Hi Team,One of my customers wants to have this ability in rules engine where we can select whether we should receive email notifications from Partial Success rules or Failed rules (A kind of checkbox to select Partial Success rules or Failed rules notifications)Can we achieve this or if we have any workaround that we can use here?

Hello, We would love the option to be able to view an email receipt sent through a journey orchestrator program. This can currently be done if you add yourself or an inbox in the BCC however it is not always needed. Use Case: Sending out notification emails that there is a price increase coming. At the time the price increase happens procurement says they were never notified and deny paying the increased price unless you can send them a visual of the notification. The snapshot details are not enough to prove what email was sent and a report can be fabricated.Solution: In the snapshot mode of a JO Program, you can select a preview of the email that was sent that has the send date and time, recipient email and name and sender email and name.  Thank you!

In dashboards permission, if we add a criteria similar to sharing group criteria and it will be very useful to provide dashboard access to particular department. 

Hi,after we have rolled out the new C360, we got great and positive feedback from the users.We also got feedback for further enhancements. The one that had been asked most was that users like to customize their own C360 view.Can you please consider this for the furture. ThanksSwen

Hello,A product request idea from our CSM’s has been to automatically create Timeline Entry Drafts based on the Calendar Widget. This goal here would be to skip the step of having to manually “Add Activity” and go into the Widget. Ideally the Activity would be created as a Draft in the Timeline of the respective Customer. CSM’s would of course need to still edit their notes and complete creation of the entry.Thank you! 

Hey folks, I’m coming across a warning message in Product Mapper that “Feature X is too general, showing only 20 matching elements”.  I’ve not encountered this warning until recently; I don’t know whether this was introduced with the release of v3.10.0 last month, as I’m pretty sure I should have run into this by now!  The issue is there is no way to dismiss the warning for the session, or a longer duration; this means that if you’re working with the in-app mapper, and disable/re-enable the “show mapped features” function (say to check the html in dev console without the mappings being visible) the warning message will pop up for each rule.  So if you have 5 rules with 20+ matching elements (think a photo gallery), you’ll receive multiple warnings you have to dismiss each time! From a UX-perspective it’s great to know there are a high # of matching elements on the page, however the experience could be improved if there was an option to dismiss the warning for the session/don’t show aga

Hi Team,In Survey analytics section of surveys when we export the survey data , the date/ time fields data is adhering to UTC timezone, causing little discrepancy for the users as they find the details to be different until they notice or made aware that the exported data is in UTC format. I am logging this posy on behalf of client ( Avid Technology) to make the changes in export design so that the survey export data (date/ time fields) adheres to logged in user timezone details.

Allow the ability to build a Query Builder report where I can see session initializations by channel (mobile vs. web vs. desktop).Current state: I only see a way to segment by attribute and channel is not an option. 

According to PX Support, currently only CSS selectors are supported, the UI Element Rule will not accept an Xpath.For single-page applications, it is a repeating job to develop unique CSS selectors for each key we want to map. However with XPath is much easier to find exact elements without adding complicated auto-generated unique tags. 

Below are the some of the findings which might needed as enhancement while we work on building Dropdowns.Overall Export option to download complete list of dropdowns is not available. If Provided, Please make sure below are included. Include Dependent Objects info for each dropdown.  Count of Values with respect to each dropdown. Exporting list of values with respect to each dropdowns, it’s too difficult to analyse while dealing with 100’s of values. Sorting  Sorting on dropdown names isn’t available currently. It would be helpful if we have sorting option on value count field as well. UI Needed an additional column like “used in” which helps us to view object info at front page itself. Folders option: To segregate the Dropdown list with respect to business case studies. Presently its cumbersome whiling dealing with long list of dropdowns + There is no option to sort.   

