. A search bar would be very helpful here. Also, is there any criteria that is used to sort the data that is presented in the drop down? It might be helpful in addition to adding a search bar to also sort the data alphabetically.

We have relationships that have similar criteria for scorecard metrics but may have slightly different thresholds that are needed based on the type of customer that often has that product. Right now, you can not clone a relationship bionic rule and apply it to a different relationship. This would be a huge time saver for us as each rule has multiple data sets, mergers, and transformations that need to be recreated each time. 

Hi all, We're running into an issue with post fields in our workflow stream: It's currently not possible to see at a glance which posts in a topic/forum/category, or through the entire community, has NOT has post fields filled in. We could use "mod break" as part of this, however this shows up on front end, and we don't want it to. It would also be great to have an overview of the individual posts so we could batch process them for post fields in a fast and efficient manner. :) If anyone has solved this challenge in their own community, please feel free to share your solution :) Best, Ditte

I'm running into an issue with Federated Admin for relationship CTA configuration and want to make sure I am understanding this correctly.  I am working on one relationship type, CAM, for HPE. They have 6 of their own CTA Types. By default, there is are the 7 CTA statuses (New, WIP, and a bunch of closed ones). If any of my CTA types need to have their own customized statuses, you have to turn off all of the global statuses so they don't show on that one type and then create the new statuses there. However, if my other CTA types need to have all of those same global statuses, I have to recreate them on each type. It seems to me that there should be a way to turn off global statuses by each type so you don't have to duplicate everything. 

After the release last week, we started receiving reports that survey links we were sending out through CoPilot were giving users an error message saying: "An error occurred, please contact survey sender." Turns out in the survey site itself in SF, there is a checkbox that notes "Require secure site (Https)". And with the latest release, Gainsight started to require this for survey sites. THIS IS THE KIND OF INFO WE NEED IN RELEASE NOTES!! This is not the first time we've had releases break functionality without any warning.  And this time, not just back-end functionality, but broken functionality in something we're sending out to our Customers, which just makes us look bad.  So just in case anyone else is getting the same issue, it's an easy fix.  I just would have preferred to fix it before we sent broken links out to our customers. 

We have a use case where we would like to include more than five reports. Is there currently a plan to expand that capability? Thanks, Elizabeth

It should be possible to set overall Notification settings for all CSMs, rather than have them individually click the bell icon.

When adding internal or external users to a call or a meeting the scroll bar accounts for the names being added and jumps to the bottom of this window.  The ask would be to increase the size of the window so this does not happen.

I have a customer who wants to be able to data-mine the information that is contained in the 'Notes' object for Timeline. He is able to create reports that will pull back the subject of Timeline Notes, but is unable to access what the note actually says. His contention is that the content of Notes will have much better content by which to create reports.  -- Here more context into what the customer is wanting: [i]Customer:  Part of the problem is the data gets all flattened into "Comments" in the tasks... (the attendees, the notes, etc.). When I look in "Activity Timeline" reporting under MDA it doesn't have that information either .. so ([i]my previous explanation) doesn't get me where we need to be. [i]Customer again: [i] Essentially I'd like to have access to all of the data below ([i]the text within the Notes field). I can obviously pull most of that .. _except_ for the notes .. w

I am working with a customer who has brought up the ability to be able to "hide" certain relationship cards from certain users. The customer wouldn't want to necessarily delete these, but would rather just hide them from certain users to prevent confusion. 

When you're working within a CTA, in the Timeline section, and creating a new Activity, the draft does not auto-save. I'm not sure if this is a bug or a feature that hasn't been built yet

I'm posting this request on behalf of a customer.  I've been presented with a request to have a stacked line chart in Report Builder. The customer tried to utilize the Area chart but the lines are overlayed, and not stacked. Have there been any other requests for this kind of report?  Is it something we might be able to provide in the future? Thanks!

The new-ish feature for CTAs to limit how many times a given CTA can fire in X days has come in very handy. However, I think it would make sense to also include CTA name in the tokenizing if it's flagged as an identifier. Otherwise, there isn't really a way to have the same action fire a different CTA that are unique because of name, with that box checked. In my example I would want it to fire once in lifetime per unique CTA name. As far as I know now, there isn't a great way of accomplishing this. Thanks!

It would be preferable to show grouped NPS results instead of specific survey titles. Does anyone really want to click by survey? I imagine at some companies you have Onboarding or overall NPS survey, but the UX would be much better if the NPS results shown were aggregated over the last 12 months. 

I believe this may have been mentioned before but I was unable to find a community post for it.  I very often need to concatenate fields together when updating or creating records in Bionic Rules. I would like the funcationality to be able to concatenate fields together as well as concatenate a field with a static text value.  Example: I am creating opportunities for one customer and they want the Opportunity name to be *Account Name* - Renewal - *Year*. Currently, I have to force them to create a formula field on the source object that derives the text in this format. It would be nice to use transform tasks in bionic rules to create these fields. Is this on the roadmap? Thanks!
