Allow the ability to build a Query Builder report where I can see session initializations by channel (mobile vs. web vs. desktop).Current state: I only see a way to segment by attribute and channel is not an option. 

According to PX Support, currently only CSS selectors are supported, the UI Element Rule will not accept an Xpath.For single-page applications, it is a repeating job to develop unique CSS selectors for each key we want to map. However with XPath is much easier to find exact elements without adding complicated auto-generated unique tags. 

Below are the some of the findings which might needed as enhancement while we work on building Dropdowns.Overall Export option to download complete list of dropdowns is not available. If Provided, Please make sure below are included. Include Dependent Objects info for each dropdown.  Count of Values with respect to each dropdown. Exporting list of values with respect to each dropdowns, it’s too difficult to analyse while dealing with 100’s of values. Sorting  Sorting on dropdown names isn’t available currently. Hi,Currently if a user @mentions another user on a Timeline entry, that triggers an email to the @mentioned user. As of now that email provides multiple avenues to link out from the email (‘View Comment’, ‘View Activity’ and a hyperlink as well). All of these lead back to Salesforce, which then requires a certain level of access/permission to see the details within Salesforce. Our teams (and many others I would assume) don’t have this level of permission, so it essentially leads to a dead end. It requires the CSM manually search for the customer in Gainsight to then pull up the full comment/conversation.It would be great if the paths of these links could be edited to redirect our teams back to the Gainsight Timeline/comment for this customer (or any other link). This would create a much more seamless and natural way to continue the interaction if needed. Here’s a screenshot of the email I’m referring to when a user is @mentioned.

Product Enhancement Suggestion for Success Plans Use Case:Using SuccessPlans to manage both internal and external objectives, managing the sharing type is a bit difficult / unfriendly to users.  It would be great if the Sharing Type could be made editable on the Objective layout screen (System field currently, cannot be made editable in layout) rather than having to train users to go to the ellipsis in the upper right hand corner and use the Enable/Disable sharing with People option on each individual objective.

Hey Team, In DD, RE, RB the functionality exists to add a formula field and turn an existing field to all upper case, or lower case, however I can’t see an option for title case. An example of this would be to correct name fields from being all upper case, or all lower case prior to loading into an MDA object, or as a preventative measure before sending an email in JO. If this functionality exists already, apologies in advance and please feel free to point me in the right direction! Thanks, Stuart

Currently, all Gainsight PX users are automatically subscribed to the weekly adoption report for each product. This weekly adoption report includes information about product usage, audience (including PII if captured in Gainsight PX), and engagements.I found out recently that all of our Gainsight PX users receive all the information in the reports, even though they might not have permission to view the information in Gainsight. For example, many content creators do not have permission to view audience and should not receive information about audience in the emailed report.

Hi team,I’ve noticed since the most recent release that my sidebar no longer stays pinned in the open position. Sometimes I don’t even see the option to pin it anymore. This is obviously a really small thing but the ability to pin it is actually really helpful as an admin-- any chance it can be fixed? Thank you!

Hi Everyone, I have noticed that when I hit save on a Success Plan after completing multiple forms on plan it deletes all the other information I have placed in the sub forms. Here is a video of the behavior. 

Hey folks, I’ve been using DD a lot over the last few weeks, and apart from the planned improvement to download results from DD  There are a couple of other things specifically around the execution history I’d like to raise. Tasks aren’t ordered.  If you have 15/20 different actions within a design (and aren’t counting) this will leave you looking for the highest number action, if you want to export the csv. The csv’s that are exported are gzipped; nothing wrong with this, however the naming convention of the files produced leave spaces which cause an issue with just right-clicking on a file to extract if using a mac - meaning every time I want to view the export I need to use the command line to escape the space in the file name in order to unzip it.  It would be great if spaces were spliced out, or replaced with underscores, or something similar that wou

I think a funnel chart would accomplish this but currently I am unable to create a stacked chart with a 1:1 (show me/by) that gives me all the data in one column. The by field always breaks out the columns. The only way to get close to this is to put another field in the by section that is in common with all records like a date set to show yearly, monthly, etc. The problem is when I add the date field if it spans over two years and I want to display it all in one column I am never able to do this. It would be nice to just allow me to use a 1:1 with show me /by fields and decide if I want it all in one column stacked chart or more columns.

