Thank you, ​@mdfahd! I’m an admin and when I go to Settings > AI >, we don’t have Search Summary available. Do I need to ask our CSM to activate this for us?

Great news, Category-Based Organization is now available for Ideas and Product Updates! 🗂️✨

This update brings more structure and flexibility to how you manage and present content.

🆕 What’s New:

  • Mandatory Category Assignment: Every new Idea or Product Update now requires a category, keeping things organized from the start.

  • Category-Based Filtering: Visitors can easily filter content by category on the destination page.

  • Tabs Widget Support: Use the Tabs widget to group and display Ideas or Product Updates by category, making discovery a breeze.

This enhancement helps users find what they’re looking for faster, and gives admins more control over how content is shared.

We’re excited to share new enhancements to the Communities Mega Menu—giving admins even more control over navigation and personalization! ✨

🔐 Segment Visibility for Navigation Items

You can now control which Navigation Items appear for specific user segments. This means you can tailor the Mega Menu based on user roles, behavior, or guest access.

📂 Dropdown Lists for Custom Navigation Items

Admins and Community Managers can now add dropdown lists under custom Navigation Items in the Mega Menu.

For example:
Products (Parent Item)

  • Product A

  • Product B

  • Product C

Each sub-item can link directly to a product-specific URL—making navigation cleaner and more scalable.

Very nice new dashboards!

Question: can we also use these to see how many and which users are subscribed to Product Updates in general? If not, will that be added?

 

And, follow-up features: will this lead to being able to manage those subscriptions? As in, that we can unsubscribe users from categories?

@Erik_  in both dashboards you have charts showing subscriptions to Product Updates. In Subscription Status you can find total number of all users subscribed to Product Updates and in the drill down you can find details about subscribers. In Subscription Trends you can track new subscriptions and users who unsubscribed from Product Updates. In both charts you have a drill down with users details.