Hi,Currently if a user @mentions another user on a Timeline entry, that triggers an email to the @mentioned user. As of now that email provides multiple avenues to link out from the email (‘View Comment’, ‘View Activity’ and a hyperlink as well). All of these lead back to Salesforce, which then requires a certain level of access/permission to see the details within Salesforce. Our teams (and many others I would assume) don’t have this level of permission, so it essentially leads to a dead end. It requires the CSM manually search for the customer in Gainsight to then pull up the full comment/conversation.It would be great if the paths of these links could be edited to redirect our teams back to the Gainsight Timeline/comment for this customer (or any other link). This would create a much more seamless and natural way to continue the interaction if needed. Product Enhancement Suggestion for Success Plans Use Case:Using SuccessPlans to manage both internal and external objectives, managing the sharing type is a bit difficult / unfriendly to users.  It would be great if the Sharing Type could be made editable on the Objective layout screen (System field currently, cannot be made editable in layout) rather than having to train users to go to the ellipsis in the upper right hand corner and use the Enable/Disable sharing with People option on each individual objective.

Hey Team, In DD, RE, RB the functionality exists to add a formula field and turn an existing field to all upper case, or lower case, however I can’t see an option for title case. An example of this would be to correct name fields from being all upper case, or all lower case prior to loading into an MDA object, or as a preventative measure before sending an email in JO. If this functionality exists already, apologies in advance and please feel free to point me in the right direction! Thanks, Stuart

Currently, all Gainsight PX users are automatically subscribed to the weekly adoption report for each product. This weekly adoption report includes information about product usage, audience (including PII if captured in Gainsight PX), and engagements.I found out recently that all of our Gainsight PX users receive all the information in the reports, even though they might not have permission to view the information in Gainsight. For example, many content creators do not have permission to view audience and should not receive information about audience in the emailed report.

Hi team,I’ve noticed since the most recent release that my sidebar no longer stays pinned in the open position. Sometimes I don’t even see the option to pin it anymore. This is obviously a really small thing but the ability to pin it is actually really helpful as an admin-- any chance it can be fixed? Thank you!

Hi Everyone, I have noticed that when I hit save on a Success Plan after completing multiple forms on plan it deletes all the other information I have placed in the sub forms. Here is a video of the behavior. 

Hey folks, I’ve been using DD a lot over the last few weeks, and apart from the planned improvement to download results from DD  There are a couple of other things specifically around the execution history I’d like to raise. Tasks aren’t ordered.  If you have 15/20 different actions within a design (and aren’t counting) this will leave you looking for the highest number action, if you want to export the csv. The csv’s that are exported are gzipped; nothing wrong with this, however the naming convention of the files produced leave spaces which cause an issue with just right-clicking on a file to extract if using a mac - meaning every time I want to view the export I need to use the command line to escape the space in the file name in order to unzip it.  It would be great if spaces were spliced out, or replaced with underscores, or something similar that would create one long string for the file name.

I think a funnel chart would accomplish this but currently I am unable to create a stacked chart with a 1:1 (show me/by) that gives me all the data in one column. The by field always breaks out the columns. The only way to get close to this is to put another field in the by section that is in common with all records like a date set to show yearly, monthly, etc. The problem is when I add the date field if it spans over two years and I want to display it all in one column I am never able to do this. It would be nice to just allow me to use a 1:1 with show me /by fields and decide if I want it all in one column stacked chart or more columns.

Something changed recently with regards to inSided on mobile, but in short ya gotta bring back a more robust toolbar. Bold, italic and underline are good, links and images are nice, alignment (kinda useless), but critically missing here are options for simple bullet lists and numbered lists and attachments….Folks engage with community everywhere, not just at their desks. Let’s make inSided better on mobile. Or is that how it works in Amsterdam?

We need the ability to apply “group by” to more than 10 fields in transform tasks in Data Designer.

Since the new Sponsor Tracking update, there are details missing and we would like to see more of a timeline of activity in the sponsor tracking (mostly the history of the track). In the past, the details showed more information on the sponsor tracking. The client uses that data for metrics and other reporting information. This information was available in the past. When we discussed this with the L2 team on a call today, we were advised that this is a feature request.
