In some users’ lists of followers there are anonymous followers: These anonymous users are user accounts that have been deleted. inSided keeps all their content and doesn’t distinguish between topics, comments, likes or - in this case - followings.I propose that followings get removed when a user account is deleted, because information like followings don’t serve any purpose anymore, as the following (the connection between the users) doesn’t exist anymore, whereas the content can still exist even without being associated with a registered user.

When we tag a user in a timeline entry (@mention), a mail is generated to the same user. If the timeline entry is from an Account then the Account name is mentioned in the email or else if it is from Relationship then relationship name is mentioned. It is not until we click on the Relationship name (hyperlink) we would know the Account name, so is it possible to include the Account name along with Relationship name in the email itself?

Request from our CSMs to be able to see all the upcoming touchpoints for a customer. For example, we have EBRs that generate every 4 months, so to be able to see somewhere the dates that these EBRs would happen. We get a lot of requests for being able to see CTAs in the future even thought they haven't generated yet. Not sure that there's a way to display, but thought I would post to get it out there.

As an Admin, I often find myself with many tabs open with different Admin interfaces open (report builder, data management, data spaces, etc) throughout the day. As I think we all have experienced, Admin changes are not communicative throught tabs (example: changing a data object requires a report builder refresh to reflect changes). Could it be possible to re-vamp the Admin UI to an embedded "tabbed" UI that is dedicated to Admin and changes are much more rapid? It would also be nice if there was a feature to alert users when an existing item has been updated and a refresh is needed. Something along the lines of "This XXX has been updated by your Admin, a refresh is required." etc etc Just some thoughts... anyone else?

With the current design In the NPS survey Engagement feedback section, Users are allowed to give comments or reviews for all the scores. Unlike it, Can we make it possible to give reviews only for particular scores? Eg Usecase: When the customer gives the rating between 8-10, Then only the comment section should be displayed with the following text "thank you for the high score, Please give us the review".

Posting on behalf of a current PX customer. The new suggested mode is pretty accurate in analyzing the code well and creating an intuitive hierarchy. It also saves a lot of time and effort from manual mapping. Something great in addition is a way to automate backfilling, or at least bulk backfilling. It can be time-consuming to manually backfill each feature.

Recently, i cam up with this idea after taking a glance at a ticket which helps the customer to customize the size of the widgets in the dashboards they view. It would be user friendly as some data might be difficult to zoom and to help the customer understand the analytics in the widget.

Currently we do not support tokenized rich text fields. In the future it would be nice to include that functionality.

When exploring different reports in PX (or when showing PX to a colleague), I will often see something in one report that makes me want to go dig into another using the same filters. For example, if I see in Features > Adoption that users who signed up less than a week ago visited ___ feature ____ times, I'd be curious to see the path those users took in Path Analyzer. I can see that information by re-adding all the same filters to the new page. Sometimes, the filters are so complex I will have a PX page open on each monitor to ensure I'm replicating the filter set exactly. Idea: I would love the ability to have "Recently Used" filters available when splicing data. This ability would make navigation much faster and provide a more intuitive experience when showing the product to others.

Our demo/sandbox/test (including automated testing) accounts/users often clutter up reporting. There have been a few times when we get excited that a new feature is being used, only to find out that those users are in demo/test accounts. We don't want to blacklist these users/accounts, because sometimes we do want to see what people in demo situations are doing. I just find that people can jump to conclusions when seeing a report without thinking to filter out test accounts. Idea: as a PX admin, I would love the ability to filter out these accounts by default. Other users could still turn off that default if they were specifically looking for reporting on demo/test accounts.

Hi, we're working on raising adoption on our products. One of the things we're doing is contextual targeting. What we'd like to do, but cannot at the moment (correct me if I'm wrong, please 🙂 ) is the following: 1. Send Dialog with certain text and CTA (currently possible) 2. Set-up email engagement based on rules: If engagement (dialog) not completed - send Email A If engagement (dialog) completed - send Email B If CTA clicked send email C (different wording and email content is for each of this target groups). 3. Set up dialog again based on the outcome of step 2. (is email opened, clicked etc.) I am not finding away to do this now; in email engaement i can set up rules for view/completed only based on surveys. Tnx!

