At this time, the Rules Engine will not allow users to close Relationship CTAs that meet certain criteria, in the same way that we can close Account CTAs.  Our customers would love to be able to schedule CTA deletion rules in their environment. Thanks!

In SF you can related objects to each other using "AND" or "WITH". Data Spaces is great with relating objects "WITH" records but I would also like to see the ability to relate objects using "AND". Example is seeing an account with or without a product tied to it in the same report. Data space will show me all accounts with a product but I am unable to produce a report that shows account with or without a product. 

Hi -- we get daily snapshots for various products. In many cases it's a "current total" view. So on day 1 there are 100 actions and on day 2 there are 110 actions. Getting P&E to agree to send me "10" for day 2 instead of "110" can be difficult. It would be great if we could automatically do this kind of "daily delta" within Gainsight. The key is that the aggregate key needs to be definable. The calculated field in the rules engine can be used to accomplish this at the account level (with a bit of work) but in our case an account can have multiple objects and each have their own activity counts.

Hello, I would have another suggestion - when sending the survey invitation to customer, it would be good to be able to set time period when the survey link should be valid since sending the invitation. This would be good especially for surveys where there is no start/end date, transactional (on case closure for example) so customers are not responding like more than 2 weeks later since getting the invitation and even for different case for example. So basically the survey link would be valid for n days and the n number could be configured in survey settings.

I received this request via support. This is currently not possible. I have 2 custom picklist, one is controlling picklist and the other is dependent picklist on the gs relationship object. Those picklist are specified in the R360 view. So if some one edits the controlling picklist value and move to the dependent picklist, all the values of the picklist are shown irrespective of the value chosen in the controlling picklist. When saving the dependent picklist value, its showing update failed if the dependent picklist value is not mapped to the controlling picklist, which is fine.  Is there a way that we can control the dependent picklist value so that in the drop down it shows the values mapped to the controlling field only even on the R360 page. 

The unsubscribe link that currently accompanies our Customer Success emails would benefit from two improvements:1. Translation into our priority languages: If you offer an email in a native language, then it should carry through to the unsubscribe page.  2. Change survey opt out message: This message should say “opt out from Customer Success Survey,” since this will not opt them out from surveys sent by other Marketing functions via an alternative e-marketing tool.

For scheduled aggregations or manually triggered one's, In execution history we only see start time but not end time i.e. when the aggregation process is completed. This will help us know how much time it takes for our aggregations to run based on which we can schedule down stream impacted processes like rules/copilot etc

I've set-up the 'Sales View' widget on the SFDC Account page layout. The problem I'm having is that it's constrained to a 400px high container and it looks really bad as a result. I tried to make the container bigger, but the widget itself does not resize with the container. I looked into the reasons this might be happening and I found that the height is hard-coded to a height of 368px by line 152 of the following SCSS file: https://jbcxm.na30.visual.force.com/resource/1484804315000/jbcxm__Styles/scss/module/widget/widget.scss What I would like is for this height constraint to be changed to the slightly taller value of 630px. As far as I can tell, it looks like the value was hard-coded due to the widget having no way of knowing the size of container it is in, so I hope this i

I'm posting this in behalf of some of our customers. Some would like the ability to create a report based off of the Task Object, showing their Activities (SFDC Tasks) with the ability to quickly link back to the Activity's Detail. This would preferably work the same way that our Accounts quickly link back to our C360 page for more detail. Thanks for the help!

I'm sure most of us have been through the Success Express Workshop.  When there, there were probably 10 to 15 folks (Contacts) representing 5 Accounts.  Our company has some similar types of events such as Training events or what not which may be cross-account.  Modeling this in GS as it exists is quite burdensome.  Closest things I've been able to do are to create an MDA representing (for example) Training and load the events in that manner. With a schema something like: event_id event_location event_datetime account_id account_name contact_id contact_name contact_email The reason one would desire something like this is then we could track the cohort appropriately.  Target them with outreaches and surveys.  Watch their enablement over time.  Etc.

Need the ability to have CTA's that can be assigned at the CSD level, vs the account level. For example, reminder CTA to have them update all their Health Score and Contact info (without them getting numerous CTA's for every account in portfolio). Similarly, need to be able to attach/link a CTA (or milestone) to more than one account. Use case here is that the CSD is creating documentation that applies to multiple accounts, and has to (currently) manually attach it to each account.

Enhancement idea --  Connectors 2.0 BETA, data job step 3. Map Metadata -- Currently must click and erase Track Source Field in order to show available Source Fields. Would be helpful and less confusing for clients to have a dropdown arrow or similar function revealing available source fields. 

