Being able to add and edit tables in the WYSIWYG editor would be a very nice feature, seeing as tables are an important tool to sort and present data in an understandable format. Now, we have to resort to images of tables, which isn't very user friendly both to the editor and to the reader (no option to cut and paste data in an image). I've suggested taking a look at how Wordpress does their editor, unfortunately there's no option to add tables in their editor either.

Hi, Currently while working on a specific report, the navigation for returning to the repository is pretty logical and appears as a link to the repository just to the left of the name of the report. . However in Layout/Dashboard editor, when you are in a layout and looking to go back to the layout editor, the navigation is different - a non-descript icon in the row of layout specific icons.

We typically like to send customer facing emails on weekdays during regular business hours. Is there some way to set up an advanced outreach to only send on weekdays?

Had a good meeting with one of our customers today where it was obvious they loved Sponsor tracking. They did, however, bring up a very interesting idea that I'd love to make sure we're thinking about as we expand our idea of "person" related to Gainsight and can answer in the future as a best practice. How can they track a sponsor after they've left a company? This will likely be more common in global customers vs. US based, but the example was a HUGE champion of theirs was taking some time off and left their current company. They wanted to know where she went next but did not know where or when she would. They were trying to find a way to track her without confusing many of their existing workflows and crowding their C360 ("tier 2 tracking"?). Maybe the quick answer is flagging them as former employee but still tracking them on the previous customer? **When can we expect to include Boolean or picklist type fields on the Sponsor track

Barry proposed that we have help text even when the score is set to 0 or when it has never been changed. The picture shows the help text with comments but when 0/untouched there is nothing there.  ​

We've discovered that when creating a participant list for an Advanced Outreach, if you are including an exclusionary CSV in the setup, you will not be able to confirm it's effectiveness until the outreach is actually published. This makes testing extremely difficult when trying to be certain that the outreach gets to the desired recipients. Is there anything on the roadmap for having the ability to test this prior to publishing?

Posting this on behalf of the Dell-EMC ECD team:  Currently we can not rename the "risk" CTA type. We would like to rename it to "risk/issue" in our org.  Can you please introduce the ability to rename CTA types?  Thanks, 

Building out widgets/containers in dashboards using equations. I know this isn't a capability currently but is this something that may be in the future?  For example, it would be great if we could implement a widget to show churn % ...  % Customer Churn  = (# of total customers who churned)/(# of total customers). Currently, we can't do that in dashboards because it is an equation, but I am really curious if this is something that has come up at all on the roadmap? Thanks!

We have quarterly deliverables (due Jan 1, Apr 1, July 1, Oct 1) that we'd like to create CTA's for. Instead, we have to create either a monthly CTA or an annual CTA for each month specifying the portion of the deliverable that has been accomplished (e.g. Jan 1 CTA "Part 1"; Feb 1 CTA "Part 2"; Mar 1 CTA "Part 3"; Apr 1 CTA "Part 1"; etc.) This seems to be awfully complicated. So in addition to having rules run daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly, we're suggesting a quarterly run or a custom run.

We would like to be able to create and assign multiple C360.  Right now this is possible, but would like to be able to cycle between more than one and have more than one active. The use case We are trying to build is for our consulting Projects. We have created some Reports for our consulting engagements in our Org. These Reports are a Part of Dashboard. However, we want to show the reports per account hence want to build a separate CS360 layout exclusive for consulting reports and then search an account and load this layout for our consulting users.

Hello GS, I was wondering if there are plans to add support for digitally-signed sending of messages, surveys, NPS, etc from the GS platform. Digital signatures are important as they give assurances that the person sending the message actually is the person who sent the message.  We are a security company and many times customers fear clicking our NPS survey links due to the concern they may be fake. What are the plans to add digital signature support?

Each time they navigate to an R360 page an additional filter is added i.e Opportunity Id = Value in "Current Active Opportunity" field as per the above mapping. Unfortunately it is not possible to filter Opportunity Contact Roles by Relationship Id or AccountId with the current setup.  We would like to be able to filter for the opportunity contact role.

