When posts are deleted in a community, the counts for topics, replies, and solved are not updated on the user’s profile. These should be decremented to match the total counts for each.

Hello per my last experience with relationship JO, I was unable to show the relationship journey’s with in the C60 due to mapping issues. Per support ticket, we were able to discover that the company name is not allowed for mapping on the C360 layout and you would have to manually add company ID to each relationship jo so that we can get visibility on the C360. This is cumbersome. Can we add Company ID as a mandatory or generic field in the mapping within participant to ensure that no one else see this issues. Thank youDarshana Shah@Mary Keerthi  thank  you for your help. @sai_ram @CassidyCardoso 

I have tried to download the templates of the Success Plans we created directly in Gainsight and it is not possible to export the templates. It would be great to have such an option in the future, since now we are limited to Edit template, add objective, delete template and mark it as inactive. However the Download template option is not integrated or available. :(   

I would love to be able to trigger an automated email engagement to users who read one of the articles we feature within KC Bot. We host how-to guides within the Bot, and if we can get people viewing a certain feature that they do not have access to - we could fire out an email to acknowledge their interaction and ask if they would like to buy access. It could be a great way to introduce more lead generation to Gainsight PX.

We’d love for the ability to modify what snapshots are exposed on a 360 page. We are at a point as a company where the number of snapshots is getting large, so the UX is being challenged since I see (every) snapshot when I click the respective dropdown. The UX would be something like being able to apply a filter to a underlying snapshot template. EG. Company Name = XYZ (or any other company field for that matter)

Hey Team, I was speaking with a customer today who is very excited about NPS 2.0 but would love to be able to edit the size of the logo. Do we see us being able to do this in the future?    

Currently the Events Calendar view/widget on the home page just shows a calendar icon and event title. Would be good to add the option for thumbnails (like categories) to display here.

The URLs retrieved e.g. from Google search in KC Bot’s Search are handled by a function that onclick of the article’s summary, opens a window to the external site. We would like those links to be opened with UTM tags that help us identify the source as the KC Bot. More generically, any number of URL params could be added to those external URLs

Hi Team,Currently, the Table Aggregation behavior in Report Builder and C360 is different. The GROUP BY functionality should be consistent in both these areas. Currently, in the C360 the aggregation isn’t working i.e., instead of showing the aggregate values these are appearing as separate rows.

With the new widgets in Horizon Dashboards and Analytics, we have the ability to use text boxes to create sections.  However often, reports that are below the fold are not as widely known bc it can take a lot of scrolling. It would be great to be able to add “sections” that can be collapsed/ expanded.

At time of writing this feature is still in Beta. Currently, if you enable the Organization-Wide Email feature, if a user sends an email using an aliased email address Email Log v2 and Email Logs do not record who actually sent the email.There does not appear to be even a context ID type field or lookup that is populated with information you could use to join to or resolve with another object. While there maybe some workarounds, the information currently isn’t available - so if you have been or want to use either object and the ‘from’ email to filter or otherwise use to identify the sender you will not longer be able to do so reliably with this feature enabled. Please include/expose this data on the base object directly or via a lookup so this functionality is not lost.

Customer request: In Dashboards, while using the IN operator in the Global filter, currently we are able to remove only the first value and we don't have an option to remove the remaining values individually. We need to clear them ALL and re-entering the values again.Can we enhance the Global filter view to show all the filter values? Below is the screenshot from the Demo system. 

Hi Team,  As per current product setup, The lookup Object for the Object being selected in rule will get displayed if used in show fields/filter in analyzer’s Data flow diagram (DFD), but the fields which are present in that lookup object will not get displayed in analyzer’s Data flow diagram (DFD) if they are used in show fields/filter.Can we have the fields from lookup object used in rule filters to shown as dependency in analyzer?

Still in the realm of B2B I’ve noticed that there is an option to import Account information and tie members to one. However this only seems to be tied to the reporting (which is a great add by the way!), but would it be possible to have a front end object and allow an owner member to manage the members to be associated to it.Eventually this could mean also having the option to list people’s username with account name: ieGreg from Smartly.ioThis seems to be relatively similar functionality to member owned Groups… 

When you create a topic, inSided tries to redirect users to existing topics and avoid a duplicate question.It would be helpful to get some analytics here:the topic articles that are being clicked on in that search the number that clicked and then abandoned their new question (great in conjunction with #1 to find the most helpful topics) 

I’m not sure if this has been asked before and I couldn’t find it. One of our community members gave a great suggestion to add a Notifications tab to the tab with Categories, Recently active, and Help others.This is their feedback: “Just some way to filter out specific mentions and people who quoted what we say so we can address those first. One thing Bigger Pockets does not do is throw a notification for when people “quote” you. That leaves me having to click on the “Upvote” notifications to see if someone responded to me. It also makes me have to “@” people when I’m quoting their text so they know that I’m building on their discussion.” 

There are various areas of the product that indicate they would offer help text, as shown with a little black icon of a question mark (?). However when you hover over the icon, or click on it, nothing appears. An example is in the Create CTA Setup Action of a rule next to “include in identifiers.”  

I’d love to see the ability to set a default order both in the homepage widget (community content & category) and within categories.Currently the default is “recently active” but this isn’t the best reading order in a lot of cases and super confusing as the default for many of our members as it constantly changes and makes it difficult to see the latest conversations. A lot of folks would prefer “newest first” for example.Maybe there would be a default setting a community could set with the flexibility for a user to set their own personal default if they wanted to change that.

When we click on Opt-out from an email,select our preferences and click on submit, thank you page is displayed in English but not in other languages.Can we implement this?

We might be taking the success plans of a team who we are onboarding new to the relationship level, was wondering if there is a way to get the templates copied at the relationship level either through config or rule? Thanks 

When trying to audit and check Success Plans to ensure they are configured correctly, it would be great to be able to export the blank Success Plans to make this process easier. 

Our product team would like to export ideation with who submitted the idea - Email Address and Username.   

I’d like to be able to populate the name of a CTA with the account name, and this CTA comes from a success plan. Right now, the rule won’t allow me to add a token to the name of the CTAs in a success plan, I can only add tokens to the name of the success plan itself. This would be really helpful for my team, especially since they work out of cockpit most of the time rather than the global success plan page.  Thank you!

This appears to be true today, and unchanged with the existing beta of Email from Anywhere: If you’re creating an email assist from a CTA once you’ve selected a template, if you save that email as a draft either directly, or previewing the email and closing the task so it ‘auto-saves’ you can no longer change which template you have selected. Yes, you can still edit the email but if for whatever reason you need to change that template you have to delete your task and start a new one. Please allow end users to change templates any time before they send an email, and not just lock users into ‘Validate Email’ which blocks them from adjusting anything, if they’re working off a draft.
