We want to setup views for our product managers who only need to see some question and idea posts that pertain to their area of the product. While we can save a view with advanced filters and share the URL with another user (which I was told is a workaround for our need), the other user can’t save the view! I hear users can save the views as browser bookmarks, but that’s not optimal as you can imagine. I’d really like to see this productized, as it seems like such a basic requirement that’s already available on other platforms. 

Need the ability to create flags within timeline. For example I have a timeline email related to support topics, technical issues or product related information. Would like the ability to create configurable flags for CSM's to flag and filter on within timeline activities.

Has anyone set up a way to send NPS results to Slack? I figure there'd be a way to leverage the Send emails to Slack functionality, but didn't want to reinvent the wheel if someone has already figured it out! Maybe this is something where Gainsight would want to come up with a recommended 'recipe' for an email template and Rule, so that the survey result looks beautiful when it appears in Slack? Three reasons I'd love to chase this down: Our CEO heard from another company that does it (not using Gainsight), and that having each result pushed to Slack gives the results lots of attention and action, and distributes the follow-up responsibility across the whole company. We're having a hell of a time getting our team to act on their NPS results, given how many things are competing for their attention. Yet

In programs when you add multiple sources, if you manually sync one it says in green text at the top that it is syncing from all sources. Which is false unless it is scheduled, you still have to manually sync each one. It would be super helpful if you we changed the verbiage to which source was being sync’d when done manually. 

I’ve heard a couple requests from prospects for Japanese (or other language) localization of the platform that does not require a google translate plugin or similar. The use case is for a customer highly protective of their data with teams who only speak Japanese, German, etc.  Manu shared this is currently not on the roadmap.

Hi all,We have implemented the embeddable widget in Zendesk, our ticketing system. Our goal is to decrease the amount of tickets by providing customers with community content through the embeddable. However, we are facing some challenges right now. The widget appears to be quite small in Zendesk. We are not able to configurate this within Zendesk or within the widget;  Some articles that appear in the widget are quite long and contain visuals and screenshot. The ‘’read more in a new window button’’ is only displayed at the bottom of the article.As you understand, customers are not happy with the widget and find it very user unfriendly.Therefore, we would really like to have the possibility to:Configurate the width of the embeddable; Configurate the '’read more in a new window button'’. We would like to be able to place this button at the top of the articles, instead of the bottom.

If we mistakenly relate an email in drafts (Activity Timeline) to the wrong account Timeline, it would be nice to be able to send it back to drafts (Activity Timeline) to relate it to the correct account Timeline or even better... be able to relate it to the correct account Timeline from the wrong account timeline.

It seems that users can receive emails if a CTA is created, updated or assigned to them, but is there any way to limit the emails to only high priority CTAs? If not it would make a great addition to allow for more control over what triggers an email. A couple examples: Only send high priority CTAs to me via email Send me an email when my CTA is due in 1 week, 1 day

It would be great when I recieve an @mention notification in my inbox, it had "account: Subject line in the header" then mentioned me in activity

Hopefully this helps some people! I have seen this come through support a few times and I figured I would post this as an idea to see what the feedback was. With the introduction of email templates 2.0(which is great!) I found that changing the color of a survey button or regular button can be kind of hard to get the hang of. Going from 1.0 where you just clicked the button to change it I was really thrown off learning how to do it with 2.0 templates. Here is how to change the button color now.

We can select to have just about any 360 Section appear in the Account/Opportunity widgets, but not Attributes for some reason. Our Attributes are optimized for CS and some of the fields we use are hidden on the views Sales and Marketing uses. Being able to add our Attributes section on the widget would help make sure everyone has a consistent experience whether they go to the 360 view or the widget of the account, and sales can always see the CS metrics we use even if the fields are hidden.

In some users’ lists of followers there are anonymous followers: These anonymous users are user accounts that have been deleted. inSided keeps all their content and doesn’t distinguish between topics, comments, likes or - in this case - followings.I propose that followings get removed when a user account is deleted, because information like followings don’t serve any purpose anymore, as the following (the connection between the users) doesn’t exist anymore, whereas the content can still exist even without being associated with a registered user.

