There are situations when we want to use different email layout, so I wish I can create several templates (up to 2-3 at least) and when creating new campaign I just choose the correct template to use.

Internal and test survey responses distort survey analytics. It is not obvious to all users that these survey responses need to be filtered out. Gainsight CS offers the ability to delete Survey Responses from the UI It would be great to see this capability extended to Gainsight PX

I would love to create an automated campaign to re-engage members that have been inactive for 3 weeks by auto populating latest articles with particular tags or by date.  Since that time window is ever moving, a variable to pull in the latest content for an automatic trigger email would be amazing. Created from post :  

After reviewing the Tip of the Week post (below) about PX Custom Events, I wondered why tracking multiple CTA’s is “custom?”   As we step through an in-app guide, we periodically would like to include links to KB articles that add color & context (best practices, use-cases, etc) to the “guide”.   Ideally, I’d like to know which of these links is getting traffic (and which may not -- ie. i can remove them from the guide to shorten it up).  I can see that the links provided to the user in the guides are redirected through Gainsight (presumably to “count” the CTA event), so I would expect individual CTA tracking to be a feature and not custom work.   Also, I can imagine that if the Gainsight security team had XSS security concerns with utilizing JS in the engagements editor, our security team will feel the same way (making Custom Events a non-starter for us). cc:/ 

Hi Team,When trying to delete a feature, It would be a HUGE relief if we could display the dependencies of this feature in the UI so that they can be addressed and then be able to delete it. Currently we just get a generic UI error mentioning the existence of dependencies but not in detail.This could be a HUGE time saver for the PX users.Thanks,Srinivas.

We have a number of filters on a Dashboard that we are doing lookup values to the User Objects and when we set the filters we do not see an ability to rename the “name” field to something that is more logical for the end users when they see a number of different filters.  Is it possible to add an enhancement to rename the display name of a field for filtering dashboards?

It would be helpful if the engagement preview could auto populate URLs listed in the engagement Audience as an option. This would allow for quicker editing. In the event that the Audience contains URLs that have wild cards, the ability to save and pin a URL for preview would be handy as well. This will prevent the URL from getting buried in the suggested section while limiting how many times we would have to copy and paste the URL into the preview for testing. 

Hello Team,One of the customer reported that  they are using the new feature to create opportunities in salesforce directly rather than creating leads. They are asking us that it would be great if the UI could be changed to reflect as Opportunities so that it will reduce confusion about what in the salesforce object the CSMs are creating.  

The Audience report seems to only report at a community-wide level. Can we add filters like the other reports so that we can view audience analytics in specific categories?

Hello folks...I work with the CSV exports a lot. To answer specific questions, I usually have to download multiple reports, then do a lot of cleaning and excel wizardry to try to get what I need.I would love an export option where you can choose from all the fields you want to include. It would be a lot, I’m sure, but I could then select all the things I want in the same report....For example, I’d like to get more visibility on community activity on a customer-level (aggregate). I have a custom profile field to help identify the customer account, but, only one of the CSV reports include that field, and doesn't include other things I might want to know. (If I want to know how many logins from users of Customer X in the past 30 days, I have to use the User report to get their user names, then download the Login report, and search those user names...)

I’d also like to have counts of unique users asking/answering questions within a given timeframe. While this can be done by filtering exports, it’s the type of metric that should be considered among the other Q&A success metrics out-of-the-box.

The API operation for GET user assigned points allows for [from] and [to] dates.It’d be great if the Zap for this function included this as well. Current workaround requires Webhook actions (premium) to first authenticate the Insided API and then another webhook GET call using the API; all of which is much more complex for community members to set up and used. 

Currently in order to add a CTA to the Relationship 360, the user must have permissions to view the C360 in order to link the CTA appropriately to the Company and Relationship. If I have full permissions to access the R360 I should be able to create the CTA and save without having permissions to the C360 as well. We have CSMs who manage only at the relationship for a specific business unit and shouldn’t access the details at the C360. Along these same lines, I am able to create a timeline activity at the R360 without permissions to the C360 but I can’t actually view the timeline activities I created in the R360 without permissions to the C360. If I have permissions at the R360 to add an activity I should be able to see these activities without having permissions to the C360.

I am setting up a handful of rules to export data daily from Gainsight to S3, where our team is going to pull the data to ingest into our DWH. The rules are creating tsv files in S3. We want to enable archiving for these rules such that if the rule ran today and created a file with today’s datetime stamp, it would save in our DWH folder, and a file with the same nomenclature from the same rule with an earlier datetime stamp (aka yesterday’s datetime stamp) would automatically archive. For our DWH, we wanted to be able to archive old files upon creation of new files to have a better audit trail in the event rules fail.

As Features grow, and more so for multi-product SAAS companies, the Product Area filter list would need some visual aiding (like categories maybe), grouping Product Areas under themes, or even different product names.One long list of serially listing all areas would make it not-so-usable.Interested in hearing how would others visualize implementing this solution?

Our users are requesting an undo button like that is available in many SaaS applications.  The editing in Success Plans and other areas is very difficult and if you make a mistake you typically need to completely delete and readd, which is very frustrating, instead of undo. 

Our aim is to drive all customer communication through Gainsight. By this we have a complete track of interaction in timeline. Unfortunately there is no integration with Reachdesk available. Can this be added to the roadmap please. 

Hi Team,Client ( PTC ) want to display company name in people section of C360 layout.Currently only Company Id is only provided and the lookup is not enabled for any of the fields in C360 configuration for the people section.Please look into this requirement and enable the same. 

Hi,A customer is using SAML SSO via Okta to authenticate into Gainsight. So they would like to have Just In Time (JIT) provisioning or SCIM in order to automate the provisioning/de-provisioning of users within Gainsight. Please share your thoughts

Hi, We would like to have the capability to make certain objectives non-deletable by users from a template.  Some date changes and additions should be allowed, but not delete.

Looking specifically at the use case of an onboarding guide type of engagement launched from the KC BOT:In keeping with the suggestions around “keeping engagements limited to as few steps as possible,” i’d like to eliminate our “splash” screen on engagements.   Basically, all of our engagements start with a “splash screen” that says this is what you’re going to do and click “Next” to get started.   The “Next” button redirects the user to the specific URL where they’ll start the next step of the engagement.I feel like this is redundant → the user has already made the choice to start the onboarding workflow, so I’d like to have them automatically redirected to the page where they can begin the *real*/actionable step 1 of the guide (i.e. “click on this specific UI element”) and not have to delay them with the splash screen whose main purpose is the button with the URL redirect.Has anyone found a way to do this?

Team,Can we think of GS and Google Drive integration as one of the process improvements for end users? Use case:Log google slides document into a GS timeline activity but gslides isn't an approved file type so the end user have to download to ppt or pdf in order to include it. 

We’d like to be able to add more granularity to the frequency of notifications.  We use @mentions in the Timeline activities a lot, so we’d like to be able to indicate that we want those real-time or daily but everything else weekly.

When our users are selecting their account they get both the Customer and Relationship level choices using Gainsight Assist.  Is it possible for the Relationship customers to hide the Customer choice when using Gainsight Assist and posting back to timeline?

Likes Received is another nice KPI for member’s personal branding (enduser) along side the other KPIs in the screenshot Having said that, could someone tell me what is the ‘Refresh rate’ of the ‘Most liked contributions’ leaderboard? My guess would be weekly, like the standard leaderboard?So the second idea would be to...Offer ‘Weekly’ and ‘All Time’ views to this leaderboard as well.
