I have a Client Success Manager that has left some good feedback about the updated email preview. Could this be considered for future changes to the feature? “When I'm previewing an email to send it 1. cuts off the message and there is no way to expand the window to see the entire thing and 2. it does not show CC recipients in the email recipient area (I have a person cc'ed here cause GS doesn't let you put more than one person in the To line, so I must cc them).  

I’d like to have the ability to invert the axis for bar and column charts when all values are negative. My use case is seeing negative currency values (churn/contraction) and wanting to have the chart read from left to right or bottom to top rather than the current setting for right to left. This would help visually align with how most other charts are displayed and I think is easier for end-users to read.

After discussing with the Support team on a Zoom call today, it looks like the historical attribute tracking only counts users and accounts for who the attribute in question was ever CHANGED in the given time frame. I'm hoping the Product team will invest further into this feature to return the answer to this simple question:"Give me the MAU for the accounts that were Active=TRUE in the month of September 2022."Right now it only answers this question:"Give me the MAU for the accounts that were CHANGED to Active=TRUE sometime in September 2022." In the screenshot below, the numbers are DRAMATICALLY lower than they should be because the query only returns MAU for Accounts that BECAME Active=TRUE in the last 6-month range. 

HI Team,Posting these 2 ideas on behalf of a customer, Please review and update here if these can be included in our road map.Currently our scheduled job runs by taking the last job run datestamp as the start date and the scheduled date as the end date. So here according to their use case it would be great if we use the last loaded date time for the particular field as the start date in the next schedule run because at the time of data run they have 1 hr of data missing which will be loaded into their snowflake later. As of now we have suggested them to create one system generated datetime field in their snowflake instance which can be used as a last modified timestamp.  Is there a possibility to introduce all data sync as a scheduled run ? We can sync to discuss on this further. 

We have created a custom ‘New CSM’ field in order to tokenize intro emails during CSM transitions. We’re able to add this field to the custom cockpit view where managers facilitate these transitions BUT they have to click into each CTAs detail screen to actually update it. Being able to inline end this field (just like we can with the Owner field) would be a huge time saver for a very important process.

Hi Team,Currently we don’t have the audit fields (eg: Created By, Modified By) for Case org Mapper object as a result is is difficult to track the changes details ( when records are getting created /updated and by whom). 

One of the biggest uses for our Viewer licenses is their ability to add activity into the timeline for visibility to all teams, specifically emails and call notes. I’ve found the Calendar Widget on the Timeline section of the Home page to be a really great way to quickly log call notes to the Timeline! I would love it if this particular functionality could be added to Viewer licenses as well, since they are also heavy users of the Timeline section in particular.

When a Connector job fails, the Comments column in the Activities section of Connectors isn’t shown in the email notification that is sent.This makes it difficult to identify the cause of a failure and requires us to open a support ticket which is often a waste of time for us and your colleagues in support.It’s simple for us to check the Comments field when it was a recent failure, but when the job fails overnight, we don’t have access to this information in Gainsight.Please add this information to failure notification emails.e.g.  I appreciate that the example comment in this case still isn’t particularly useful, but other times it is and provides more contex

Hi All, We have noticed that emails are opened but the same is not getting captured everytime in the Gainsight analytics. This is a concern as this is one of the success metrics for us and the nos. are incorrect. Please look at necessary enhancements needed to make nos. accurate. thanksCharu

Hey! The Outlook integration is fantastic, however when forwarding emails to Gainsight, the new Timeline activity shows the date was received in Timeline, instead of the date the email itself was received. This would be a big win as emails would map consistently between Outlook and Gainsight, which will help the search functionality. Second, as email chains get longer, is it possible to simply truncate emails over 32,000 characters, rather than not accept them at all? Thanks!

