Currently there is an imposed limit of 10 recipients in an email assist. I am told I need to create a copilot outreach however this would mean creating 2 processes for the same lifecycle CTA. In our Lifecycle CTA for QBRs/EBRs we have a task to send a follow up email to the attendees with a summary and actions from the meeting. This works fine for most customers, but for some, there are more than 10 attendees from both the customer and ourselves and we need to add CC to some internal contacts. The limit of 10 is making this impossible and it doesn't look good if we need to send an email twice, also because we have to then create a second CTA which means more work. Are there plans to change this limit or at least have it as a setting that customers can adjust? 

For users coming over from Salesforce into Gainsight, it would be helpful if account access could follow the set ups from Salesforce.  Today in Gainsight, there is no easy why to limit access to Accounts and their data to the access that is already set up in Salesforce.  If Gainsight could follow Salesforce’s Account Hierarchy and Access approach it would be very helpful in order to restrict CSMs to only Accounts they manage.

For a custom attribute tab field: Is there a way for Gainsight to recognize the names as the person typing in the "Internal Attendees Next EBR" name similar to a timeline entry, where it can autofill the names.   

Currently, moving a Dashboard to a folder with ‘Give access to specific people’ folder level permissions will add the folder level permissions and keep the original permissions. This was confirmed as functioning as designed by Gainsight Support because dashboard level permissions are primary and folder level permissions are secondary. This request is to provide an option when moving a dashboard to a folder level permission folder to either keep the existing permissions OR remove the existing permissions. When we are ready to release a new restricted Dashboard to our end users, we currently need to manually remove the individual users/groups and then assign the correct Sharing Groups.  Configuring the folder level permissions helped with assigning groups but still required the manual process to remove the development groups.  Giving the option to keep or remove the existing permissions upon dashboard move would save time, eliminate human error of adding the incorrect gr

Hello All,We have observed that while sharing a dashboard Super admin is able to select multiple domains but non super admin they can’t able to select.Path: Dashboard-->Share Dashboard-->Share as→ select (Link)then you can see the option as “select domain” .Customer is a super admin and able to select the domain he/she wants but other user for whom the reports shared are not super admins and they don’t have choice to select the domain they want.So,Customer wants to make a domain as default in Dashboard on behalf of users (non-admins). 

-How many unique users has viewed each dashboard in the last rolling 12 months. (monthly over month)-How many views each dashboard has in the last rolling 12 months. (monthly over month)-Clicks into each dashboard-Duration on each dashboard-Ranking of most viewed dashboard to less viewed dashboards.

Adding a custom field in the add objective page for a specific Success Plan type would be wonderful for a particular use case.

It would be good to  get a Gainsight dashboard on the Home Pages for the Lightning Experience in Salesforce.

We need to be able to see the Created By and Created Date fields for the Activity Timeline object. Currently, there is no way to see who or when a custom field was added.

Can we have an option of disabling the OTP verification not just per Layout, but also per Company? We have a few customers who cannot access the C360 with OTP due to their security settings.We usually recommend whitelisting the Gainsight domain, etc. but we often get the reply that they would be okay to get the C360 without a password. In this case we don’t have an option of de-activating OTP, unless we de-activate it for all Companies / Contacts.It’s be great to adjust this setting on a Company basis.

Hi everyone,It would be great if you would prolong the time horizon for daily retention stats at least to “Day 30 Retention” which is a standard in retention analysis. In the current setup, when selecting “Date Range = 30 days”, we’ll get the data for 30 daily cohorts, but only up to Day 12 Retention.If I’d need to choose between the two, I’d even say that it would be far more useful to have it the other way around when choosing to check daily cohorts - to get retention stats for 12 cohorts, but up to Day 30 Retention.

I think it would be great to be able to have a repository of widgets that you could use across Gainsight Home. My use case: We have a Rich Text widget that we update weekly with upcoming customer events so that our users can quickly grab that information to share with customers.  Every week, I have to click into all of our Gainsight Home layouts (8 of them) to update it across them all.  Would love to just have to do it one place.

Basically what the title says. From what I can see so far, there doesn’t appear to be a way to convert an existing design into a template.  It would be great if there was a way to do that, so that you wouldn’t need to rebuild existing designs as templates, or if you decided you want a design to be a template later on.

Hey all,We feel a little limited by Success Snapshot’s forced “breakdown by GSID”. For internal sharing of success snapshot, we would like to also be able to do the opposite, i.e. success snapshot by group of customers across an attribute or group of attributes:Embed reports with a few attributes Show the report on one slide for all records (we would of course have applied filters beforehand to limit that to a specific segment) Show another report for other attributes on the next slide etc.And instead of having a breakdown by company, have a breakdown by attribute or group of attributes which would help us generate a snapshot across a segment for example, for an attribute such as Health Score.We are using JO workarounds to achieve tables with all attributes, that we then paste into PowerPoint when we could generate great reporting slides if we could switch between company or attribute breakdown.Thanks,

Hello Team, We are following multi-currency setup in Gainsight. When we try to import “Currency ISO Code” field from SFDC, it is throwing an error saying “Currency ISO Code is a reserved keyword”. When we reach out to the GS Support, we realise that this is a limitation in DD; whereas it is possible to bring in the “Currency ISO Code” field. I don’t understand why it is restricted in DD and allowed in Rules Engine. Please allow the usage of “Currency ISO Code” field in DD.

 Cant we embed the JO analytics page into dashboards or at least to C360 page? Ability to import a JO Analytics page directly to either a dashboard or C360(sections) would be a great feature. This helps us utilize and consume the data across the board. And reduces the efforts to create the replica of this for Admins.   Also, can we have a feature request to embed dashboards directly to C360 sections? Embedding the dashboards to C360 section will help us drive more adoption within cross functional teams. For instance, if we want to share a dashboard with teams like Renewals and Sales team, working on salesforce opportunity or accounts pages, this feature will help them view the dashboard directly from the accounts/opportunity page through C360 Sections.

A lot of my CSMs are asking for the Playbook to show the closed date for each individual CTA, rather than just the closed date for the entire Playbook.  

As we evolve our use of Data Designed to integrate more and more data from different systems, our users want more flexibility and capability associated with that data.  In order to overcome the limitations of Data Design dataspaces, a solution Admins have employed is to create a Custom Object from a Dataspace that then requires constant updating. Would it be possible to automate: The creation of the custom object directly from the Data Design Schedule the data update/sync from Data Designer to the Custom ObjectIf you think about making this data democratized and as flexible and Agile as possible for Admins, this could really bring a lot more functionality to the table.

If I’m running a Call to Action report, and I want to see how many CTAs there are by Reason, that’s simple.If I also want to correlate this to the Total ARR (or some other numeric value at the Company level) I cannot do that, because the report will SUM/AVG/MIN/MAX across each individual Call to Action record line.So if, for example, I have 2 open Risk CTAs under 1 Company, and that has Company::Total ARR of $10,000, the subsequent report would show CTA Count of 2, and Total ARR (at risk) of $20,000 because it is adding up each line twice.  This creates misleading report numbers.Need a way to be able to report on granular Many:1 data, but including the ability to aggregate some values at a higher level (i.e. Company)

Hello Gainsight/Insided Community Team,I would love to see the functionality in Community to add a calendar reminder on the products update page.  Similar to the events tab, this link would allow a customer to register for a reminder of when we may have a maintance window or when a new product download would be available.