For Email Assist and Timeline HTML Editor: 1. If you want to format more than one word at a time, you have to do each individually. For example, I want to bold one word in the first sentence, and then, an additional word/phrase in another sentence, I can't select both and do so at the same time. I have to do them individually. Not a big deal for short "notes" but for longer ones, can be a pain. Not sure if there's a way to fix that. 2. For email assist emails, if the email requires you to scroll to fill in/add additional info, the HTML editor is hard to access. Could it be frozen or float with scrolling? 3. We're having some trouble with bullets disappearing from email assist emails when they are sent. The bullets were included in the template. Is it better to not include bullets in template, and then, add them via the Email Assist? Or should they carry over fine? I've submitted a Support ticket on this as well.

Today, there is no place to put notes/description for any piece of copilot. It would be helpful to have a place to put this for testing or when multiple people work in the tool. Since real estate is likely limited, and there is no entry page like rules engine, doing something like report builder would make the most sense. Some sort of popup or edit pencil would seemingly work. I would also suggest this option for all 3 parts of copilot, not just outreaches.

Some ideas for additional OOTB Data Spaces from Marie Forshaw and onboarding teams: Opp Product + Opp + Customer + Account Sponsor Tracking + Sponsor Tracking History + Contact + AccountAlso, in talking with a customer this morning, she mentioned that the use cases for data spaces, even the existing OOTB ones, are not clear to her, so she hasn't taken the time to learn the feature. I will try to address this gap in our docs and with a new data spaces intro video, but I wonder if we could also provide some in-app explanation of the purpose / uses for each OOTB data space?

Hi team, It has occurred to me via the support channel that some Admins may want to limit end user's ability to jump into SFDC via the C360 using the vertical 3 dots to access the Account, Opportunities and Contacts.  Would it be possible to toggle this on and off or perhaps have the ability to limit this access for certain users/profiles. As we plan to use the feature, we had a couple quick questions related to Timeline ? - what is the max characters allowed in the main text / comment box for each of the OOB Activity types ? - at some point the timeline will have say 100 + entries.   At what point will the timeline activities no longer appear ?  After 100 entries ?  only 90 days worth of activities ?   configurable ? thanks for any insight

I don't seem to be able to branch from a "no"  response to end the survey. I want to allow the survey participants to self select out of one or both of the sections in my survey. I can skip the first section via branching but when i take them to the opt-out question for the second section and they select "no" I want the survey to end but it will not do that.  Is there a way for me to set this up so that the survey will end with a "no" choice and continue on with a "yes"

In the past few months, we have received feedback from our customers that the color box around the question + the "writing" line below the question has caused confusion for our customers. They tend to click the grey box versus the line below the question. (We understand this information (name/email) would be captured if sent through co-pilot, but that isn't an option for the current workflow. An advisor sends an anonymous survey link as part of a post-meeting follow up.) This leads customers to respond to us saying they are unable to fill out the survey. It's definitely a bummer when we have someone engaged enough to complete the survey who does not because it appears to be too complicated. Unfortunately changing the color of the survey seems to make it even worse. Customer are clicking here:

Currently the Report Repository, when filtering by Source Object, it shows all Objects in both MDA and SFDC. It's very cluttered when you have big orgs with lots of objects in the environment. I would expect the same behavior as Rules Engine which only shows the objects where a rule/report exists. 

We are looking to gain more functionality around reporting on NPS. The three use cases we are looking to address: 1) The ability to use NPS in a report 2) The ability to filter by segment and any other field in the NPS tab 3) The ability to filter by date in the NPS tab We are looking for an actual Net Promoter Score calculation, not the average of response scores. This is important for the use case where we want to have a company KPI dashboard run directly from Gainsight. Currently for NPS, I am unable to get the actual NPS score outside of the NPS tab without a pretty hefty services engagement. I would like for this to be something I can attain in the product without major configuration. Thanks, Steve

In C360, when using the "Wrap line" feature, it does not work on a single word that's longer the the column width.  For example, if an email address is longer than can be shown, clicking "wrap line" doesn't work (because the email address is one word) Can we look into making it work 

Currently we list our rules based on Name,Type,Action,Created by,Last modified by,Source Object. Can we have couple of more categories i.e. Target Object (this would be helpful), We don't have any category for rules related to relationship. Currently we need to search manually or assume based on the rule name

In data space, while traversing from one object to another we display the lookup field names but not the base object names.Can we also display base object names for a better understanding. I have attached sample example in screenshot In filter condition, currently we support only 'AND' condition. Can we also have 'OR' criteria to be added as well.

When adding tasks to CTA it would be great to have an option to "save and add another". Ideally, this button would save your current task and pop up a new window associated with the same CTA and allow you to add another task quickly. This will save the user from having to go back to the cockpit view and then having to navigate to add a new task for the remaining tasks they wish to add.  Just an idea- I have used my poor screen shot skills to show what it could look it below.