When sending critical or operational emails though JO, we generally have a large number of participants at each company based on our contact data and criteria. This presents a large issue for us, especially for operational emails as we have over 30,000 accounts and very quickly exceed the limitations for operational emails without an easy way to divide our customer base into batches.  We have been able to increase our operational limitation from 5,000 to15,000 emails but that still does not allow us to contact all accounts in a single send even if we did have a single contact.  To prevent over sending a critical or operational email, we would like the ability to set a max number of participants in the JO Filter Criteria on Participants Section based on GSID or potentially other value.  This would allow us, as an example, to only send an email to 2 contacts at a company instead of the 20 who meet the criteria.   

When pulling the user profile image from the REST API currently it comes back with a 32px by 32px image which is not the same quality or size that the default profile image is in the system. We are working to pull in the profile image using Gainsight APIs to our internal customer facing system so our customers can put a face to the CSM that is over their account.  

People are using mobile the most, so UX with mobile should be prio 1. You should get all the needed info when you view the topic when using mobile.What: I wish to have ranks visible to the topic view when using mobile.Why: This is problem especially when it is important to know who is employee. Rank icon and icon next to avatar are way too small. Random user doesn´t even notice them when they view the topic. There should be more powerful way to identify the employees and I think rank it is the best way.This leads to:Superusers are no longer incorrectly identified as employees, so they can keep posting “safely” as a normal user / customer Random users can trust that given answer is from employee

The E-mail template that is being used in this JO has a Survey in it. Recipients have responded to the survey an their responses are getting captured but when we looked at the Email status it is showing as "not Opened." From what GS Support has indicated “our engineering team has determined that this falls under an enhancement request. At the moment, the system is technically working as expected(the open was correctly handled based on the image loading mechanism), but obviously, the team is planning to capture the open more accurately in our road map(Enhancement to update the Open column when a survey is responded).” Gainsight wants to make an enhancement that will make their open rate metrics more accurate. If the images do not load properly the email is shown as not opened, even when it has been opened and used. 

Would it be possible to have the tiles on the new Horizon C360 Summary page change colors based on some sort of filtering or attribute? For instance if a customer has an old version of our software, we would like to turn that tile “Yellow” so that it provides a visual warning that the client is outside best practice on that item.

Hey Team,   The timezone picklist is restricted. When linking an object through the CTA management menu, there’s a search bar configuration that allows you to look for records (such as in Salesforce). At the moment, this is limited to text fields only - it’d be great if this was expanded to also include picklist fields.

Was wondering if there was any work around giving admins the ability to add more than just 3 “email copy” recipients to an email template in a program. I set up a program to send survey completion notifications to leadership, and I’ve been receiving requests to add more people to the subscription list and for sure it is difficult with just a 3 person limit.

When updating the Detail View Layout Configuration for the Call To Action Types, the fields in the Field Picker are in random order, making it VERY hard to find the fields you are looking for.The fields of each item are in random order, and the lookup fields are ALSO in random order, making it nearly impossible to browse to find fields, or when searching, making it even more difficult to know what lookup the field is under. When trying to configure the Company level views, it is even more difficult Company view when searching for name;

Allow the notes window to be resized, even if knocking the Tasks off the screen.  It would be great to have it take up most of the window and then we can scroll down to see tasks. 

Hi Team, I’d love to have some consistency w.r.t execution logs across the product. For example, in rules you have access to executions for the past 30 days but in Data Designer we aren’t able to access logs that are older than 7 days. Support team confirmed that from UI only the data for last 7 days is accessible and for data older than 7 days we should be reaching out to support and they can fetch the required data from the backend.

Similar to how you can enable the Customer Goals widget in Success Plans, we should be able to enable the widget within CTAs including objectives.  

After creating an Opportunity in Salesforce from an Account page, the “Add Product Types” screen subsequent displays so that users are auto-prompted to add products to the Opp without having to go back to the Opportunity record to do so:  Would be great if, when using the +Add Record button from an Opportunity-based related list, it could do the same, which it doesn’t, presumably because it’s using a different page link  

When we use recipient email address of AO Participants in filter and provide email the search dropdown is not yielding expected results in Data Designer but same filter criteria yields expected results in reporting.Requesting team to implement the same behaviour in Data designer as well.