Rules within Rules Engine periodically fail with the following error: - Error: Your query request was running for too long. - Error Code: QUERY_TIMEOUT It would be great with Gainsight Rules had a re-try feature when failures like this happend where you could retry up to X times every X minutes

In Program Analytics, we can see the total Open Rate and the opens for a Program has been live, We can see the list of participants and export the graph as image but we cannot export the list of particpants, so It would be awesome if we could export the list of the participants that have opened the mail through Program Analytics rather than building a report in report builder. Multiple users have requested for this option.

I searched and didn't see a post on this, so here goes. I HATE when I'm building a new rule, and want to test run it that I have to run it, and then, leave the rule builder to go back out to view the execution OR wait for the email. Would really ideally like to be able to access the Execution in maybe a separate tab in the rule builder itself instead of having to leave, check the results, go back in and tweak.

We would like to change the order of the navigation tabs at the top in the KC bot.

Requirement : Want user's salesforce picture to source into the template so that the communication seems more personalized for the customer. More details: Wouldn't need to token the image to track anything, Just need a way to send an automated message and have the picture included in the message change with each user. I checked with my internal team and came to know we do not have this feature in the product. Please let me know if anymore information is required and how can this request be implemented.

Hi, Our CSMs would like to click on an opportunity within a Dashboard Report. Currently, we can push a report into a Customer 360 and click on the view button to directly go into the opportunity. However I have been advised that this functionality is not available within a report pushed into the Dashboard. Many thanks Nadeem

We have a requirement where during customer events we want to have an tablet where people can submit NPS' and for us to then import into Gainsight (into our NPS survey). An enhancement that would make this process easier would be to allow a user to be prompted for their email address and company (with validation) and then can be provided a survey which maps back to Gainsight Survey participants. This would eliminate the need for participants to be known ahead of time and allow spontaneous surveys to be held, whilst being able to include the results with existing participants who have completed the same NPS survey master.

Most of our surveys are sent via AO and we often pull the AO Participant>Survey Response Page URL into reports for easy access. We also have our surveys set up in playbooks to send via Cockpit for situations where the recipient lost/didn't see the initial survey email or we want to survey a one-off person who was not included in the original send. Since these are not part of an AO, and thus not an AO Participant, is there another way to access the Survey Response Page URL?

I heard through the grapevine that the S3 Job connectors are eventually going to be deprecated in favor of using Bionic Rule S3 Datasets. I've started the process of migrating my S3 jobs to Bionic Rules but I noticed that when I select the Event Schedule Type, there is no option to enter an email address for Success/Failure email notifications: I don't see any reference to this missing functionality on the Scheduling Rules doc either. I tested this, by setting up a rule to force-fail, and I did not get an email letting me know it failed. Am I missing/overlooking something, or is this a pretty sizeable gap? I can't create rules that won't ever tell me if they succeed or fail.

I have a customer that is seeing a specific scenario when using the Call to Action (Action) in rules engine. They have an account that is sending two (or more) records to the action step. The way it currently works, if an account meets the criteria for Action 1, it will then use that first record and discard the rest for that account. In this case they want it to work as if the first record can create the CTA and then (comments set to always update) update the comments with the second record information per the setup. Right now it just sees the first record and moves on from there.

We had a need to send an email to certain accounts at the end of the quarter but currently Journey Orchestrator only allows for at most a monthly sync for a query. Within the filter, you can allow participants to be added to the Program once every 90 days but that wouldn't prevent a new contact on the account from getting an email mid-quarter. To solve this, we could have just run a new Program every end of quarter but instead I build one Program to run continuously using a query and included a couple transformation tasks to find the Last Day of the Quarter based off an Opportunity record's Close Date. Then another transformation task to filter only if the Last Day of the Quarter equals Rule Date. Thus, the Program syncs on the last day of the month but only on the last day of the quarter are Participants added into the Program.

Customer Ask - "Is it possible to make a table(Report) listing "clickable" to drill through the details" , i.e in the C360 section. Actually it's not possible, to set this, but customer wanted to know, if there could be a feature roadmap? Hence logging this reqeust on behalf of customer. When resolving emails that haven't been automatically aligned to accounts & contacts in SFDC, we need a better system to help resolve conflicts. Here are some improvements that need to be made. 1) Have a button that allows the original email to be seen, in its full format including the To: From etc.. This would enable resolving the issues much easire. Right now, we only see the body and the subject. 2) When you select an account, don't remove all of the pre-poulated names.