People on our team use this "comment" field in the C360 and since you can't resize it, it's hard to see how much they've written.

When viewing NPS responses in C360, the sort order appears to be driven by the date of the survey campaign. This however can create issues if a customer responds to an older survey, as the most recent responses will not appear at the top.  See example below: Even though Steven Doty's response was this week, it appears below the response from Dan Conroy. It appears that the date of the Survey campaign is the primary sort here.  Does it make the most sense to sort by response date first? Or alternatively provide an option to the end user to change the sort criteria? Thanks!

The recent change to Bionic Rules that allow for multiple runs per day has been really nice for our workflows. The cron job coding is easy to use and has worked well! I am hoping we can expand that idea to PowerList refreshes. Right now they are once a day, which means an Advanced Outreach only sends a batch once a day as well. I would love to be able to schedule this more frequently (i.e. every 2 hours, more if possible) to expedite our outreaches. Ex. We have new customers coming in daily at all points throughout the day. I added a Bionic Rule running every 2 hours to pull those new customers into Gainsight. I have been wanting to automate the delivery of our Welcome email, but cannot due that if a PowerList is only refreshed once a day. If the above functionality was added, we could get a welcome email out within two hours of processing a customer's order. This would be a big burden off of our Customer Success team who are currently manually delivering thes

If you adjust the column widths on the Customers page, it would be great to have that setting persist; i.e., if you navigate to another page and then back to the Customers page, it would remember your column width adjustments.

Currently # type fields are not supporting in the by section of reports when the MDA is your source object. We offer an in app NPS and are trying to report on responses coming through the MDA. As it is now, I can not report on distribution of responses by NPS #. Steve, Tom and Josh in support all worked on trying to find a workaround by pushing the # as a string field type, but that presented more issues as values registered as 1.0, 2.0,...10.0 and then were sorted ascending as 1.0, 10.0, 2.0, 3.0.... I know my use case is NPS specific, but I'm sure many other circumstances would require reporting by a number.

I have a customer that is running into an inconvenience with the Sync options on Gainsight connect.  We have a field that needs to be updated multiple times a day (relies on GS connect) and if we could have the option have GS Connect sync multiple times in a day that would benefit customers greatly. 

We are syncing our playbook tasks from CTA's to a Salesforce report. These tasks are being made from the relationship level. Currently, the report only shows the account associated with that CTA/Task. We'd like to include a link to the relationship.

It would be nice to configure the label name for a linked object in CTA. Since the window cuts off the full object name (see screenshot), it would be nice to shorten it. Also, it looks like in the Admin -> Calls to Action it is editable and you can rename the label, but there is nowhere to save it. Should you be able to save this? (second screenshot).

Hey team! After our last update, we reworked the way that reports show on dashboards and report builder. Namely, we no longer rescale the report once certain legends are removed or added back to a report.  In previous releases, customers could adjust reports by removing one element from the report, and the rest of the report would be rescaled to reflect this change. For example, in the below report from my Demo Org, once the bars are removed, the line remains a bit compressed. After de-selecting the bar chart portion:

These came up as a requests from HPE ADM:  Currently, CSMs use Comment field on CTAs to captures notes and next steps.  They would like to have the formatting of this field improved, specifically:  Enable rich text to improve visuals - e.g. bolding, coloring, bullets, etc.  Increase size of comments box / make it more prominent Improve copy/paste formatting - currently users copy notes into CTAs from other sources (e.g. emails), and they report that the formatting is very bad - there are unexplained gaps, bulletting and indentation aren't respected, etc. 

In addition to a notes section, I'd like there to be a star rating field for our moderators (and perhaps for users). The goal is to be able to show our best and most interesting topics on the website via API (2.0?).

I have a client who would like to customize the report for "milestones" for the C360 section. It doesn't appears this is currently available. Client would like to be able to add (for example ARR and another string field for oppty number).

It's currently not very efficient to open each individual topic, when we could process duplicate and similar topics in batches.
