When inputting a survey header, I only see an option to select the height, not the width. What are the recommended dimensions for designing a header banner for surveys?

I recently attended GS Admin Training in person. While We were creating a usage report on the C360, I stubbled across the fact that multiple reports could be grouped together to allow the end user to toggle between like reports without having to do a bunch of scrolling. I was able to do this just by dropping a second report on top of the other and they stacked to be able to toggle between the two. I was wondering if this is functionality I can also use on the Global Dashboards for similar reports.   

Hello there!Our Community is about to have our first birthday and we’ve learned a lot!In fact, we’ve learned so much that we are looking to change the number of points for our engagement leaderboard.The Gainsight Community already provided loads of great recommendations for allotting points, but my question is, how often would you recommend making changes to the points structure based on your own experience? Also, when you did make a change, how did you inform your members, and was it well received by them? 

The current CS/CC integration only works if there is a contact record in CS that matches the contact record in CC (matched based on email address). We do not store all of our user contacts in Gainsight CS, which makes it difficult to get value from the integration. Some ideas that may help us get value from this are:Auto-generate contacts from CC in CS Associated contacts to Companies in CS based on the email address domainAND/ORAuto-generate ‘Community Contacts’ as a new object in CS that can be used for custom reporting in Gainsight. Given the flexibility of Gainsight, this would allow us to build custom reports and/or associate contact to accounts with our own custom criteria using rules engine. It would also avoid any issues with contact management, since they will be stored in a separate object. This would help reduce our reliance on Data Intelligence and Engineering teams to build our data/reporting infrastructure. Hi Community, In the last few weeks, we have invited Members to an onsite event, we selected the members who are based in this city and send them a once-off E-Mail Campaign. The response seems incredibly successful to me, especially compared to our Monthly Newsletter (Send out via Hubspot). Also the registrations through this mailing were excellent.I want to validate and compare the numbers now with other Communities. Similar to @revote’s Post: What numbers do you get in Segmented once off Mailings? @aluciani, @VarshaAhir you seem to use the tool. Also @KrisGoose, I have seen you are using the automated E-Mail Campaign and having great numbers there, congrats! Are you also using the once-off E-Mail Campaigns?We have sent the e-mail campaign from both our 2 Platforms and got numbers:Open Rate: 50-60% Click Rate: 13-15% The segmentation, sending it out to only members who are based in the City, seem to be the key driver of success in this case.Looking forward to exchanging here. :) Best,

There’s a “Pages” feature in Gainsight, but it’s very unclear how this is actually used. It appears to be a simple HTML editor to generate a custom branded page, but I don’t think these pages are actually usable anywhere in the system.For example:Surveys. Survey design is configured in Surveys build feature itself, where you design your header/footers for the survey page and the optional thank you page. There is no reference to already built “Pages” from the “Pages” feature Opt-out pages. Opt out design is done in the “Opt-out configuration” section of Gainsight. Although, the functionality is very limited here as I cannot add a header or footer to this page. When I am choosing an opt out “page” for a non-operational email, I’m shown the pages I’ve created in “Opt-out configuration”...nothing to do with the “Pages” featureSupport documentation here suggests that Pages are for survey sites, but that’s not the case as I mentioned in bullet point 1.So….what’s the point of “Pages”? Good morning - I’m trying to build a datediff formula in a calculated field that would find the difference between a start and end date, but if the end date was blank it would use today.  Is that possible without leveraging the rules engine?

Hi all,Has anyone used a Gainsight survey link embedded into Education? I know the current functionality supports SurveyMonkey but wondering if we could use the surveys in Gainsight.

Bulk remove from group within CE? I see where you can go and add multiple people into a group. But looking to find a way to bulk remove them from a group. 

I just renewed our System emails. I have tested them with Outlook and iOS native email client and email´s are there ok.Now our users reported, that when viewing System email in Gmail client (or from web) footer “jumps” to the left: Notice also that scroll bar in the bottom.This occurs only with Gmail app so is this problem in my email template and the code, or where? How to fix this? 😊

We just noticed that emojis doesnt work in private messages. When you press emoji icon, nothing happens. This occurs in our community and here as well. We have tested with Chrome and Firefox.

We trigger a survey to be sent to attendees after a certain activity is logged. We would like to associate the survey responses to the activity that triggered it for reporting purposes. Is there any way to do this?

One of the biggest pain points I hear from Academy/Education Managers is why are my engagement numbers so low? POV: You’re checking your education program’s numbers. Learners are enrolling in courses/learning paths but not starting or completing them. Alternatively, some users might have received academy invitations but never activated their accounts. Here’s how to identify these specific users:Check the Course/Learning Path Enrollments Tab Access the Course Enrollments Tab. Click on the live link next to the course name that shows the number of course enrollments. On that page, then filter by progress to see the progress of each learner. Identify users who are enrolled but have not started the course, or who have started the course and not completed. You are able to export the enrollment data so you have a record of this! This allows you to reach out to them individually or as a group to encourage course participation. When the KC bot is configured to use Search in unified tab, it should show the returned record description the same way Google does in a browser search by highlighting query matches in the title and description. The Gainsight PX documentation shows as much when Search is in it’s separate tab:  But if Search is in a unified tab then the query matches are not highlighted in the description for linked articles. A description is not visible if the return is from a Google integration. We integrated our Flair help documents using the Google integration service. I’m designing a new survey and require the exact banner specs to tailor the header/logo to my liking.Unfortunately, adjusting the height of the banner is forcing the image to stretch or be cut off. Is there a way to provide the exact dimensions of the banner so we can design accordingly?

Hi Team,In Gainsight email assist we will choose the email template from the given folders and we have option to opt the include empty folders, this feature is not available in cockpit email assist where the CSM will be getting the options to choose the templates from empty folders which is not necessary this can be avoided by including the include empty folders option same like gainsight assist.
