Insided supports Wistia but I think it should also support its sister company Soapbox as well. We are now having to get employees to go into their accounts and individually upload them to wistia then put them in the community.

Hi Team,Customer Request:As per the new data load in rules engine, we are showing the links to download pass and fail records from the action section itself, however, the link is not showing for the test runs. Can we have the same functionality for test runs also. Customer would like to know how the data look like before running the rule.Also, earlier in one file, we have both pass and fail record details. Now, customer have to download two files separately for pass and failed records. Can we check is there any feasibility to show both details records in one file?

Depending on who you ‘Follow’, the Community reminds you about their birthdays and you are able to wish on the community (maybe a discussion, or another content type) and others can join in on the thread. 

Ideas are the only topic type available in Ideation categories, but “Question” and “Conversation” topics are still available to select when users are creating topics in Ideation categories. This is a poor UX because users won’t see the Ideation topic they are currently in as an option in the Category drop-down menu on the topic creation page if they happen to switch the topic type from the default Idea to a Question or Conversation. The ideal setup for Categories is to enable/disable individual topic types through a checkbox/switch module in the Category creation page in Control, and have only the enabled topic types visible in the topic creation page for that Category. Another option is to introduce another Category type that includes all topic types (Question + Conversation + Ideation) instead of the “Ideation only” or “Discussion/Conversation only” types. Our use case is a beta user group -- we would create a Category available only to ce

 asking for a customer, They are looking to make a custom widget that will take me directly to this “survey response” section. Is this possible?  

Team,Right now, while creating Objectives in Success Plans, there is no "*" next to the field Objective Category (to indicate it is required) and also this field is in the second column at the bottom. We would like to have an option to include the asterisk and re-order this field in the layout.

Testing

I wish there would be option to adjust gamification in category level. For example, off topic categories are excluded, you can´t earn points/badges/ranks by being active there. Or, you earn more by being active category x than category y. Because every category aren´t as “important” than others with this mechanism you can reward members who are active in important categories.

it appears that the activity feed on each user’s profile shows only topics created, replies, and when their reply is marked as an answer. It’d be good to add in other “events” from the activity as well, particularly the gamification milestones. Earning a badge Earning a rank (show for moving up only)I’d also love to see: Voted for an idea [differentiate topic creation in this feed between question/conversation/idea]

Hello team!We’re moving many data feeds we used to consume in GS from S3 to SnowFlake db. In testing our new connection, we’ve encountered some roadblocks to importing our data via SnowFlake. Case 1: it is required to specify a reference for last modified date when setting up a new job within SnowFlake connector.  However, not all of our SnowFlake data objects contain DateTime fields.  We’re therefore unable to import our data via the connector and have to use a manual upload to MDA via a .csv.  When the dataset is large, as it always is when trying to establish a NEW job, we have to manually separate our source data into multiple smaller csv files to get under the max upload size allowed.  Or we have to create a rule ad-hoc to import via S3.Ask:  don’t require a last modified date value.Case 2: we can only specify 1 field as the unique identifier when setting up a new job with SnowFlake connector. We apply multiple templates to the same Success Plan based on products our customers purchase. As such, we are not able to use the Template Order sorting and need to order by Due Date instead. Is there a way we can set the default sorting to sort by Due Date instead of Template Order? I know it can be changed one off by user, but this causes confusion and is an extra step. 

Just like how you can now associate a timeline entry to a CTA, from within the timeline UI, can we please have the option to associate to a scorecard measure.This is useful for when CSM’s have added their meeting notes (or synced an email) already and want it to show up under the scorecard timeline due to relevancy.  Thanks!

Posting on behalf of a customer. They were trying to create a rule to load to relationship type and were unable to map the fields as each type has different fields depending on the data needed. It would great to be able to use rules engine to load to relationship for this case. If this is already possible, please update in the comments.

X-ORG Fails with no error message.There was an incident where X-org Migration took place and 5 reports failed to migrate. However, there was no error indicating the reason for error. we had to look from the Sumo logs to see the reasons for those 5 failed incidents. It would be great if we can make sure that the reason for failure is not missed in the error logs. Request for improvement in the error logs. 

Hi Team,Customer want to restrict the add button for the custom objects in the related list on c360. and add the ability to control this feature per related list.

This idea is related to the Horizon Analytics ideas posted here, but I think it deserves its own post. I’d like to see the ability to insert tokens in Rich Text boxes. For example, our business has a need for something called an “Executive Briefing Document,” which is kind of a C360 on steroids that execs can access from a dashboard. The idea is that they can filter down to a single customer. What I’d like to be able to do is insert a token that would contain that customer’s name once it’s filtered. Here’s a mockup:  

Hi,Our CSMs have been receiving email notifications for every timeline activity that they log. This creates a lot of noise for them in their inbox and they want an option to stop the notifications. I’d like to request a setting in GS to turn off email notifications for timeline activities that they log.

In the content filters I’d love to have some options to be able to identify who published the content (by role(s). For example:show me all content with no replies in the last 24 hours created by registered users show me all content with a tag of XXXX that’s was published by super users

When logged in and viewing a post or reply, there’s a … option that includes “Link to URL.” My assumption was that selecting this would copy the direct URL of the post or reply to my clipboard, to facilitate easier sharing (e.g., in a separate but related discussion in the Community, in a Support conversation, internally via Slack, etc.). However, after reaching out to inSided Support, it sounds like the expected behavior for this button is to just update the URL bar with the direct link to the post or reply. I’d find it helpful to have that button actually copy the direct link to your clipboard, to save an extra steps of selecting the URL and copying it (not sure what use case(s) there are for only updating the URL bar in your current session, doesn’t seem very helpful).Related requests (may need to be split out as separate ideas):Exposing this option to non-logged in users would be helpful too, enabling easier sharing of

It would be really helpful to report on those search queries that come back with zero results. That way we'd be able to create the content that our users are searching for in addition to keeping track of what is trending in our community. Being able to export this via a .csv would be great too.

While setting score manually to a measure can we mandate the user to add an activity. This helps others and CS Management to better understand why the particular measure is in Red. 

We have multiple sandbox instances, and in the Sandbox Management screen, the naming conventions applied are not easy to decipher.  For example, our two sandboxes are titled:Workday_NXT_Production_Sandbox_25238282882Workday_NXT_Production_Sandbox_2It would be incredibly useful for Super Admins to have the ability to rename the Sandbox instances to something logical. Thanks!