When we tag a user in a timeline entry (@mention), a mail is generated to the same user. If the timeline entry is from an Account then the Account name is mentioned in the email or else if it is from Relationship then relationship name is mentioned. It is not until we click on the Relationship name (hyperlink) we would know the Account name, so is it possible to include the Account name along with Relationship name in the email itself?

Request from our CSMs to be able to see all the upcoming touchpoints for a customer. For example, we have EBRs that generate every 4 months, so to be able to see somewhere the dates that these EBRs would happen. We get a lot of requests for being able to see CTAs in the future even thought they haven't generated yet. Not sure that there's a way to display, but thought I would post to get it out there.

As an Admin, I often find myself with many tabs open with different Admin interfaces open (report builder, data management, data spaces, etc) throughout the day. As I think we all have experienced, Admin changes are not communicative throught tabs (example: changing a data object requires a report builder refresh to reflect changes). Could it be possible to re-vamp the Admin UI to an embedded "tabbed" UI that is dedicated to Admin and changes are much more rapid? It would also be nice if there was a feature to alert users when an existing item has been updated and a refresh is needed. Something along the lines of "This XXX has been updated by your Admin, a refresh is required." etc etc Just some thoughts... anyone else?

With the current design In the NPS survey Engagement feedback section, Users are allowed to give comments or reviews for all the scores. Unlike it, Can we make it possible to give reviews only for particular scores? Eg Usecase: When the customer gives the rating between 8-10, Then only the comment section should be displayed with the following text "thank you for the high score, Please give us the review".

Posting on behalf of a current PX customer. The new suggested mode is pretty accurate in analyzing the code well and creating an intuitive hierarchy. It also saves a lot of time and effort from manual mapping. Something great in addition is a way to automate backfilling, or at least bulk backfilling. It can be time-consuming to manually backfill each feature.

Recently, i cam up with this idea after taking a glance at a ticket which helps the customer to customize the size of the widgets in the dashboards they view. It would be user friendly as some data might be difficult to zoom and to help the customer understand the analytics in the widget.

Currently we do not support tokenized rich text fields. In the future it would be nice to include that functionality.

A preview of the draft before it is published. This allows you to see if any changes need to be made. 

When exploring different reports in PX (or when showing PX to a colleague), I will often see something in one report that makes me want to go dig into another using the same filters. For example, if I see in Features > Adoption that users who signed up less than a week ago visited ___ feature ____ times, I'd be curious to see the path those users took in Path Analyzer. I can see that information by re-adding all the same filters to the new page. Sometimes, the filters are so complex I will have a PX page open on each monitor to ensure I'm replicating the filter set exactly. Idea: I would love the ability to have "Recently Used" filters available when splicing data. This ability would make navigation much faster and provide a more intuitive experience when showing the product to others.

Our demo/sandbox/test (including automated testing) accounts/users often clutter up reporting. There have been a few times when we get excited that a new feature is being used, only to find out that those users are in demo/test accounts. We don't want to blacklist these users/accounts, because sometimes we do want to see what people in demo situations are doing. I just find that people can jump to conclusions when seeing a report without thinking to filter out test accounts. Idea: as a PX admin, I would love the ability to filter out these accounts by default. Other users could still turn off that default if they were specifically looking for reporting on demo/test accounts.

Hi, we're working on raising adoption on our products. One of the things we're doing is contextual targeting. What we'd like to do, but cannot at the moment (correct me if I'm wrong, please 🙂 ) is the following: 1. Send Dialog with certain text and CTA (currently possible) 2. Set-up email engagement based on rules: If engagement (dialog) not completed - send Email A If engagement (dialog) completed - send Email B If CTA clicked send email C (different wording and email content is for each of this target groups). 3. Set up dialog again based on the outcome of step 2. (is email opened, clicked etc.) I am not finding away to do this now; in email engaement i can set up rules for view/completed only based on surveys. Tnx!

Rules within Rules Engine periodically fail with the following error: - Error: Your query request was running for too long. - Error Code: QUERY_TIMEOUT It would be great with Gainsight Rules had a re-try feature when failures like this happend where you could retry up to X times every X minutes