Something changed recently with regards to inSided on mobile, but in short ya gotta bring back a more robust toolbar. Bold, italic and underline are good, links and images are nice, alignment (kinda useless), but critically missing here are options for simple bullet lists and numbered lists and attachments….Folks engage with community everywhere, not just at their desks. Let’s make inSided better on mobile. Or is that how it works in Amsterdam?

We need the ability to apply “group by” to more than 10 fields in transform tasks in Data Designer.

Since the new Sponsor Tracking update, there are details missing and we would like to see more of a timeline of activity in the sponsor tracking (mostly the history of the track). In the past, the details showed more information on the sponsor tracking. The client uses that data for metrics and other reporting information. This information was available in the past. When we discussed this with the L2 team on a call today, we were advised that this is a feature request.  

We have User and Account attributes which we are not legally permitted to capture.Besides not instrumenting the collection of the attributes we have also set the Attribute state under Attributes toggle to ‘off’.Setting the toggle value to “off” should suppress these attributes as selectable options throughout the app to clearly represent that these are not available values to be select.  

Can we have an option to disable Open tracking like link tracking at tenant level

It’d be great if Gainsight Assist would surface all attributes of the “email” timeline entry type so CSMs can qualify the email entry further WITHOUT having to edit the timeline entry from Timeline.By attributes I mean any attribute created/added as a field on the entry. In this example, we want to be able to flag an email as a meeting (i.e., meeting minutes). The reason for this is to simplify CSM’s life and not having to send an email, and then copy paste meeting minutes in a meeting entry… But that could apply to any other attribute. It would be great time saver! 

Hi Team,The load to people (Relationship type) rules are not showing in the X-org to migrate from source to target. As per the internal discussion, it was never handled as of now in our product.Could you please prioritize and implement it in future releases.@naveen_kumar_devipura 

It would be very helpful to be able to force a password reset from the User Management tab in Administration.Currently the reset password link for users does nothing except take the use back to the login page. It doesn’t reset their password. The only way to get the user back in is to delete them and re-create them. This is not ideal.

This feels really specific, but I think would make a difference. I’d like to display group members in a list, rather than circles you hover over. We have some smaller groups, and since there isn’t a role to just own a group, the people who are invested in the groups - but don’t have special permissions - aren’t able to easily see who is there. A list would be helpful. 

As of today, inSided’s custom user roles are meant to increase a user’s visibility/engagement. Our use case is different: When a user joins our community, we give them full access to all pages in the Community - Ideas, Product Updates, Groups, Events, Forums, etc. The majority of our customers want full access. But a small number of our customers don’t want their employees to view a few certain sections of our Community. So we would like to auto-assign (via Zapier) some custom user roles to these customers so that their viewing permissions are limited. This would require Custom User Roles to override whatever primary user role a member has.As of now, primary role permissions override custom role permissions and we cannot do this.  The other option would be for us to create new primary roles so that we could create additional primary roles with limited permissions. We could then use zapier to assign some customers to a limited prima

If an email is classified as hard bounce, the user can remove it from the deny list, but for soft bounces or rejected scenarios, there is no option to remove it, and thus emails are ending up at the sendGrid.Showing the reason for a bounce and providing an option for the end user to remove from the list if desired would be great 

Currently on the Insided platform when you are building an article you can create a single table of contents showing only Large and or Large and small headers.  If you want to create a link in a document you cannot do so, (according to Insided support).  If you would simply allow the table of contents to be modified as individual links and not one item it would mean you could remove links you did not want and you could copy and paste links to allow users to jump to different areas of the document.   I have a workaround but it is very extensive and I have shared it with the Insided support team.  Would love to see this feature added.

I love the power of Horizon Analytics and the capabilities to design some really insightful reporting in Gainsight. The UI has improved so dramatically and it’s one of my favorite parts of the tool to play with. It would be even better if the dashboard builder had the ability to do a few more additional things to improve the admin experience:ability to “snap” a report in place many times I find that I don’t have a clear idea of the dashboard I want to build until I have a bunch of reports built out and then I’m dragging and dropping new ones around existing ones. The drag and drop function is tough when there is a lot existing already and if you want to maintain the grid layout without disturbing things too much from their prior positions. if you could freeze or snap a report into a designated spot and prevent it from moving, this would improve the build process significantly ability to design “spaces” within the dashbo
